        기업의 융합지향, 지식경영활동, 혁신성과 간의 관계

        급변하는 시대에 기업은 부가가치를 창출하고 시장 경쟁력 확보를 위한 새로운 돌파구로써 융합(Convergence) 을 채택하고 있다. 융합은 기술뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야에서도 활용되어지며 기업은 융합을 활용하여 혁신성과를달성하고자 한다. 융합을 지향할 경우 새로운 지식을 도입하고 활용하고자 하는 지식경영활동을 수행할 때 보다더 높은 혁신성과를 창출할 것이다. 이에 기업의 융합(기술화, 서비스화, ICT화)지향이 제품 및 공정 혁신성과에 미치는 영향과 지식의 원천을 기준으로 한 내․외부 지식경영활동이 혁신성과에 어떠한 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 기반으로 가설과 측정문항을 구성하였고 국내 전통 제조 기업을 대상으로 설문조사 및 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 16개의 가설 중에 8개가 채택되었다. 본 연구에서는 융합을 지향하는 유형에 따라 혁신성과의결과가 다르게 나타나 혁신 성과를 달성하기 위한 융합의 방향성을 제시하였고, 융합 지향과 혁신성과 간의 관계에서 지식경영활동의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 융합 지향의 성과가 단기적인 성과로 이루어지지 못하는 점을 감안하여 혁신성과에 대한 시계열적 분석과 기업유형별로 혁신성과를 달성하기 위한 융합 유형에 대한 표준화의 필요성을 향후 연구방향으로 제시되었다.

        The Effects of Prolonged Sitting in a Cross-legged Posture on Pulmonary Function in Young Adults

        Purpose: The impact of prolonged sitting in a cross-legged posture on physiological factors has not been extensively studied. We therefore attempted to evaluate whether prolonged sitting in a cross-legged posture affects pulmonary function in normal young adults. Methods: Twenty-four participants were recruited in this study, and the participants were equally allocated to the normal sitting posture group (NSP group, n=12) or sitting posture with the cross-legs group (SPCL group, n=12). The NSP group sat on chairs without crossing their legs for 30 minutes, and the SPCL group sat on the chair with legs crossed (the right knee on the left knee or the left knee on the right knee) for 30 minutes. The pulmonary function of the subjects was evaluated based on forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), FVC/FEV1, and peak expiratory flow (PEF) measured using a spirometer. Results: In the intra-group comparison, the SPCL group showed significant differences in FVC and FEV1 before and after sitting (p<0.05), but no significant differences (p>0.05) were observed in the NSP group. However, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the pulmonary function parameters measured before and after sitting (p>0.05). Conclusion: Our results confirmed that prolonged sitting in a cross-legged posture could have a negative influence on pulmonary function. Therefore, if a sitting position is maintained for a long time, the correct sitting posture should be maintained to prevent musculoskeletal disorders as well as to maintain normal pulmonary function.

        사회유대 요인이 음주운전에 미치는 영향

        In order to prevent drunk driving, Korea has implemented a policy of deterring drunk driving in the direction of strengthening legal controls, but it has not been effective. Therefore, based on Hirschi's Social bonding theory, this study was conducted to verify whether adult social bonding, an informal social control mechanism, affects drunk driving. To verify the problem, the secondary data collected by the Korean Institute of Criminology and Justice were used and analyzed. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted assuming that social cohesion factors and drunk driving behavior were probabilistic causal relationships. As a result of the analysis, it was found that adult attachment to family, a social bonding factor, reduces drunk driving behavior. This indicates the possibility that the social bonding theory, which was mainly verified in juvenile delinquency, can also work in adult crimes. It also suggests the need to consider social attachment factors at home as well as the imposition of official punishment by criminal justice agencies to prevent drunk driving as a policy. 우리나라는 음주운전 예방을 위해 법률적 통제를 강화하는 방향으로 음주운전 억제 정책을 펼쳐왔는데 실효성을 거두지 못하였다. 이에 이 연구는 허쉬의 사회유대이론을 바탕으로 비공식적 사회통제 기제인 성인의 사회적 유대가 음주운전에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 수행되었다. 문제의 검증을 위해 형사정책연구원에서 서울시 시민을 대상으로 수집한 2차 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 사회유대 요인과 음주운전 행위를 확률적 인과관계로 가정하고 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 사회유대요인인 성인의 가족에 대한 애착이 음주운전 행위를 감소시키는 것으로나타났다. 이는 주로 청소년 비행에서 검증되던 사회유대이론이 성인범죄에도 작동할 수 있는 가능성을 나타낸다. 또한 정책적으로 음주운전 예방을 위해 형사사법기관의 공식적 처벌의 부과뿐 아니라 가정에서의 사회적 애착요인까지 고려할 필요성을 시사한다.

        The Circadian Effects on Postural Stability in Young Adults

        Purpose: Few studies have addressed the effect of diurnal circadian rhythms on postural stability, and thus the aim of the present study was to examine circadian effects on static and dynamic postural stability in young adults. Methods: Twenty-four subjects (9 men, 11 women: age=22.20±1.77, height=167.20±10.47, weight=59.85±10.66) from a university community volunteered for this study. Static and dynamic balance testing, which recorded using a Good Balance system (Good Balance, Metitur Ltd, Finland) was conducted at 9:00, 13:00, and 17:00 hours on two consecutive days, and the sequencing of static and dynamic balance tests were randomized. Results were analyzed using the non-parametric one-way repeated Friedman test in SPSS version 18.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA), and variable found to be significant were subjected to Wilcoxon post hoc testing. Results: Static and dynamic balance showed significant difference at the three times assessments (test at 9:00, 13:00, and 17:00) during circadian. In the post hoc test of static (anteroposterior distance, mediolateral distance and COP (center of pressure) velocity) and dynamic balance (performance time), 13:00 was the longer and faster than 9:00. Conclusion: These results indicated that control of postural balance is influenced by diurnal circadian rhythms, and confirm that control of postural balance is more effective and better performance in the 09:00 hours than 13:00 hours or 17:00 hours.

      • 초정밀 절삭에서의 가공깊이 최소화에 관한연구

        Ultra precision diamond cutting is a very efficient manufacturing method for optical parts such as HOE, Fresnel lenses, diffraction lenses, and others. During micro cutting, the rake angle is likely to become negative because the tool edge radius is considerably large compared to the sub-micrometer-order depth of cut. Depending on the ratio of the tool edge radius to the depth of cut, different micro-cutting mechanism modes appear. Therefore, the tool edge sharpness is the most important factor affecting the qualities of machined parts. That is why diamond especially mono-crystal diamond, which has the sharpest edge among all other materials is widely used in micro-cutting. The question arises, given a diamond tool, what is the minimum (critical) depth of cut to get continuous chips while in the cutting process? In this paper, the micro machinability around the critical depth of cut is investigated in micro grooving with a diamond tool, and introduce the minimizing method of cutting depth using vibration cutting. The experimental results show the characteristics of micro cutting in terms of cutting force ratio (Fx/Fy), chip shape, surface roughness, and surface hardening around the critical depth of cut.

      • 강제적인 체중지지훈련이 편마비 환자의 보행동안 마비측 하지 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of constrained weight shift training induced by placing a shoe lift beneath the unaffected lower extremity on muscle activation of affected lower extremity of stroke patients during gait. Twenty patients with hemiplegia were randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group, so that each group included 10 subject. Subjects in the experimental group performed constrained-weight shift training on and the foothold with 10mm height for 15 minutes, and the control group performed ergometer for 15 minutes. Each group participated in four-weeks training sessions and was trained five time per week. Muscle activation in the rectus femoris and tibialis anterior of the affected lower extremity during gait showed significant increase in experimental group, when compared to the control group. These results suggest that constrained weight shift training can be utilized as therapeutic intervention for recovery of symmetrical posture and muscle activation in hemiplegic patients.

        시설 거주 지적장애인들의 재활체육 프로그램 참여에 따른 여가시간 사용과 여가활동 수행에 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 연구에서는 규칙적인 재활체육 프로그램 참여에 따른 시설 거주 지적장애인들의 여가시간 사용과 여가활동 수행에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 시설 거주 지적장애인들의 여가시간 사용과 여가활동 수행에 대한 기초자료를 제공 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 연구대상은 경기도 용인시 지적장애인 거주시설에서 거주하는 지적장애인 8명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2015 년 09월 01일부터 11월 30일 까지 총 12주간 재활체육 프로그램을 실시하였다. 재활체육 프로그램으로 짐볼과 탄성 밴드를 활용한 근력운동을 적용하였으며, 프로그램 참여에 따른 여가시간 사용의 변화를 조사하기 위해 매월 시간 조사표 기록에 따른 총시간, 운동 빈도를 조사하였고, 여가활동 수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 프로그램 전, 후 캐나다작업수행측정(COPM)을 활용하여 동적 여가활동에서의 수행도와 만족도를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver.18.0으로 기술통계, 프리드만 검정(Friedman), 윌콕슨 부호순위 검정(Wilcoxon’s Signed-Ranks Test)을 실시하였다. 결과 : 여가시간 사용의 분석 결과 총시간, 운동 빈도에서 프로그램 참여 후 통계적으로 유의미하게 지속적으로 증가하 였으며, 여가활동 수행의 분석 결과 동적 여가활동에서의 수행도, 만족도에서 프로그램 참여 후 통계적으로 유의미 하게 증가하였다. 결론 : 재활체육 프로그램의 참여가 대상자들의 여가시간 사용을 효과적으로 변화시킬 수 있는 긍정적인 요인으로 작 용할 수 있어 시설에 거주하고 있는 지적장애인들에게 재활체육 프로그램의 참여는 필수적이다. 또한, 이러한 프로 그램을 지속적으로 제공하고, 체계적으로 발전시키고 관리하여, 지적장애인들의 여가생활의 질을 높이고 시설 내 생활과 하루일과의 만족도를 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Objective : The purpose of study is to provide basic information about the effects of leisure time use and leisure activity performance for intellectual disabilities residing in a residential care facility by participating a regular rehabilitation sports program. Methods : Participants were recruited 8 individual with intellectual disability in a residential care facility in Yong-in city and the study period lasted 12 weeks, from september 1 to November 30 in 2015. As a program, participants participated a muscle strengthening exercise using a Gym-ball and a elastic band. In order to analyze leisure time-use, time questionnaire was used every month to analyze total time and exercise frequency. Also, analyze the effects of leisure activity performance, Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM) was used to performance and satisfaction of dynamic leisure activity. Collected data was encoded by item and analyzed with SPSS ver18.0. Descriptive statistics were used for the participants’ general information. A non-parametric test (the Friedman test) was used to analyze leisure time-use. A non-parametric test (the Wilcoxon’s signed ranked test) was used to analyze to the effects of leisure activity performance. Statistical significance was accepted outside the 95% confidence interval. Results : The results of the total time and the exercise frequency showed significant increase. Also, the results of the performance and the satisfaction showed significant increase. Conclusion : Thus, the participation of the rehabilitation sports program is a vital element to lead to change leisure time use and leisure activity performance for intellectual disabilities residing in a residential care facility. Also, through the providing and the developing a regular rehabilitation sports program systematically, intellectual disabilities residing in a residential care facility have a higher quality of life and satisfaction of the daily routine and life in a residential care facility.

        Relationship between Ipsilateral Motor Deficits on the Less- Affected Side and Motor Function Stage on the Affected Side

        Purpose: Aim of this study was to investigate whether there are ipsilateral motor deficits for visuospatial accuracy and fine movements by making a comparison between stroke patients and healthy subjects. We examined whether ipsilateral motor deficits are influenced by the level of functional movements and muscle strength of the upper and lower extremities of the affected side. Methods: Thirty post-stroke subjects and 20 normal aged matched subjects were recruited. Outcome measures for less-affected side were the tracking task and nine-hole pegboard test. Fugl-Meyer test and motricity index were applied for the measurement of functional movements and muscle strength of affected side. Results: Tracking task and nine-hole pegboard test was significantly different between control and experimental group. In terms of accuracy index according to tracking, the experimental group showed a lower accuracy index in the MCP joint than the control group. However, there were no significant difference relation between the level of motor function of the affected side and the motor deficit level of ipsilateral side. Conclusion: Ipsilateral motor deficits may have significant clinical implications. It needs to be noted that although many patients, families, and medical staff are focused only on motor deficits of the affected side, motor deficits of the sound side can cause difficulties in daily living movements requiring delicate movements. In addition, there was no significant correlation between the level of motor function of the affected side and motor deficits of the sound side

      • 장시간 앉은 자세 동안 앉은 지면의 형태에 따라 자세 조절에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect in postural control by types of seat surface (static or dynamic seat surface) during prolonged sitting. Thirty young healthy participants were enrolled in this study. The participants were assigned randomly to either the static or dynamic prolonged sitting group, and postural control were measured in both group before and after prolonged sitting for 1 hour. Statistical analyses revealed significant differences in time x group interactions of firm eye close, foam eye open, and foam eye close(p<0.05). But, there was not significant difference in firm eye ope (p>0.05). In difference value of before and after, the DPS group was significant difference in firm eye close, foam eye open, and foam eye close, compared with the SPS group (p<0.05). Our study suggests that dynamic sitting is a more efficient method to maintain postural control during prolonged sitting, compared with static sitting.
