      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

        Genome-wide investigation of a Korean synthetic breed, Woori-Heukdon using the Illumina PorcineSNP60K BeadChip

        Background: Woori-Heukdon (KWH) is a Korean synthetic pig breed generated using Chookjin-Duroc (KCD), Chookjin-Chamdon (KCC), and their crossbreds. Currently, there is a severe lack of studies investigating the Korean breed populations including wild boars (KWB) throughout the genome. Objective: This study was performed to investigate the genetic characteristics of Korean pig populations at the genome-wide level. Methods: Using the SNP dataset derived from genotyped and downloaded datasets using the Illumina PorcineSNP60K BeadChip, we compared the genomes of 532 individuals derived from 23 pig breeds to assess the genetic diversity, inbreeding coefficient, genetic differentiation, and population structure. Results: KWB showed the lowest average expected heterozygosity (HE = 0.1904), while KWH showed the highest genetic diversity (HE = 0.02859) among Korean populations. We verified that the genetic composition of KWH, showing USD of 74.8% and KCC of 25.2% in ADMIXTURE analysis. In population structure analyses, KCC was consistently shown to be separated from other pig populations. In addition, we observed gene flow from Western pigs to a part of Chinese populations. Conclusion: This study showed that Korean native pigs, KCC have genetic differences in comparison with Chinese and Western pigs; despite some historical records and recent genetic studies, we could not find any clear evidence that KCC was significantly influenced by Chinese or Western breeds in this study. We also verified the theoretical genomic composition of KWH at the molecular level in structure analyses. To our knowledge, this is the first genomic study to investigate the genomic characteristics of KWH and KCC.

        We as a civil investment enterprise have been constructing In-cheon International Airport Railway which is a transportation means to approach In-cheon International Airport. In this alignment, a section between the Seoul station and Ka-joa follows the existing Yong-san line at the center of Seoul city and traverses Seoul subway 2,5,6 lines. So we planned that the alignment would have the shallowest depth to lie under Kyung-eui line and above the airport railroad. The alignment is planned to construct an open-box structure only 3.6m apart from the subway line 5 tunnel structure and construct the open-box structure 0.7m apart from the subway line 2 box structure. In the line planning, we investigated both the security of the existing subway structures during and after construction and the stability and workability between newly structured tunnel structures with three dimensions numerical analysis methods. Also we raised the reliability of design verification which was achieved by specialty society"s review on the planned construction method.

        The edge detection technique using neural network is discussed for some noisy images. It is compared with conventional edge detection techniques by the subjective measure and objective. The edge detection technique of neural network shows better performance than others in some noisy environments.

      • Benzodiazepinone과 1,5-Benzodiazepine 유도체의 합성 연구

        The reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acrylic acid 11 in the presencce of P₂O5+H₃PO₄afforded benzodiazepinone 13 and pyridobenzodiazepinono 17. The reactions of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acrylic acid 11 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂afforded only benzodiazepinone 13. But the reaction of O-phenylenediamine 5 with acrylic acid 11 in the presence of acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 or acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 and PPA or acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 and SiO₂was respectively synthesized 2,4,4,-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1.5-benzodi-azepine 23 as new cyclic imine compound. We propose that formation of 2-(2`-imine)propyI-N-isopropylidene aniline proceed though 2-amino, N-isopropylidene aniline intermediate C and 2-(N-a-methylethyI) amino, N-isopropylidene aniline intermediate G. The reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂or HCI gave 2,4,4-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 23. Using acetone 19 instead of acetonedicarboxylic acid 18, the reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂or acrylic acid 11 was synthesized 2,4,4-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 23 as same product. And also the reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acetone 19 and acrylic 11 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂was obtained 2,4,4-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 23. In case of acetophenone 21 in stead of acceton 19, the reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 in presence of PPA or SiO₂at 40~45℃ were obtained 2,4-diphenyI-4methyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 24. The reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with crotonic acid 25 in the presence of PPA or P₂O5+H₃PO₄or SiO₂at 100~110℃ afforded respectively 4-methybenzodiazepinone 26 as 1:1 cycloadduct.

      • 부산지역 매출액 상위기업의 위상과 변천사

        본 연구는 부산지역의 주요기업 변화를 살펴보기 위해 매출액 기준 전국 상위 1,000대 기업에 속하는 부산기업을 조사하여 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 2005년에 전국 1,000대 기업 중 46개 기업이 부산에 소재하였는데, 2019년에는 12 개가 줄어든 34개 기업만이 전국 1,000대 기업에 포함되었다. 또한, 전국 상위 1,000대 기업의 매출액 기준으로 부산지역 기업의 매출액 비중은 2005년 1.6%에서 2019년 1.4%로 줄어든 것으 로 나타났다. 이는 수도권 집중현상이 점차 강화되고 있기 때문이다. 한편, 부산지역 매출액 기준 상위 10대 기업은 많은 변화가 있었는데, 2005년 상위 10대 기업 중 2019년에도 상위 10대 기 업에 포함된 기업은 ㈜한진중공업, 르노삼성자동차(주), ㈜부산은행, ㈜서원유통 등 4개뿐인 것 으로 나타났다. 통계적 인과 관계는 확정할 수 없으나 지역 대기업의 쇠퇴 및 유출과 지역의 쇠퇴가 동시에 이루어지고 있어 지역 경제의 침체와 대기업의 쇠퇴 및 유출이 상당한 관계가 있음을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 특히 2011년 이후 지역 주력 제조업 기업들이 1000대 기업 진입에 실패하였다는 점을 주목해 볼 필요가 있다. 지역 제조업 대기업의 이탈 또는 쇠퇴는 지역 생산성 하락에 영향을 미 쳤을 가능성이 높고, 낮아진 지역 산업 생산성이 지역 경제성장률 둔화에도 영향을 미칠 가능성 이 있다. 따라서 지역의 경제활력 저하 문제를 제고하기 위해서는 지역 산업구조 개편 문제와 생 산성 향상 방안에 대한 고민이 필요하다.

      • 고온 석탄 가스정제를 위한 아연계 탈황제의 첨가제 영향

        The effect of additives on zin-base desulfurization sorbents for hot coal gas clean-up at middle temperature was studied in this work. In roder to advance a regeneration and durability of ZnO/natural zeolite sorbents, it modification by adding Fe_2O_3 or ZrO_2 was studied. It were prepared that the ZnO/natural zeolite/Fe_2O_3 or ZrO_2 by physical mixture method : the amount of ZnO, natural zeolite and additives were repectively fixed as a wight percent of 65, 25 and 10. The reactivity of sorbents was determined for 5cycles of sulfidation and regeneration in fixed-bed. Result showed that regeneration and durability were improved. Further more, the sorbent, containing ZrO_2, an excellent attrition resistance. As mentioned above, the sorbents, were highly advanced for durability, regeneration and attrition resistance by additive.

        Pd/titania 촉매에 의한 아세틸렌 Cyclotrimerization

        Pd/titania 촉매에 의한 아세틸렌 cyclotrimerization의 반응성과 생성물 분포의 변화를 상압조건하의 373K에서 flow reaction 실험에 의해서 연구하였다. 주요 생성물로서 에틸렌과 벤젠이 얻어졌으나 시간이 경과함에 따라서 촉매의 피독으로 인하여 아세틸렌 전화율이 급격히 감소하였다. 일정한 반응기체 유속(공간속도 4,000hr^(-1))에서 아세틸렌 농도를 50, 25, 12.5 vol%로 감소시켰을 경우 벤젠 생성량은 감소하였으나 촉매의 피독은 완화되었다. 아세틸렌 농도 변화에 대한 벤젠 생성량의 비교에 의해서 벤젠 생성반응이 아세틸렌 농도에 대해 1차 반응임을 확인하였다. 또한 일정한 아세틸렌 농도 (25 vol%)에 대하여 공간속도를 4,000 hr^(-1)에서 6,000 hr^(-1)로 증가시켰을 경우 촉매의 피독이 완화되었으며 벤젠 생성량도 증가하였다. Flow reaction에 의한 아세틸렌 cyclotrimerization에 있어서 촉매 피독을 완화시키고 벤젠 수율을 증대시키기 위해서는 반응기체 흐름의 아세틸렌 농도와 유속의 최적화가 필요해 보인다. 본 연구에 있어서 palladium-titania 계면의 oxygen anion vacancoies와 환원된 titania 표면이 종전의 연구자들 보다 100K 낮은 온도에서의 벤젠 생성에 기여한 것으로 추정된다. Cyclotrimerization of acetylene was studied by means of atmospheric flow reaction at 373 K on Pd/titania catalyst to investigate variations of catalytic reactivity and product distribution. While ethylene and benzene were obtained as the major products, rapid decrease in acetylene conversion resulted from catalyst poisoning with the lapse of reaction time. For a fixed flow rate(space velocity 4,000hr^(-1)), as acetylene concentrations decreased from 50 to 25, to 12.5 vol%, benzene yields decreased, whereas catalyst poisoning was attenuated. Comparison of benzene evolution signals from the variation of acetylene concentrations showed that the rate of benzene formation is first-order in acetylene pressure. In addition, for a fixed concentration(25 vol%) of acetylene, as space velocity increased from 4,000 to 6,000hr^(-1), benzene yields also increased and catalyst poisoning was attenuated. Optimization of acetylene concentration and flow rate may be necessary to accomplish the attenuation of catalyst poisoning as well as enhancement of benzene yield from acetylene cyclotrimerization by flow reaction. It can be deduced from this study that oxygen anion vacancies at palladium-titania interface and reduced titania made contributions toward catalytic activity for benzene formation at the temperature 100 K lower than those reported by previous researchers.

        In this study, Mechanical property, thermal property, watervapor, and oxygen permeability of biodegradable Soy protein/Pectin-montmorillonite nanocomposite, prepared with Na^(+)-MMT, have been studied. X-ray diffraction and TEM experiments an polymer/silicate composite samples demonstrated that the intercalation of polymer chains leads to increase in the spacing between silicate layers. In addition, it were found that the intercalated Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite were prepared. It was found that the addition of only a small of clay was enough to improve the thermal stability and mechanical property of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite. watervapor of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin. oxygen permeability of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin.
