本稿は、敬語表現でない考えや表現を敬語表現にする際に考えなければならない項目の一つである主体の認識の問題について考察を行った。敬語表現でない表現を敬語表現にする過程について分析・考察している敬語表現化(金東奎、2006)における敬 語表現化要素の一つである敬語表現認識をもとに、主体の認識について、認識の個別性・主観性の問題、人間関係・場に対する認識の問題を中心に論じた。主体の認識に関わる項目には、題材・内容、ストラテジーなど様々なものがあるが、個別性をもとにした人間関係と場に対する認識は、敬語表現認識におけるもっとも根本的な問題だからである。 敬語表現における主体の認識は、その共通性・社会性を認めつつ、個別性、主観性の重要性に目を向ける必要がある。 敬語表現に関わる自分、相手、話題の人物における関係である人間関係においては、上下関係だけでなく、親疎関係と立場・役割を入れた三つの軸を中心に考えていくことが重要である。特に、個別性に基づいた親疎関係に対する認識と、生活共同体 における共通の認識に基づいた立場・役割の問題に注目する必要がある。 主体が認識する時間的・空間的な位置として規定される場においては、改まり・くだけと時間・空間といった二つの軸を中心に考えていく必要がある。敬語表現の使用やその度合いを決める改まり・くだけだけでなく、物理的な時間と時間の流れ(経緯・文脈)に対する認識と、場所としての空間に対する認識の問題にも注意する必要がある。
Alloy718/SCM440 마찰용접재의 AE에 의한 동적 거동평가

Dissimilar friction welding were produced using 15 mm diameter solid bar in superalloy(Alloy718) to chrome molybdenum steel(SCM440) to investigate their mechanical properties. Consequently, optimal welding conditions were n=2000 rpm, HP=60 MPa, UP=120 MPa, HT=10 sec and UT=10 sec when the metal loss(Mo) is 3.5 mm. Acoustic Emission(AE) technique was applied to analyze the dissimilar friction welding of Alloy718 and SCM440. The relationship between the AE parameters and dissimilar friction welding of both material was discussed. In the case of heating time of 6 sec, 10 sec, 14 sec and 20 sec, 5 AE events per 0.5 seconds and energy about 2.7×10 10 were exhibited in heating time. In upsetting time, resulting in various numbers of events per second and very low energy. The frequency range of the signal generated during the heating time was about 200 kHz. However, the upsetting time resulted in a wide range of signals from very low frequency to high frequency of 500 kHz due to rapid plasticity of the material.
Purification and Some Properties of Adenosine Deaminase from rat liver

Adenosine deaminase was isolated from the rat liver and purified 290-fold using DEAE-Sephadex A-50 column chromatography, Sephadex G-100 gel filteration and affinity column bed material employing adenosine as the ligand was used as the final step in the purification. The enzyme activity was completely inhibited in 1 mM Hg2+ and found to be about 10% of original activity in 1 mM Mg2+. The enzyme activity was increased about 30% of original activity in 1 mM Ca2+ and 1 mM Mn2+, respectively.
사람 적혈구 Glutathion S-transferase 활성에 대한 Selenium의 효과

Glutathione S-transferase (EC 2.5.1.18) was purified 37 fold from human erythrocytes to a specific activity of 62.28 units per mg protein with recovery of 13% by the fractionation with ammonium sulfate and Tsuchihashi method. The pH optimum of the enzyme was showed pH 6.5 in the presence of selenium. The effect of selenium on the conjugation of CDNB with GSH from 1 μM to 1 mM has been investigated. Among them, the 200 μM of selenium showed the highest activation effect and also could influence the ability of the enzyme to detoxify α-nitroso-β-naphthol. Different activities were obtained depending upon the order with which α-nitroso-β-naphthol and CDNB are added to solutions of enzymes. This indicates that α-nitroso-β-naphthol binding is dependent of enzyme activity for human erythrocytes. Kinetic analysis of the inhibition revealed that α-nitroso-β-naphthol was found to be a noncompetitive inhibitor of the enzyme and the Ki was 0.48 mM.
高 Al 鑄鐵의 黑鉛化機構 및 黑鉛形態의 變化에 관한 硏究

Graphitization mechanism and variation of graphite morphology with Al content in Fe-Al-C system cast iron have been investigated by using melt quenching, heat treatment and spherodizing treatment. With increasing Al content, the crystallization amount of graphite and austenite was increased in the specimens quenched at same temperature. Dissolution rate of carbide was increased with increasing Al content in the case of graphitization heat treatment. Graphite nuclei was formed at the heat treatment time of 10 min. The graphitization ability of high Al range is thought to be due to the fact that FeAl ordered structure has Al as second nearest neighbor atom with each other. With increasing Al content spherullitic graphite was changed to compacted one in the cast iron treated with spherodizing reagent.
