        This study investigated the relationship between self-esteem, perceived competence and participation of masters swimming. Participants(N=322) were randomly selected from masters swimming program of swimming pool in seoul and Kyung-Kee. Results indicated that the meaning significant found the representation of duration of contingencies and participation of swimming competition in masters swimming. In sum, firstly, in the participation of masters swimming, every time participation in swimming competition assigned greater than the other participant to perceived competence, and in duration of contingencies of participation, 4-7 years participation group assigned greater than the order participant group to perceived competence. Secondly, in the participation of masters swimming, every time participation in swimming competition assigned greater than the other participant to self-esteem, and in duration of contingencies of participation, 2-4 years participation group assigned greater than the participant group to self-esteem. Thirdly, in the participation of masters swimming, perceived competence is postitively influence on self-esteem.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Undal (alt. 1,097.2m) located on the northwestern side of province Gyeongsangbuk-do, near Myngyeong-si city, from April 2000 to Sept. 2000. Total number of vascular plants discovered in Mt. Undal were 70 families, 154 genera, and 243 taxa(including species, subspecies, varieties and forma). Major vegetation was Acer pictum var. mono - Quercus mongolica - Carpinus laxiflora community. The overall forest stand age of this area was 40 to 50 years, and occasionally ca 70 years old Abies holophylla trees were found. Although, there were no rare and endangered speices, we found two species of level IV by the Ministry of Environment - Anemone koraiensis Nakai, Anemone reflexa. Steph. et Willd.

      • β-Carotene과 알코올을 섭취한 쥐의 혈액 성분변화의 상관관계

        The study was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary carotenids and β-carotene on the hematological changes caused by alcohol administration into the rats. The results were analyzed using several statistical methods; SPSS computer program for measuring the mean values and standard deviations, one way ANOVA for the test of significance, Duncan method for post HOC multiple comparison, and Pearson method for measuring the correlation coefficient. The following are the conclusion from those statistical analysis. 1. ALB and TB were shown to have the most significant correlation among the blood compositions f개m the basic dietary groups. 2. BUN and CHO were shown to have the most positive correlation among those from the carrot-fed groups. 3. CA and AG were shown positively correlated, and CHO and IP negatively correlated, respectively among those from the cheese-fed groups. 4. AP was shown positively correlated among those from the alcohol-administrated groups. 5. CHO, CA and BUN were shown positively correlated, and CA was negatively correlated among those from the β-Carotene -fed groups. 6. TB and TP were not affected by the correlations between the blood composition from all the experimental groups.

      • 이온 교환된 Y 제올라이트 내에 포함된 메틸렌 블루에 대한 광응향 분광학적 연구

        Photoacoustic spectroscopy(PAS) technique was applied to carry out the study on the inclusion of methylene blue(MB+) in faujasite structure molecular sieves. The PA spectra of MB+ adsorbed in NaY, HY, and CsY zeolites by ion-exchange show the presence of the monomer(ca. 670nm), the dimer(ca 620nm), and the protonated monomer(ca. 760nm). The maximum adsorption amount is about 1 MB per 14 cages. The difference of the dimer/monomer ratios of adsorbed MB+ for NaY, HY, and CsY may be attributed to the influence of diffusion rate of MB+ in the pore space modified by Na+, H+, and Cs+. The dimer/monomer ratio and adsorbed amount in CsY smaller than that of NaY and HY at early adsorption can be explained by lower diffusion rate and smaller cage space due to larder Cs+. After the adsorption during 3 days, the ratio decreased in this order, NaY>CsY>HY. The protonated form was observed after adsorption during 12 h. Though MB+ has the inherent tendency to dimerize in aqueous media, dimer/monomer area ratio is less than 10 because the supercage of hydrated Y zeolite is narrowly capable of just inclusion of the dimer. The dehydration process within CsY zeolite leads to the water dissociation. While the shielding proton in hydrated sample could not contribute to the protonation of MB+, the unshielded one in dehydrated sample reacted easily with MB+ to form the MBH2+. The dimerization and protonation of methylene within CsY zeolite are reversibly proceeded by the hydration-dehydration.

      • 혈중납이 흰쥐의 Microsomal Cytochrome P-450 Monooxygenase 활성도에 미치는 영향

        In rats treated with lead nitrate and/or red ginseng extract mixture we observed a change in the level of hepatic cytochrome P-450 and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction, and content of Zincprotoporphyrin(ZPP) and Hemoglobin(Hb) in whole blood. The content of cytochrome P-450 and ?? , and the activity of ECHEase, AHHase and NADPH-cytochrome C(p-450) reductase were slowly decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate. On the other hand, the activity of ?? reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate, but in case of treatment with red ginseng mixture, this enzyme activity was slightly decreased. In whole blood, the content of hemoglobin and ZPP were not shown any critival change but lead content increased according to dosage of lead nitrate. These results suggest that content and activity of cytochrome P-450-dependent monoxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates, and the acute exposure of lead nitrate and red ginseng extract mixture was not affected any biological significance.

        이트라코나졸의 경구용 액제 처방화

        The oral bioavailability of itraconazole is variable and low in fasting state. This is mainly due to the low solubility of this drug. Bioavailability can be improved by changing the formulation and it is general that the liquid preparations show greater bioavailability than the solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules do. Benzyl alcohol-water binary mixture showed the excellent solubilizing capacity for itraconazole but the release of the drug from the preparation needs to be enhanced. In this study, various nonionic surfactants and hydrophilic polymers, poloxamers, were screened to investigate their effects on the release of itraconazole from the liquid preparations. Poloxamer 407 showed the most enhancing effect on the drug release and the release rate was proportional to the amount of poloxamer 407 added. A liquid preparation of itraconazole, consisting of benzyl alcohol/water/poloxamer 407 ternary solvent system, released more than 80% of the total drug amount at 5 min and showed the possibility of a new formulation development.

        Cu(100) 표면에 충격된 불활성 이온의 산란 특성에 관한 분자 전산 연구

        본 연구에서는 초기 충격에너지 100eV에서 1,600eV 범위의 He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe 등을 포함란 다양한 충돌원자 이온을 Cu(100)표면에 수직으로 주사시켜 산란 특성을 조사하는 분자 동력학적 잔산 모의실험을 수행하여 충돌 이온의 에너지 및 질량 변화에 따른 산란 이온의 에너지 변화, 방향성에 관한 분포 특성 등을 분자 차원에서 고찰하였다. 상대 질량이 작은 He와 Ne 이온들의 경우 주사 에너지에 대한 평균 산란 에너지비는 이원자 강체 충돌 효과에 근거한 이론식에 근접하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 상대 질량이 큰 Ar, Kr, Xe 이온들의 경우 초기 충돌 에너지가 작을 때 산란 특성은 첫 번째 및 두 번째 층의 Cu 원자와 다중 충돌 효과가 주된 충돌 특성임을 보였다. 초기 충돌 에너지 및 충격 이온의 질량이 증가할수록 산란 에너지 및 확률 분포는 보다 좁은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 길이각 및 방위각에 따른 방향성 분포 특성은 상대 질량이 작은 경우 무관한 분포 특성을 나타내었으나 상대 질량이 큰 경우 길이 방향에 대하여 제한적인 방향성을 나타내었다. In this study, molecular dynamics simulations have been carried out to investigate the scattering properties of impacted ions on Cu(100) surfaces with the normal incident angle for various noble gas atoms including He, Ne, Ar, Kr and Xe. The initial kinetic energy of the projectile atoms was ranged from 100eV to 1,600eV. The simulation results are focused upon the scattering energy variations and angel dependencies according to the incident energy and the projectile mass. For light atoms(He and Ne), the ratio of the scattered to the incident projectile energy was in a good agreement with the theoretical prediction based on the binary collision approximation. However, in the low energy regime, the scattering trajectories of heavy atoms(Ar. Kr and Xe) were characterized by the multiple collisions with the top and the second layer surfaces. With increasing the initial kinetic energy and the projectile mass, the scattering energy and the probability distribution were shown to be sharp and narrow. The angle dependencies of both longitudinal and azimuthal directions were not significant for light projectiles, while the longitudinal angel dependencies on the scattering distribution were indicated for heavy progectiles.
