      • 화악산 일대의 곤충 개체군의 분석

        The insect fauna from the district of Mt. Hwaak was studied. Specimens were collected from April to October of 1998. The total specimens were classified into 9 orders, 70 families, and 300 species. In Dermaptera, 1 families 1 species were identified. In Odonata, 1 families 3 species were collected, and 7 families 13 species were contained in Homoptera. In Hemiptera, 11 families 22 species were classified, and 5 families 10 species were classified in Orthoptera. Diptera held 6 families 9 species, Hymenoptera had 8 families 20 species, and Coleoptera had 8 families 44 species. And we could classified 23 families 176 species in Lepidoptera.

      • 취서산과 천성산 수계의 저서성 대형무척추동물 군집구조

        The community structures of benthic macroinvertebrates in the streams of Mt. Kauisan and Mt. Chuiseosan were studied. The surveyed sites were streams of Mt. Chuiseosan area, Tongdosa area and Naewonsa area of Mt Chunsungsan. The collection was performed from May to October of 2005. As a result, total macroinvertbrates collected in the stream of Mt Chuiseosan area were 3 phyla, 3 classes, 10 orders, 19 families, 31 species and 293 individuals. From the Tongdosa area, 2 phyla, 3 classes, 11 orders, 33 families, 51 species and 827 individuals were identified. From the Naewonsa area, 3 phyla, 4 classes, 11orders, 23 families, 32 species and 457 individuals were found. The community analysis showed the highest species diversity and species richness in Tongdosa area than other areas. The dominant species of this study was Semisulcospira libertina and it occupied 21.66% of total individuals.

        The distribution of aquatic and terrestrial insects form Junam reservoir was surveyed. Junam reservoir locate at Dong-Up, Changwon-city, and various insects were collected from 10 serveying sites. Specimens were collected from May to October of 1997 by various collecting methods. Total insect taxa collected from reservoirs were 10 orders, 63 families, 143 genera, 170 species and 4295 individuals. In Odonata, 6 families, 16 genera, 25 species were identified. From order Mentodea, 1 families, 2 species were identified. From Dermaptera, 2 families, 3 species were recorded. In Orthoptera, 4 families, 8 genera, 10 species were identified, and 13 families, 29 genera, 35 species were collected in Hemiptera. On Homoptera, 6 families, 8 species were collected, and 13 families, 37 species were contained in Coleoptera. In Hymenoptera, 6 families, 19 species were classified, and 8 families, 20 species were identified in Diptera. In Lepidoptera, 4 families, 10 species were classified. From the faunal data, diversity index(H′), richness index(RI), relative density(RD), and dominance to the species(D) were calculated respectively. Ischnura asiatica showed the highest dominance index, and richness index of Junam reservoir was 46.52. Diversity index was highest at the site of D.

        The community structure of benthic macroinvertebratcs in the stream of Mt. Kajisan was studied. The surveyed sites were streams of Seoknamsa area and Backyconsa area. The Collection was per-formed from May to October of 2004. as a result, total macroinvertabates collecter in the stream of Mt. Kajisan were 4 phyla, 5 classes, 15 orders, 42 families, 62 genera, 79 species and 806 individuals. From the Seoknamsa area, 4 phyla, 5 classes 14 orders, 38 families 54 genaera, 69 species and 429 individuals were identified. From the Backyconsa area, 4 phyla, 5 classes,14 order, 36 families 48 genera, 58 species and 377 individuals were found. The community analysis showed higher species diversity and species richness in Seaoknamsa area than those of Backyeonsa area. The dominant species of both areas were Semisulco-spira libertina and it occupied 10% of total individuals or more. The total species richness and species diversity of benthic macroivertcbratcs in the stream of Mt. Kajisan was 26.98 and 1.68 respectively.

        The community structures of benthic macroinvertebrates and insects of reservoirs Yeoncho and Gucheon in Is. Geoje were studied. The surveyed sites were three streams and waterfronts each lake. The Collection was performed from May to October of 2004. As a result, total macroinvertabrates collected in the reservoir Yeoncho were 2 phyla, 2 classes, 8 orders, 15 families, 17 genera and 18 species. IN insects, 12 orders, 52 families, 89 genera and 95 species were identifies. Total macroinvertabrates collected in the reservoir Gucheon were 3 phyla, 4 classes, 10 orders, 15 families, 18 genera and 18 species. In insects, 8 orders, 45 families, 92 genera and 101 species were identified. Dominant species of benthic macroinvertebrates and insects in reservoir Yeoncho were Macrobrachium nipponense and Nysius(Nysius) plebejus respectively. The total species richness and species diversity of benthic macroinvertebrates in the reservoir Yeoncho was 32.78 and 1,77 respectively. The total species richness and species diversity of benthic macroinvertertebrates in the reservoir Gucheon was 36.48 and 1.88 respectively.

        The community structures of benthic macro-invertebrates and insects of reservoirs Jeongyang and Pakasil in Hapcheon-gun were studied. The surveyed sites were three streams and waterfronts of each lake. The Collection was performed from April to October of 2005. As a result, total macreo-invertebrates collected in the reservoir Jeongyang were 3 phyla, 4 classes, 12 orders, 29 families and 56 species. In insects, 12 orders, 71 families and 167 species were identified. Total macro-invertebrates collectd in the reservoir Paksil were 2 phyla, 3 classes, 8 orders, 19 families and 36 species. In insects, 11orders, 50 families and 137 species were identified.Dominant species of benthic macro-invertebrates and insects in reservoir Jeongyang were Chiromomus sp and Nysius plebejus respectively. Dominant species of benthic macro-invertebrates and insects in reservoir Paksil were Physella acuta and Nysius plebejus respectively. The total species richness and species diversity of benthic macro-invertebrates in the reservoir Jeongyang was 16.88 and 1.43 respectively. The total species richness and species diversidty of benthic macro-invertebrates in the reservoir Paksil was 12.12 and 1.10 respectively. The total species richness and species diversity of insects in the reservoir Jeongyang was 56.65 and 1.99 respectively. The total species richness and species diversity of benthic macro-invertebrates in the reservoir Paksil was 47.65. and 0.90 respectively.

        The bursae copulatrix of some coliadinae were morphologically compared. The structures of bursae, signa and innersurface processes were different to genera. The species of each genus showed similar patterns on the structures. Among them, N. iole was considered as a isolated species from the stem group. And the systematic position of Zerene should be reconsidered.

      • 비 방사선 in situ hybridization과 confocal scanning microscope를 이용한 HCV에 감염된 human liver cell에서의 mRNA의 연구

        'In situ hybridization' has been used in searching the specific nucleic acid of the mRNA and viral DNA in the cell and tissue. For in situ hybridization, the use of a non-radioactive probe was considered as a good method. Because, the method provided excellent resolution of probe stability and personal safety. This study was performed by using the T-T dimered DNA as the non-radioactive probe in the human liver tissue infected by hepatitis C virus (HCV). The results were as follows. 1. The positive reaction of specific mRNA was detected from the hepatocyte. 2. Using the confocal scanning microscope and IBAS, the positive reaction wite was very evident. But, the negative reaction was not appeared in several cells. 3. Among Kupffer's cells, endothelial cells, and other cells, some were positively stained. 4. The sinusoids, central veins, hepatic arteries, bile ducts and connective tissues presented the negative reaction. 5.       • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

      • 과학개념의 위계적 분석 및 그 적용을 통한 교수 효과와 과학교육과정 계열성의 타당화 평가 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological hierarchy structure of science concepts and to determine the effective teaching order by comparing the teaching effects of the psychological hierarchy order with those of teaching order of the current text in order to inquire validating evaluation framework of science curriculum sequence. Key concepts were selected by tasks analysis in the seven units of elementary and secondary school curriculum. Concept formation tests were developed to evaluate each concepts achievement. The test items were made according to each of the concepts based on 12 prototype tasks developed by Frayer(1969). To identify the students' psychological hierarchy the test items were administrated to elementary and secondary school students. Ordering theory was used to identify the students' psychological hierarchy. Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used in this study as an experimental design. Teaching with psychological hierarchy order was applied tp experimental group and teaching with concept order described in the current text was applied to control group. The major results of this study are as followings: 1. The students' psychological hierarchy structures are different from logical hierarchy structures. 2. The science teachers' psychological hierarchy structures are different from not only logical hierarchy structures but also students' psychological hierarchy structures. 3. The mean score of experimental group applied psychological hierarchy order is significantly higher(p<.05) than the control group in the concept achievement.
