The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical and biochemical effects of SGD-F^(R)(UDCA, Vitamin B_1, Vitamin B_2 complex) in chronic active hepatitis. Observed cases were given orally after each meal(three times a day) for 4 weeks. The results were as follows: 1. Among subjective symptoms, improvement rate showed in easy fatigability 86.7%, anorexia 68.0%, indigestion 80.0%, nausea and vomiting 72.7%, RUQ pain 83.3%. 2. Biochemical parameters such as SGOT, SGPT, showed to be improved significantly after the 4 weeks treatment.(p<0.01) 3. There was no specific side effect during the study period in all cases. In conclusion, SGD-F^(R) capsule may be safe and effective for chronic active hepatitis.

This study considers a comparison of highly accelerated stress testing (HAST) with conventional reliability programs. Highly accelerated life tests (HALT), highly accelerated stress screens (HASS), and highly accelerated stress audits (HASA) are three major parts of HAST and accelerated methods which use stresses higher than the field environments to expose and then improve design and process weakness. HALT, HASS, and HASA techniques are explained comprehensively, HALT, HASS and HASA are compared with reliability growth tests(RGT), reliability stress screening (RSS), and sample RSS, respectively. HASTs are practical and efficient methodology to improve products reliability dramatically.
다수개의 지수고장원인이 있는 경우의 최적가속수명시험 설계 및 수명분포의 최우추정

This paper concerned with maximum likelihood estimation of lifetime distribution under competing causes of failure and optimum design of constant stress accelerated life test plans. The model consists of independent exponential lifetime distributions with mean that is a loglinear function of stress for each failure cause. Likelihood equations are obtained. Minimizing the sun of asymptotic variances of the maximum likelihood estimators of the mean lives at design stress for all causes is used as an optimality criterion. Two stress levels are used and the high stress level is assumed to be given. The optimal low stress level and the proportion of units tested at each stress are obtained and tables for finding optimum plans are given.
램프시험하에서 신뢰수명의 통계적 추론 : 대수정규수명분포의 경우

가속수명시험은 제품의 사용조건 보다 높은 스트레스 수준에서 시험하여 제품의 신뢰 수명을 추정하는 것으로써 스트레스 수준을 일정하게 유지하는 일정형시험이 일반적이다. 그러나 경우에 따라서는 시험절차의 편리와 시험시간의 단축을 위해서 연속적으로 스트레스를 증가시키는 연속행 시험을 사용하기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 제품의 수명이 대수정규분포를 따르고 수명과 스트레스의 관계가 역거듭제곱모형일 때 스트레스를 시간에 따라 선형적으로 증가시키는 램프시험하에서 제품의 수명분포를 유도하고 수명모수의 최우수정량과 추정량의 정근분포를 완전자료의 경우에 대해서 구하였으며 예제를 이용해서 분석과정을 설명하였다. The common accelerated life test (ALT) consists of test methods applying a constant stress, higher than the use condition stress, to items. There are, however, situations for which a progressive stress ALT, in which the stress on a test item is continuously increased with time, is more convenient to perform testing and simpler in analyzing data than a constant stress ALT. When a product under constant stress s follows a lognormal distribution with parameters μ(s) and σ, the life distribution of product tested under progressive stress ALT is derived. Maximum likelihood estimators of parameters involved in the model are obtained and their asymptotic distributions are derived for the situation where the stress s(t) at time t is a linear funtion of 1 and the stress-life relationship is the inverse power law. A numerical example is given.
도로경관의 자연환경성 모형 : 교외지역 국도를 중심으로 Focused on the National Road in Suburb Areas

This study was attempted to review the information data for minimizing the destruction of environmental naturalness and the visual damage of landscape from road construction by establishing a model of environmental naturalness for national roads in the suburb areas to suggest an answer to a research question. "What does decide the environmental naturalness of roadscape?". We found that 1) The road-side slope showed no statistical significance in the description of environmental naturalness of roadscape. but the fact that the road-side slope from road construction is the destruction of natural topography cannot be overlooked. 2) In terms of the direction of value variations for independent variables, signboard and telegraph post, soundproofing and protection wall. structure, and building acted toward negative (-) direction, while mountains, sky, road trees, fields, and surrounding green including the road-side slope acted toward positive(+) direction. 3) The variable with highest relative contribution to dependent variables among independent variables is building. which has importance as many as 148 times of road-side slope, while the variable road-side slope has the least importance. Building has the importance of 7.22 times. mountains 5.51 times, road trees 2.59 times, surrounding green 2.54 times, structure 2.41 times, signboard and telegraph post 2.37 times, soundproofing and protection wall 2.20 times, and sky 1.32 times of the fields as a standard criterion values 1.
