      • Cryptanalysis of a Multiple Server Smart Card based Authentication Scheme

        The design of the remote user authentication scheme for access to the service server is a very important issue in a multi-server environment. In particular, it is essential for mutual authentication and key agreement process between the user and the server. Proposed so far many schemes are focused to increase safety, reduce the communication time and calculation cost. On the other hand, there is a limit to overcome a variety of attacks. In recent years, Jain et al'.s proposed the authentication scheme, such as mutual authentication and session key establishment, smart card-based multi-server authentication scheme to withstand a variety of attacks. In this paper, I analyze that Jain et al'.s scheme is not secure against user impersonation attack, man-in-the-middle attack, DoS attack, reply attack etc.

      • Exploring the Chemical Sensitivity of a Carbon Nanotube/Green Tea Composite

        <P>Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) possess unique electronic and physical properties, which make them very attractive for a wide range of applications. In particular, SWNTs and their composites have shown a great potential for chemical and biological sensing. Green tea, or more specifically its main antioxidant component, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), has been found to disperse SWNTs in water. However, the chemical sensitivity of this SWNT/green tea (SWNT/EGCG) composite remained unexplored. With EGCG present, this SWNT composite should have strong antioxidant properties and thus respond to reactive oxygen species (ROS). Here we report on fabrication and characterization of SWNT/EGCG thin films and the measurement of their relative conductance as a function of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> concentrations. We further investigated the sensing mechanism by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and field-effect transistor measurements (FET). We propose here that the response to H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> arises from the oxidation of EGCG in the composite.         餐饮业作为与人民生活密切相关的产业, 在整个消费中所占比例已超过10%, 对消费有着明显的拉动作用。在整个菜系中, 鲁菜作为其中之一对带动餐饮业发展、推动消费市场升级有着至关重要的作用。鲁菜不仅是一种菜系, 同时象征着齐鲁文化。因此, 本文从鲁菜文化的传承与发展的现状入手, 通过研究鲁菜发展过程中所面临的问题, 对鲁菜文化挖掘与传承提出建设意见, 丰富鲁菜文化相关研究, 有助于促进鲁菜甚至中国餐饮产业的发展。 Purpose – Dig deeply into Shandong cuisine culture, explore the cultural deposits and historical background in the development of Shandong cuisine, and tell the story of Shandong cuisine; Combining the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of Shandong cuisine, we should break the development bottleneck of Shandong cuisine with innovative thinking and seek effective countermeasures for the development and inheritance of Shandong cuisine industry. Design/Methodology/Approach – Through interviews and documents, through cooperation with social organizations and catering institutions, and through oral history , Shandong cuisine masters and experts in Shandong cuisine management industry were interviewed to collect their views and grasp of the future development direction of Shandong cuisine industry and organize the cost articles. Findings – The revitalization of Shandong cuisine culture needs the joint efforts of the government, enterprises, universities and industries to seize the opportunity, continuously develop and summarize. Research Implications – In this article, in the hope that Shandong cuisine industry to industry and education integration, culture and the integration of tourism, rural revitalization, and digital age new marketing ways to promote the image of Shandong cuisine, better promote the Shandong cuisine culture and realize the long-term development of the industry of Shandong cuisine, let more people know the Shandong cuisine.

        Tri-metal-based hollow nanorods-on-microrod arrays as efficient water splitting electrocatalysts

        Constructing ordered hierarchical porous electrocatalysts while maintaining their high efficiency and stabilityfor oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is highly desirable butstill remains challenging. Herein, hierarchical tri-metal-based hollow nano/micro rod-on-rod array structures,including hydroxides and phosphates, are vertically grown on Cu foam by the cation-exchangingand anion exchanging approaches. Such ordered porous architecture, providing multi metal center, regularinterconnection of macropore channel, large electrochemical surface area, small charge-transferresistance, efficient mass transport and electron transfer for overall water splitting in alkaline media. These obtained hydroxide OER catalysts (CoMn LDH@Cu(OH)2/CF) and phosphide HER catalysts(CoMnP@Cu3P/CF) exhibited low onset potential, low Tafel slope, and prominent durability. Such excellentperformance, ordered porous structure and simple preparation methods indicate that this study providesa new strategy for assembling promising catalysts for water splitting and other applications.

        Effect of Collagen Scaffold with Adipose-derived Stromal Vascular Fraction Cells on Diabetic Wound Healing: A Study in a Diabetic Porcine Model

        Diabetes can impair neovascularization important for wound healing, and this study investigated the hypothesis that this effect can be reversed by an active provisional matrix. Here, a 3D collagen scaffold and uncultured adipose-derived SVFs were firstly utilized to construct a collagen-targeting system for wound healing in a diabetic porcine model. The diabetic porcine models were made by injected streptozocin (STZ) intravenously and removed full thickness skin from the dorsum. Each animal received four different samples: Group A (control groups, n=24), Group B (SVFs groups, n=24), Group C (scaffold groups, n=24), Group D (SVFs -scaffold groups, n=24). PBS was applied to the wounds in Group A. 1×105 SVFs suspended in PBS were sprayed on the wounds in Group B. Scaffolds only with PBS were covered on the wounds in Group C. Scaffolds with equal volume of cell suspension containing 1×105 SVFs were covered on the wounds in Group D. The healing rates were calculated and compared among the groups and the tissues of the wound were taken and evaluated for histological analysis. The diabetic wound treated with the SVFs -collagen scaffold showed a significant decrease in wound size, an increase of neovascularization and a maximum VEGF and bFGF expression in comparison with SVFs and scaffold alone. The SVFs-collagen scaffold accelerates wound healing since it stimulates higher capillary formation causes major proangiogenesis factors expression in diabetic pigs suffering from skin defects, suggesting this approach could have utility for diabetic wound healing.

        One-Step Hydrothermal Synthesis of Bi2S3-TiO2-RGO Composites with Enhanced Visible Light Photocatalytic Activities

        The Bi2S3-TiO2-RGO composites were synthesized by a facile one-step hydrothermal method and applied for the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (Rh B) under the visible light. The Bi2S3-TiO2-RGO composites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The results indicated that the Bi2S3-TiO2-RGO composites were successfully prepared, and Ti-O-C and S-C bonds were existing among Bi2S3, TiO2 as well as RGO. Furthermore, the photocatalytic ability of Bi2S3-TiO2-RGO composites was excellent under visible light due to its responding to the whole visible light region, low recombination rate of photogenerated electron–hole pairs and relatively negative conduction band. Rh B photocatalytic degradation rate was 99.5% after 50 min and still could reach 98.4% after five cycles. Finally, a formation mechanism as well as a photocatalytic mechanism of Bi2S3-TiO2-RGO composites were proposed based on the experimental results.

        In this paper, optimal impedance adaptation is investigated for interaction control in constrained motion. The external environment is modeled as a linear system with parameter matrices completely unknown and continuous critic learning is adopted for interaction control. The desired impedance is obtained which leads to an optimal realization of the trajectory tracking and force regulation. As no particular system information is required in the whole process, the proposed interaction control provides a feasible solution to a large number of applications. The validity of the proposed method is verified through simulation studies.

        Experimental study of water recovery from flue gas using hollow micro–nano porous ceramic composite membranes

        A new method of water recovery from flue gas with hollow micro–nano porous ceramic composite membranes has been put forward in order to deal with the evaporated wastewater from thermal power plants. The feasibility of this method has been investigated in theory, and ceramic membranes of different pore sizes in selective layer have been prepared for experiments. The achieved results indicate that the ceramic membrane with selective layer of 20 nm pore size is appropriate for different flue gas conditions. The amount of recovered water augments with the increasing relative humidity of gas. When the temperature of flue gas reaches 70 °C, the amount of recovered water is above 1 L/m2h and the recovery ratio can be up to 55%. This method has great potentiality in the application of water recovery from flue gas in thermal power plants.

        Investigating the Characteristics of Wet Shotcrete Pipeline Transportation

        In order to study the resistance characteristics of wet shotcrete pipeline transportation, a small pipe type rheology and resistance test device was developed. The device is used for straight pipe resistance test, pump stop test and dyed concrete test were carried out on concrete with different characteristics. The fluidity changes of concrete with different characteristics were obtained through experiments. The results show that the slump, pressure bleeding rate, water-cement ratio were all negatively related to pipeline transportation resistance. The influence of the three factors on resistance was in order: pressure bleeding rate, water-cement ratio, slump. The dyed concrete test confirmed the principle of the plunger flow in the pipeline when concrete is pumped. The thickness of the lubricating layer increased with the increase of the water-cement ratio. The concrete pipeline transportation resistance increased with the increase of the standing time. The fitting curve was obtained through the correlation analysis between resistance and lubricating layer thickness, and the two were negatively correlated. This provides a new research idea for the study of drag reduction measures for concrete pipeline transportation.

        LincR-PPP2R5C Promotes Th2 Cell Differentiation Through PPP2R5C/PP2A by Forming an RNA–DNA Triplex in Allergic Asthma

        Purpose: The roles and mechanisms of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in T helper 2 (Th2) differentiation from allergic asthma are poorly understood. We aimed to explore a novel lncRNA, LincR-protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B' gamma (PPP2R5C), in Th2 differentiation in a mouse model of asthma. Methods: LincR-PPP2R5C from RNA-seq data of CD4+ T cells of asthma-like mice were validated and confirmed by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, northern blotting, nuclear and cytoplasmic separation, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Lentiviruses encoding LincR-PPP2R5C or shRNA were used to overexpress or silence LincR-PPP2R5C in CD4+ T cells. The interactions between LincR-PPP2R5C and PPP2R5C were explored with western blotting, chromatin isolation by RNA purification assay, and fluorescence resonance energy transfer. An ovalbumin-induced acute asthma model in knockout (KO) mice (LincR-PPP2R5C KO, CD4 conditional LincR-PPP2R5C KO) was established to explore the roles of LincR-PPP2R5C in Th2 differentiation. Results: LncR-PPP2R5C was significantly higher in CD4+ T cells from asthmatic mice ex vivo and Th2 cells in vitro. The lentivirus encoding LincR-PPP2R5C suppressed Th1 differentiation; in contrast, the short hairpin RNA (shRNA) lentivirus decreased LincR-PPP2R5C and Th2 differentiation. Mechanistically, LincR-PPP2R5C deficiency suppressed the phosphatase activity of the protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) holocomplex, resulting in a decline in Th2 differentiation. The formation of an RNA-DNA triplex between LincR-PPP2R5C and the PPP2R5C promoter enhanced PPP2R5C expression and activated PP2A. LincR-PPP2R5C KO and CD4 conditional KO decreased Th2 differentiation, airway hyperresponsiveness and inflammatory responses. Conclusions: LincR-PPP2R5C regulated PPP2R5C expression and PP2A activity by forming an RNA-DNA triplex with the PPP2R5C promoter, leading to Th2 polarization in a mouse model of acute asthma. Our data presented the first definitive evidence of lncRNAs in the regulation of Th2 cells in asthma.
