        《文选》及李善注所涉神话的数据统计与分析

        In the present study of anthology, even few scholars have been studying the myth involved in Wen Xuan and its annotated version. The results of the studies are still rare, There are over 140 workers poetries with mythological images in over 700 works which included in Wen Xuan, it was 20% of the total. And the above-mentioned 140 poetries, most of which are annotated by Li Shan, richly embellished with quotations and allusions to classical mythology in poems. The Cbu Ci that has been most frequently quoted it, secondarily Shan Hai Jing, thirdly Huai Nan Zi. Zhuang Zi has come in the fourth. A "Book of Myth" in Wen Xuan, which annotated by Li Shan, mentioned case of myth, and The Chu Ci, Shan Hai Jing and Huai Nan Zi from which over 10 types of myth were quoted, just Shan Hai Jing instead of The Chu Ci had held the first position. Of the 48 kinds of myths in the Wen Xuan by Li Shan annotated, "natural myth was the most, followed by the social myth", then "goddess myth", "creation myth" at least, with only three kinds. Most work s of Wen Xuan were recorded in Two Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, most poems with mythological images were also recorded in the same period. According to the above analysis. Two Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, was not only an important period that Chinese ancient myth was developed evolved, but also an important period that mythology and ancient literature linked by a close relationship.

        Bipartite Containment Control for Multi-agent Systems Under Fixed and Markov Switching Topologies

        The distributed bipartite containment control problem of a set of general linear multi-agent systems with structural balanced symbolic graph is studied. The containment control analysis of communication topology under fixed topology and Markov switching topologies are given. Different from the traditional multi-agent containment control, a distributed observer and bipartite containment protocol are designed based on relative neighbour information. Algebraic graph theory and Lyapunov stability theory are applied to make the bipartite containment error and estimation error converge to zero under the action of the containment control protocol, thus making follower agents converge asymptotically to the states of leader agents. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical method is verified by simulation examples.

        Temporal expression profiling of long noncoding RNA and mRNA in the peripheral blood during porcine development

        Objective: We investigated the temporal expression profiles of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) and mRNA in the peripheral blood of pigs during development and identified the lncRNAs that are related to the blood-based immune system. Methods: Peripheral blood samples were obtained from the pigs at 0, 7, 28, and 180 days and 2 years of age. RNA sequencing was performed to survey the lncRNA and mRNA transcriptomes in the samples. Short time-series expression miner (STEM) was used to show temporal expression patterns in the mRNAs and lncRNAs. Gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analyses were performed to assess the genes' biological relevance. To predict the functions of the identified lncRNAs, we extracted mRNAs that were nearby loci and highly correlated with the lncRNAs. Results: In total of 5,946 lncRNA and 12,354 mRNA transcripts were identified among the samples. STEM showed that most lncRNAs and mRNAs had similar temporal expression patterns during development, indicating the expressional correlation and functional relatedness between them. The five stages were divided into two classes: the suckling period and the late developmental stage. Most genes were expressed at low level during the suckling period, but at higher level during the late stages. Expression of several T-cell-related genes increased continuously during the suckling period, indicating that these genes are crucial for establishing the adaptive immune system in piglets at this stage. Notably, lncRNA TCONS-00086451 may promote blood-based immune system development by upregulating nuclear factor of activated T-cells cytoplasmic 2 expression. Conclusion: This study provides a catalog of porcine peripheral blood-related lncRNAs and mRNAs and reveals the characteristics and temporal expression profiles of these lncRNAs and mRNAs during peripheral blood development from the newborn to adult stages in pigs.

        MiR-137 inhibits the proliferation, invasion and migration of glioma via targeting to regulate EZH2

        Background Gliomas are common malignant tumors in the nervous system, known for poor prognosis and low survival rate. Objective This study aims to explore functions of miR-137 in glioma progression and identify messenger RNAs (mRNA) regulated by miR-137, which provides new ideas for further exploration of glioma therapeutic targets. Methods Gene expression data were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas database, and abnormally expressed miRNAs and mRNAs in glioma were analyzed. The expression of genes in 20 pairs of clinical tissue samples and glioma cell lines were detected through qRT-PCR, and the expression of proteins was detected through Western blot. Changes in cell proliferative level after transfection were detected via CCK8 assay, and changes in cell migratory and invasive abilities were detected by Transwell assay. Besides, dual-luciferase reporter assay was employed to testify binding relationship between two genes. Results Our study found that miR-137 was signifcantly and lowly expressed in glioma tissue and cell lines, and the prognoses of glioma patients with highly expressed miR-137 were more optimistic. Overexpressed miR-137 could remarkably inhibit proliferative, invasive and migratory abilities of glioma cells U87, while transfection of miR-137 inhibitor presented an opposite efect. Additionally, EZH2 was a direct target of miR-137 and overexpressed EZH2 efectively reversed the efect of miR-137 on glioma proliferation and migration. Conclusions Our study found that miR-137 could suppress the proliferation, invasion and migration of glioma cells through regulating the expression of EZH2. So far, we have found a novel regulatory pair that infuences glioma progression, providing a basis for further development of new therapeutic strategies.

        This paper proposes a method that improves the performance of the small object detector. The proposed method adds Super Resolution-Path Aggregation Network(SR-PANet) and Cross-Scale Fusion(CSF) modules to YOLOv4. Combining these two modules enhances the small object detection performance in experiments based on the VisDrone2019 Dataset. In addition, the proposed network was simplified using channel pruning and post-training quantization and embedded into the QCS610 chipset based on the Qualcomm Neural Processing SDK. Experimental results show that the proposed network was successfully simplified and properly works in real-time on edge devices.

        Research on the Fusion Relationship between FMCG Packaging and Purchase Intention on Social Media Platforms

        From the perspective of social media (self-media), this research analyzes the fusion relationship between different dimensions of FMCG packaging design and product purchase intention, and puts forward corresponding views and strategies at the theoretical and application levels. In the social media era, the right of information control, the right of choice, and the right of discourse gradually incline to the public, and the one-way information output in the field of United Media is transforming into the information interaction and multiple control of Focus Media. All brands are using a more flexible way to export brand culture and values. At this point, the field of product packaging is an important export. The role of product packaging has expanded from a static storage carrier to a modern circulation medium, and has become an important channel connecting brands and consumers. Excellent product packaging can not only stimulate consumers to purchase, but also, through the spontaneous sharing of consumers in social media, achieve propagation fission and maximize the promotion of brand communication. In previous studies, few studies have been conducted on product packaging factors and their influencing mechanisms with purchase intention from the perspective of brand communication, therefore further research is needed to enrich theoretical research in this field and optimize product packaging strategies. This paper analyzes and refines the obtained interview data, and obtains four dimensions of FMCG packaging: functionality, sensation, emotionality and topicality, and constructs the model of FMCG packaging’s influence mechanism on purchase intention. Relevant research hypotheses are put forward. Research has found that the functionality, sensation, emotionality, and topicality of FMCG packaging have a significant impact on purchase intention, and topicality has the greatest impact. Topic has become the primary factor influencing consumers’ FMCG purchase intention in the social media era. Combining the research conclusion of this paper with the status quo of enterprise marketing, this paper puts forward corresponding marketing suggestions for the packaging design of the FMCG industry.

        <P>We use a conventional and straightforward route to fabricate scalable morphology-controlled regular structures. This route is based on the etching of PDMS microlens array in CF<SUB>4</SUB> and CF<SUB>4</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> plasma. PDMS microlens array can be changed to regularly isolated microdot structures array in CF<SUB>4</SUB> plasma. Microbowl shaped structures array can be reached in CF<SUB>4</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> plasma. Moreover, a set of structures after CF<SUB>4</SUB> plasma treatment display superhydrophobicity, while a set of structures after CF<SUB>4</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> plasma treatment present hydrophilicity. DNA molecules can be readily enriched on the hydrophilic surface.         Kinesin superfamily member 15 knockdown inhibits cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

        The aim of this study was to investigate the role of kinesin superfamily member 15 (KIF15) in nasopharyngeal carcinogenesis (NPC) and explore its underlying mechanisms. We employed various assays, including the CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry, the Transwell and scratch assay, Western blotting, and nude mice transplantation tumor, to investigate the impact of KIF15 on NPC. Our findings demonstrate that KIF15 plays a critical role in the proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion of NPC cells. Furthermore, we discovered that silencing KIF15 inhibits cell proliferation, migration, and invasion while promoting apoptosis, and that KIF15's effect on NPC cell growth is mediated through the PI3K/AKT and P53 signaling pathways. Additionally, we showed that KIF15 promotes nasopharyngeal cancer cell growth in vivo. Our study sheds light on the significance of KIF15 in NPC by revealing that KIF15 knockdown inhibits NPC cell growth through the regulation of AKT-related signaling pathways. These findings suggest that KIF15 represents a promising therapeutic target for the prevention and treatment of NPC.
