Meningioma, although quite common in adults, are extremely rare in infant. Only 25cases of meningioma in patients younger than 1 year old have been reported in the world literature. The authors report a case of meningioma associated with multiple cysts in a 6-month-old infant.

가뭄 취약지역의 관정 효율 및 능력에 대한 취약성평가

Recently, the damage caused by climate change has been distinguished in the world. The Korean Peninsula is also suffering from drought, so it isnecessary to study the vulnerability assessment to identify and predict the state of the irrigation facility, which is a irrigation facility. As the damagecaused by drought is occurring in the Korean peninsula, it is necessary to study the vulnerability assessment to know the condition of the irrigationfacility, and to predict it. The target areas were Yeongdong-gun, Cheonan-si, Mungyeong-si, Geochang-gun, Muju-gun, and Yeonggwang-gun. The survey items were selected as positive impacts survey items, including precipitation, groundwater level, and pumping capacity per groundwater well. The negative impacts were selected as the cultivation acreage, Number of days without rain, and the ratio of private underground wells. The surveymethod was investigated by various methods such as “weather data portal”, “groundwater level status information”, “agricultural drought managementsystem”, “groundwater survey yearbook”. The results of vulnerability assessment were expressed by the score by conducting survey and standardization. As a result, Yeonggwang-gun showed normal vulnerability, and other areas showed “vulnerable” or “very vulnerable”.

수재해 대응을 위한 서비스 지향 아키텍처(SOA) 기반의 하천정보 서비스 제안

지난 90년대 후반 국가적 차원에서 진행된 각종 정보화 사업으로 인해 다양한 분야에서 많은 양의 정보가 데이터베이스로 구축되어 활용되고 있으며, 이를 통해 수자원 분야에서도 하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS) 및 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS) 등이 개발되었다. 수자원과 관련된 각종 정보시스템들은 효율적인 수자원의 관리 및 이용을 위해 필수적이고 핵심적인 정보들을 중심으로 방대한 양의 데이터베이스가 구축되었다. 이러한 관련 시스템들은 이수, 치수, 환경생태 및 시설물 관리 등 국민의 안전과 직결되는 매우 중요한 자료들을 기반으로 하고 있다.<br>현재 운용되고 있는 물 관련 시스템들은 최근 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 홍수, 가뭄 및 수질오염 사고 등에 대응할 수 있는 각종 정책을 수립하는데 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 보다 더 효율적이고 과학적인 수재해 대응을 실현하기 위해서는 IT 기술을 적극적으로 활용해 현재 운영되고 있는 물관리 시스템에 대한 효율성을 극대화시킬 필요가 있다. 특히, 다양한 정부부처 및 공공기관에서 구축한 많은 양의 하천정보를 국가적 차원에서 종합적으로 이용하기 위해서는 빅데이터, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술, 링크드데이터 기술 등 서비스 지향 아키텍처(SOA)를 기반으로 하는 정보제공 서비스 연구가 필요하다. 이는 다양한 정부부처 및 공공기관에서 구축한 하천정보를 데이터 통합, 연계 및 분산된 데이터를 쉽게 서비스 할 수 있으며, 타 시스템들과 실시간으로 데이터를 교환하여 융복합 서비스 제공이 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수재해에 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 하천정보의 접속, 교환, 저장 등 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐 기반의 하천정보 제공 서비스를 제시하고자 한다.

다문화 청소년의 이중언어 사회화 유형

본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원이 수집한 ‘다문화청소년패널조사’ 중 5차 본조사 자료(2015년)에서 아버지가 한국인이고 어머니의 출신국가가 한국이 아닌 다문화청소년 1,240명을 조사대상으로 그들의 이중언어 사회화 유형을 Berry(1980)의 개념을 도입하여 분류하였다. 아울러 상이한 이중언어 사회화의 원인은 무엇이며 그것이 초래하는 결과는 어떻게 나타나는지를 분석하였다. 우리나라 다문화 청소년들의 이중언어사회화 유형을 읽기, 쓰기, 말하기, 듣기의 네 가지 영역을 망라한 한국어 구사능력과 어머니 나라 언어의 구사능력의 조합으로 분류한 결과, 동화와 통합이 분리나 주변화에 비해 보다 일반적인 유형인 것으로 관찰되었다. 교차분석을 통해 나타난 결과는 어머니의 출신국가와 부모의 사회경제적 지위 등이 상이한 이중언어 사회화 유형을 가져올 수 있음을 시사하였다. 또한, 서로 다른 이중언어 사회화 유형이 청소년에게 미칠 수 있는 다양한 결과 중, 우선 어머니 나라에 대한 관심과 본인의 국적에 대한 인식 등에서 차이가 나타나는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 중요한 기여는 한국어와 외국 출신인 부모 나라의 언어를 조합하여 이중언어 사회화 유형을 분류하는 기준을 제시함으로써 다문화 청소년의 사회화에 관한 후속연구를 촉진하고 이에 따른 정책적 함의를 제시하는 것이다.

뇌 낭미충 환자의 신경외과적 치료

Cerebral cysticercosis presents a quite variable clinical picture in its manifestation and course. This clinical polymorphism produces principal difficulties in its diagnosis and in planning therapeutic strategies as well as in evaluating therapeutic results. The author reviewed his experience with 52 cases of cerebral cysticercosis, surgically treated from 1977 to 1987 in Department of Neurosurgery, Seoul National University Hospital. The age of patients at time of diagnosis varied between 9 and 66 years(mean 43.4 years), with 75% from the fourth to the seventh decade. There was a 1.6:1 male to female ratio. The two most common residency of the patients, nest to the Seoul area, were Cheju Provience(21%)and Chollanam Province(15%). The chief symptoms and signs were those of increased ICP(94%), focal neurological deficits(69%), seizure(40%), mental change(33%) and meningismus(21%). We classified 52 cases into the following groups based on the location of lesion in the brain CT scans : a) Parenchymatous(34%), b) Intraventricular(25%), c) Meningocisternal(18%), and d) Mixed type(33%). ELISA was highly reliable in making the diagnosis, this test, however, should not be regarded as a quantitative clue to evaluate the degree of curability. In cases no improvenent was achived clinically after praziquantel therapy and/or surgical treatment despite disappeared cysts in follow-up brain CT, a further diagnostic work-up to search for a intraventricular or mixed type is recommended. In 2 cases with a single, superficially located parenchymatous cyst, one burr hole trephination followed by aspiration using a brain needle was proved to be very effective. Surgical treatment in combination with a praziquantel therapy produced a marked improvement in 47 cases(90.4%) out of 52 cases. In the mixed type, the surgical outcome was unfavorable compared with other types.

전통가옥 벽장·반침 공간의 해석을 통한 유형화 : 경북지역 반가의 안방, 사랑방을 중심으로

Built-in closets are ordinary closets merged within waIIs, making a more flexible use of the room space. By hiding the furniture the room gains that much more space and this enables to make flexible use of the additional space. It is not difficult to implement built-in closets, so they appear in many different styles of houses. Traditional built-in closets are frequently found in Chosun era's housings, being diverse and mysterious according to the environment they are in. This is a developed product of the abundant space change of solid and void. It is based on the traditional architecture which derived from the usage of straight timber on the traditional cross-connections of the housings. The Kyung-buk region, including Ahn-dong, was a prosperous upper class area. It provided suitable soil for studies of traditional housings and the living style of the noble. The various housing styles, which were derived from environmental elements and the distinct hierarchy of the ahn-chae and the sarang-chae, developed into a range of discoveries of built-in closets. It was able to find a similarity in numerous different housings through the analysis of the layout and fIoor planning in a general sense, and the examination of the interior storage space in a more specific sense. The extracted and defined traditional elements of built-in cIosets will play an important role in identifying the life style of the upper class and its cultural value. 붙박이장은 일반적인 가구형태의 장이 공간과 일체화 되어 보다 융통성 있는 활용이 가능하게 한 가구의 한 형태이다. 기존의 가구를 숨김으로써 그만큼의 손실된 공간이 확보되고 이어서 추가되는 공간활용의 가능성이 뒤따르는 이점이 있으며 성립 조건이 까다롭지 않아 다양한 주거형태에서 나타난다. 고전적인 붙박이장의 형태는 조선시대에 다수 발견되며, 처한 환경과 방식에 따라 다양함과 오묘함을 띠고 있다. 이는 직선 목부재의 수직·수평결구에서 비롯된 전통건축방식을 기반으로 비움과 채움의 풍부한 공간변화에서 발전되어 온 산물이라 말할 수 았다. 안동을 비롯한 경북지역은 조선시대 상류고택의 융성지로 문중과 상류계층의 거주 체계와 격조 있는 건축적 요소들을 갖추어 전통건축 연구에 적합한 토양을 이루었다. 안채와 사랑채의 뚜렷한 위계와 환경적 요소로 인한 다양한 가옥형태는 다수의 붙박이 공간의 발견으로 이어졌다. 개괄적 측면으로 대상가옥 배치평면의 분석과, 세부적 측면으로 수납공간이 위치한 실내입면의 관찰을 통하여 다수의 사례들이 일련의 유형을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 추출되어 규명한 붙박이 공간의 전통문화 요소는 당시 삶을 살던 상류계층의 삶의 행태와 문화적 가치를 밝혀나가는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

Transpedicular screw instrumentation allows good fixation to the unstable spine after wide laminectomy procedure. The authors experienced 30 cases of transpedicular screw instrumentation in lumbar spine surgery, which had been operated from November, 1989 and had follow up at least for 6 months. We evaluated and reviewed the advantages and problems of transpedicular screw instrumentation through our experiences and literatures.

Study on Influence of Standardization of Agricultural Product Packages on Cost in Hypermarkts

Although dictionary definition of standardization is 'to prevent disordered complexity and to make and use rules for reasonable simplification or unification, from a position of shop-floor operations of distribution, it is directly connected to efficiency, that is 'productivity equals cost savings'. This study analyzed influence of standardization of agricultural product packages in hypermarkets on costs in stakeholders of distribution channel such as suppliers, distribution centers and hypermarkets. The research findings demonstrated that it would influence manufacturing costs of suppliers and improve shop productivity of hypermarkets
