The physique and physical fitness weremneasured by the longitudinal survey. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The height and weight were showed the seight numerical value in increasing rate of a year at 11∼14 age. 2. The factor of physical fitness was showed the height numerical value at 14 age. 3. As a r=0.88 and p<0.001, the height and sitting height were showed a high degree of correlation in physique 4. The broad jump was showed r=0.21∼0.41 between physique and physical fitness 5. As a r=-0.619∼0.652, the running and broad jump were showed a significant correlation in physical fitness factor
A Chromatographic Finger Printing Study of Motor Oil for Forensic Investigation

The motor oil samples were directly analyzed without further sampling procedures to simplify the analysis method and to reduce the sampling times. The resultant chromatograms by FID and NPD showed the characteristic 'Finger Printing' profiles for the oils sampled from the tarmac, but the profiles were changed with the sampling time, particulary in FID responses. NPD responses showed much more reliable 'Finger Printing' profiles, which be used in forensic investigation. It is suggested that, to consider used motor oils forensic 'Finger Printing' investigation, the middle molecular weight fraction(C15-C25) be finger-printed by at least three different selective detectors such as FID, NPD and/or FPD. For this purpose, the MIP simultaneous multi-elenental detection system would be very advantageous.
PH₃를 흡착한 Si(100) 표면의 수소탈리:TPD를 통한 연구

H₂desorption from PH₃adsorbed Si(100) surface was examined by TPD(temperature programmed desorption) experiment. When PH₃partial pressure was 1×10?Torr and PH₃exposure was 30L, it was found that for adsorption temperature higher than 350℃, the TPD area decreased with increasing adsorption temperature. It was also observed that the peak temperature of TPD signals was shifted toward higher temperature with increasing adsorption temperature. The reason for this peak shift was thought to be surface P concentration and this P concentration was calculated through readsorption experiment. As a result of this readsorption experiment at 450℃, It is proposed that a relationship between surface P concentration and the temperature of the TPD peaks. For example, when the P concentration is 0.38ML the temperature of TPD peak is 562℃.
LiNbO₃:(Fe,Cu)단결정의 성장과 전기적성질에서의 불순물효과

LiNbO₃single crystal has attracted considerable interest because of their usefulness in the fields of nonlinear and electro-optical applications. In this study, we have grown the crystals of LiNbO₃,LiNbO₃:Fe,LiNbO₃:Cu,LiNbO₃:Fe+Cu from congruent melt in the RF furnace using Czochralski method and examined their physical properties, such as X-ray powder pattern, Laue pattern and frequency and temperature dependence of the dielectric constants and ac conductivities. Optimal growing conditions are as follows: pulling rate of 2mm/hr, rotating rate of 24rpm and cooling rate of 15℃/hr near transition point. We have found that LiNbO₃ single crystal undergo second order phase transition, its Curie constants are of an order of 10⁴and the transition temperatures are 1135.2℃, 1130.4℃, 1137.9℃ and 1127.2℃, respectively. The frequency dependent ac conductivities in single crystals, in the range from 100Hz to 10MHz and from 200℃ to 400℃, well satisfy the universal power law.
불화시클로부탄의 적도방향 이형태체에 대한 LANL1DZ와 LANL2DZ와 Basis set에서의AB Intio 최적구조

The structural parameters and rotational constants of fluorocyclobutane, c-C₄H?F, have been obtained from ab initio calculations employing the LANL1DZ, and LANL2DZ basis sets for the equatorial conformer. The puckering angle is calculated to be 24.2。 and 17.4。 with the LANL1DZ and LANL2DZ, respectively. The rotational constants are obtained as A=10077.98, B=4228.49, and C=3369.54MHz with the LAN1DZ and A=9928.48, B=4261.93, and C=3385.77MHz with the LANL2DZ basis set. Also with these basis sets, it is not possible to get the optimized structure of the axial form.

The utility of ab initio calculations for the determination of structural parameters for the equatorial conformer of chlorocyclobutane is demonstrated. It is shown that the C-H distances calculated with the LANL2DZ basis set give the best result when compare them with experimental values obtained form the microwave and the electron diffraction methods. For the structural parameters related to chlorine atom, the values obtained with the 3-21G*, 4-31G*, and 6-31G* are better than them with the LANL1DZ and LANL2DZ.

We have studied 80 events of candidates for ??? capture star at rest in nuclear emulsion, where ??? hyperons are produced in (??????) reactions identified by a ?? spectrometer. The weak decay of heavy double hypernuclei is confirmed, studying the distribution of visible energy-release and the probability of emission of two fast protons, in comparison with those for single hypernuclei.
Presence of the Raf-1 Responsive Element in Human MDR1 Promoter

We have shown that CV-1 cells transfected with the activated c-raf-1 cDNA, designated CV-1/raf, acquired a multidrug resistance (MDR) phenotype and revealed a correspondingly greater expression of MDR1 gene. Addition of H-87, a specific protein kinase A inhibitor, could overcome the acquired MDR in CV-1/raf cells and inhibited the increased activity by the expression of c-raf-1 gene of MDR1 promoter in a dose-dependent manner in chloramphenicol acetyltransferase assay. To analyze more precisely the location of functionally significant sequence for activation of MDR1 gene by c-raf-1 expression, deletion constructs with various lengths of MDR1 promoter were introduced into GHE-L cells. Our result demonstrated that DNA sequence exhibiting maximum activation of MDR1 promoter by c-raf-1 expression was located between-198 and-132 from the initiation site of MDR1 promoter and this DNA sequence is associated with the upstream heat shock element of MDR1 promoter.

Infrared reflection spectra of Gd₂(MoO₄)₃single crystals are measured in the range 600-??????. The spectra are analysed with dielectric dispersion analysis and Kramers-Kronig relation. Optical phonon modes TO and LO phonon modes of B₁and B₂show very strong oscillator strengths and small damping constants, whreras A₁polar mode have shows large damping constant. The frequency inversion between TO and LO phonons are observed near the TO phonon with large oscillator strength.
