노안당 편액의 제작기법과 효율적인 보존방안

'No-An-Dang' in 'Un-Hyeun palace' was using as a guesthouse by 'dea-won-goon' built in 1864. 'No-An-Dang tablet' exhibited in 'No-An-Dang' seems to be made by using the letters which were written by 'Choo-sa Kim Jeong-Hee'. This tablet was manufactured by special processes; wood frame which was made of a Korean white pine was drawn patterns by variety pigment and latticed inside are joined with 3 of horizontal square wooden sticks and 7 of vertical square wooden sticks, then several sheets of the paper mulberry put on this frame and sheets cut along the edge of letter attached lastly. This structure of tablet could cause more conservation problems than only made in wooden structures. Therefore, replica was made and exhibited in bad condition and original one kept in museum storage for effective conservation of artefacts.

운동유형별 프로그램이 중년남성의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈중지질에 미치는 효과

The study was performed to define the changes of body composition, physical fitness and blood lipids in elderly male populations through the eight weeks composite exercise, which has the merits of aerobic exercise and unaerobic exercise, on elderly male populations who have no medical disease and the program was set in three groups such as aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and composite exercise of aerobic and resistance exercise consists of six participants respectively. measurement items were categorized by three factors. firstly, body composition factor such as weight, %fat, BMI and LBM, secondly, physical fitness factor of back strength, sit-up, sitting trunk flection and balance and lastly blood lipids components of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C. In the case of body composition factors, there were no differences in the groups of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and composite exercise, however, weight, %fat and BMI were decreased after the exercise. In the case of physical fitness factors, there were no differences in the groups of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and composite exercise, however, there were positive effects on back strength, sit-up, sitting trunk flection and balance after eight weeks exercise. In the case of blood lipids components factors, there were no significant differences in all the items of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, however there were positive effects on the terms of exercise duration in aerobic exercise group, resistance exercise group and composite exercise group after eight weeks exercise.

고층사무소건물의 매스구성을 위한 전문가 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

건축에서의 전문가 시스템은 설계자에게 많은 가상적인 해결안을 반복해서 수집해야할 수고를 줄여주고 모델링이나 정보제공과 같은 정형적인 측면과 설계의 판단, 상황별 특성과 같은 비정형적인 측면을 연결시키는 도구로 작용한다. 본 연구는 고층사무소건물의 설계과정 중 매스 구성 단계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 요소를 찾아내고, 그 요소들의 정형화 및 표준화 작업을 통해 고층사무소건물의 매스구성을 보조하는 전문가 시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결론을 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 건축설계작업 중 매스구성 단계를 제한조건을 만족시켜나가는 제한조건 만족모델로 인식할 수 있었으며, 이 제한조건의 일부를 체계화하여 건물의 매스구성을 보조할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하는 것이 가능하였다. 또, 개발된 시스템을 실제 사례를 통해 평가해 본 결과 타당성 있는 결과물을 산출할 수 있었다. In architecture, the expert system helps architects reduce unnecessarily repeated process. It also serves as a tool of linking patterned processes such as medeling and information provision, with unpatterned processes like decision-making process which can produce different results depending on the situation. This study is devoted to develop an expert system which is helpful to find out the important factors in massing process and to assist the massing of high-rise office buildings through patternization and standardization. The conclusion from the study as follows; It is definitely possible to make the expert system recognize the massing process as a process of meeting all the constraints on a step-by-step basis. So, the developed expert system can assist the massing process by systemizing parts of the constraints. It also proved that the developed knowledge-based system can produce proper outputs as its test showed during the study.

CMOS VLSI 회로의 전류 테스팅을 위한 비접촉식 MR 내장 전류감지기의 설계

CMOS VLSI 회로에 있어서 기존의 전압 테스팅 방법으로는 브리징, 게이트 옥사이드 단락, Stuck-at 고장 등의 완전한 검출을 보장할 수 없기 때문에 최근에 전류 테스팅 방법이 장래성 있는 기법으로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CMOS 논리회로 내부의 전류 테스팅을 위한 새로운 내장 전류감지기를 제안한다. 제안된 내장 전류감지기는 자기저항소자 MR 전류감지기, 레벨변환기, 비교기, 그리고 기준전압회로로 구성되며 자동으로 고장을 검출할 수 있는 기능을 가지고 있다. This study discusses the graph reducer to improve the execution speed of functional languages. We develop the G-machine compiler which translates serial combinator to a sequence of instructions. The SubMiranda, which is a subset of the Miranda, is chosen as a test language. The implemented G-machine compiler translates serial combinator to an intermediate code, G-code, and then does macro-expansion to create a target code, C-code.

In this study, a fiber-optic bundle sensor has been developed using water-equivalent organic scintillating fibers for photon beam measurement. Beam penumbra and percent depth doses(PDD) are measured according to the depth of the photon beam. This sensor has many advantages such as high resolution, real-time measurement and ease of calibration over conventional radiation measurement devices.

Protein kinase C (PKC) is a multigene family of at least nine serine/threonine kinases that are central to many signal transduction pathways. And the expression of PKC gene is strictly con-trolled by developmental stage. Mutation of the W (c kit) gene, which encodes a transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor, affect the development and differentiation stem cells. Most homozygous W mutant mice are sterile, due to a lack of germ cells arising during embryonic development, but one of notable exception is W */Wh mice, which are fully fertile in both sexes. In order to elucidate the biological functions of PKC S and c-kit in the testes, we have examined the expression of PKC b mRNA and c-kit mRNA in While mouse testes by means of Northern blotting. North-em blot results was demonstrated that only PKC 8, 4, 8 mRNA can be detected in normal mouse testes. PKC, 8 mRNA was weakly expressed in 7 and 8-week-old mice and highly ex-pressed by 12 weeks. The PKC 8 mRNA and the c-kit mRNA was detectable in the testes of Whl Wh mouse. These results indicated that the function of the PKC a gene is necessary for the development and the W (c-kit) gene is important for the transmission of signal in testes.

양극성장애와 새로운 항경련제의 효과

Bipolar disorder, like epilepsy and migraine, is episodic in nature and psychiatric illness requiring lifelong treatment. So, it should not be surprising that anticonvulsants such as carbamazepine and valproate have proven efficacy as mood stabilizers. The newer anticonvulsants such as lamotrigine, gabapentin, topiramate, oxcarbazepine, tiagabine, and zonisamide may also be effective treatments for bipolar disorder. Identifying an anticonvulsant for use in bipolar disorder should take into account not only the pathophysiology of bipolar disorder but also the mechanism of action of the anticonvulsant. Evidence for effectiveness of these novel antiepileptic drugs in treating acute mania and depression as well as in preventing the recurrence of mania and depression is reviewed. In conclusion, although the novel anticonvulsants appear to be clinically useful, more controlled trials are needed to assess the effectiveness in bipolar disorder.
