        Magnetic properties of Co-Ni-P film deposited from the electroless plating bath with pyrophosphate as a complexing agent were investigated. Deposition rate of Co-Ni-P alloy was faster than that of Co-Zn-P alloy. For Co-Ni-P deposits, the coercive force of deposits with thickness of 0.2㎛ was maximum with 910 Oe at 0.1 molar ratio of nickel to cobalt in the bath, and orientation of (100) plane of α-Co was disappeared due to adding nickel in the deposits. For Co-Zn-P deposits, the coercive force of deposits with thickness of 0.2㎛ was maximum with 750 Oe at 0.1 molar ratio of zinc to cobalt in the bath, and orientation of (100) plane of α-Co was weakened due to adding zinc in the deposits. Under the condition of vertical magnetic field, saturation magnetization of 0.1 molar ratio of nickel and zinc to cobalt in the bath was decreased, but that 0.4 molar ration of nickel and zinc to cobalt in the bath was not decreased. Orientation of α-Co was changed from (100) plane to (002) plane due to increasing external magnetic field.

      • 미소 진폭 파형벽을 가진 유로내에서 응축이 수반되는 초음속유동의 Prandtl-Meyer 팽창에 관한 실험적 연구

        The characteristics of the Prandtl-Meyer expansion of supersonic flow with condensation through a channel with a small amplitude wavy wall are investigated experimentally. In the present study, for the case of moist air flow in the type of indraft supersonic wind tunnel, the dependency of formation and reflection locations of the oblique shock wave and the distribution of flow properties are clarified by flow visualization and pressure measurement with the variation of the specific humidity and temperature at the entrance of the wavy wall and the attack angle of the wavy wall to the main stream. Also, we confirm that the wavy wall plays an important key role in the formatio of oblique shock wave, and that the effect of condensation on the flow field appears apparently.

To maximize the total equipment efficiency of the Midium-Press it is essential to reveal and improve the potential loss of equipment based on these 6 kinds of chronic loss. Further, the way to minimize the investment in equipment has been presented by applying the PEID(Program for Equipment Improvement & Development).

      • 퇴적암의 공학적 특성 연구 : 대구, 경북지역을 중심으로 In Taegu, Kyungpook Area

        The physical and mechanical properties of sedimentary rocks in Taegu, Kyungpook area were researched in this paper. Specific gravity test, absorbtion test, unconfined compression test, tensile test, triaxial compression test, point load test, schmidt hammer test and elastic wave velocity test were performed. In addition, the results of these tests were written out in table and the relationships between these physical and mechanical properties were also studied. Uncontinuous plans and anisotropic condition must be consider in designings and constructions at the underground space developments located in the areas of sedimentary rocks.

      • 이동 로보트의 절대 자세 추정을 위한 센서 시스템의 개발

        A landmark recognition system has been developed to solve the problem of the posture (position and orientation) identification of mobile robots running in manufacturing environments. The proposed system consists of retroreflective landmarks with circular pattern, a CCD camera, a strobe unit for illumination, an image processing board, and software. The binary image technique is adapted in this system to reduce the processing time while maintaining reasonable accuracy and reliablity. This scheme is possible because the image of landmaks is much brighter than than of other objects in the field of view when the retroflective landmarks are illuminated by strong lights from the strobe unit. The proposed system shows fairly good performance, 100-200msec measurement lead time, small positional error bound within ±1 pixel accuracy, reasonable orientation error within±1˚ accuracy.

      • 내열성 Polyesterimide의 합성 및 물성 연구

        Pyromellitic dianhydride(PDA)와 4-aminophenol(AMP)의 이미드화 반응을 통하여 양말단에 phenolic OH기를 갖는 bisphenolbisimide형 단량체를 합성하였다. 합성된 bisphenolbisimide 단량체를 terephthaloyl chloride 혹은 aliphatic acid dichloride와 반응하여 polyesterimide들을 얻었다. 종합반응은 용액중합 및 계면중합 반응을 사용하였으며 용액중합 반응이 수율을 향상시킴을 알았다, 생성된 polyesterimide들은 FT-IR, NMR을 사용하여 구조를 확인하였으며 DSC 및 TGA로 역적 성질을 측정한 결과 Tm=401℃, 최대분해온도가 500℃ 이상의 고내열성을 나타냄을 확인하였다. Bisphenolbisimide type monomer with phenolic OH group at both ends were synthesized through the imidzation reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride(PDA) and 4-aminophenol(AMP). Bisphenolbisimide monomer was reacted with terephthaloyl chloride of aliphatic acid dichlorides to give polyesterimides. Polymerization reactions were conducted by solution and interfacial polymerization method, the former with higher polymer yield. The structure of polyesterimides were characterized by FT-IR and NMR, Polyesterimides showed high termal stability with Tm=401℃ and maximum decompositon temperature of over 500℃.

      • 單調增加荷重을 받는 平面 트러스의 複合 非線型 擧動에 關한 硏究

        The object of this study is that develop computer program as being derive simple formula considering complex (material and geometric) nonlinear, and select the most useful truss in efficiency with the analysis Howe truss, Fink truss, Pratt truss and Warren truss. The complex nonlinear behavior is considered in this paper, so is acquired following results. 1. We developed program that could analyze complex nonlinear of plane truss. 2. In view of the results analyzied the numerical analysis example of plane truss, When Howe truss, Fink truss, Pratt truss, and Warren truss are equal to weight and span, and the same load is loaded. Among the trusses of same weight, Warren truss is the most useful in efficiency. And When height of warren truss is changed, the lower height of truss, the more useful in efficiency

      • 경화 육성 용접부의 경도에 미치는 용접변수의 영향

        Abrasive wear occurs when material is removed from a surface by the cutting or gouging action of hard particles. The rate of wear depends on the degree of penetration of the surface by the abrasive and is therfore related to the surface hardness of the material. The inherent high hardness of the surface minimizes penetration by the abrasive and consequently reduces wear rate. Wear of haedfacing alloys may be caused by a number of factors including abrasion, impact, erosion, heat and corrosion any of which may act alone or in combination. In this study, the following conclusions are drawn from the experimental results about the effect of wear resistance of hardfaced weld deposit. The abrasive wear resistance of hardfaced weld deposit is increased with increasing hardness. The hardness of hardfaced weld deposit is proportional to the welding current and voltage, but not to the welding speed. The effect of torch angle on the hardness is relatively small, but the effect of stick-out, wire setting position and interpass temperature are significant.

      • 대구지역 지하철 건설계획에 따른 전기시스템 연구

        The Taegu City Authority has set up their master plan to adopt a city subway system since middle 1989 and a feasibility study was already submitted by Institute of Traffic Development in March 1990 and a fundamental planning contract was placed to Samwoo Engineering Co., Ltd. In compliance with this proceedure, the autors have surveyed the existing subway systems, bearing in mind to figure out which kind of system could be suitable to city Taegu. Initially, the subway systems, operating in Korea, were analyzed and the conclusion was approached that the existing subway system in Seoul and Pusan is not suitable to adopt to Taegu but a Light Traffic Vehicle system is efficient to adopt to the city.

      • 都市固形廢葉物의 發生源別 性狀에 관한 硏究

        This analytical investigations was carried out to study on the characteristics of municipal solid wastes generated from various sources in Taegu city. In order to do this, the bulk of two or three days refuses was collected from Taegok landfill site in Taegu city, and seperated to respectively measure in ten kinds of compositions, such as papers, garbage, plastics, wood, briquette ash, etc., by hand-sorting. Furthermore each sample was analyzed to find out the physical properties such as moisture content, combustible material content, ignition residue and heat values.
