      • 분사법에 의한 탄산칼슘 제조

        본 연구는 탄산가스화법에 의한 탄산칼슘 입자 제조 공정에 있어서, 탄산가스로 채워진 반응기에 수산화칼슘 슬러리를 분사하는 방법으로 탄산칼슘 입자를 제조하였다. 수산화 칼슘의 농도(0.25~1.0wt%), 분사압력(0.5kgf /㎠~1.5kgf /㎠) 및 반응기 온도(20℃, 28℃)의 변화에 따른 생성된 탄산칼슘을 관찰하였다. 수산화 칼슘의 농도가 비교적 높으면(0.75wt%, 1.0wt%), 생성물의 pH와 전도도는 높게 나타났다. 분사압력에 의한 탄산칼슘 제조의 변화는 분사압력이 높아질수록(1.5kgf /㎠), pH와 전도도는 높게 측정되었다. 그러나, 수산화 칼슘의 농도와 분사압력의 변화가 탄산칼슘의 입자크기, 형태, 결정구조에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 반응기의 온도가 28℃에서 생성된 탄산칼슘은 1.0㎛이하의 칼사이트 상 입자가 제조되었으며, 20℃에서 생성된 탄산칼슘은 0.5㎛이하의 칼사이트 상 입자가 제조되었다. 반응기의 온도가 낮아질수록 탄산칼슘 입자의 크기가 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. For the preparation of calcium carbonate particles from aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry, carbonation reaction of aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry was carried out by spouting the aqueous slurry of Ca(OH)2 into reactor filled with CO2 gas. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 varies from 0.25wt% to 1.0wt%, nozzle pressure from 0.5kgf /㎠ to 1.5kgf /㎠, and reactor temperature were set at 20℃ and 28℃. With relatively high concentration of 0.75wt% and 1.0wt% of Ca(OH)2, pH and conductivity of product-stream were observed high value. High pH and conductivity were observed at high nozzle pressure of 1.5kgf /㎠. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 and nozzle pressure, however, did not change the particle size and shape of calcium carbonate synthesized by carbonation reaction. The reaction temperature affected particle size. At reactor temperatures of 28℃ and 20℃, the particle sizes were about 1.0㎛ and 0.5㎛, respectively. Crystal structure of calcium calcium carbonate was of calcite. When reactor temperature was lower, the size of calcium carbonate particle was smaller.

      • 욕창 환자에서 빈혈과 혈청 단백질의 변화

        Objective : To investigate the pathogenesis of anemia and serum protein alteration in patient with pressure ulcer and proper management method. Method : Eleven patients with pressure ulcer were investigated. To investigate the change of anemia and serum protein between pre- and post-treatment of pressure ulcer, we measured hemoglobin, hematocrit, serum iron, ferritin, transferrin, mean corpuscular volume(MCV), red cell count, serum albumin and globulin before and after healing of pressure ulcer. Result : There was significant increases of hemoglobin, hematocrit, red cell count, MCV, serum iron, ferrtin and transferrin after healing of pressure ulcer(p<0.05). The serum ablumin and A/G ratio were increased significantly(p<0.05). The total globulin and α1-globulin were decreased significantly(p<0.05). There was no statically significant relationship between the ulcer size and the degree of anemia and hypoalbuminemia. Conclusion : This research suggested that anemia and serum protein alteration in patient with pressure ulcer are thought result from chronic inflammatory process. So, anemia and alteration of protein does not require any treatment such as transfusion, iron and albumin supply.

      • 磁性浦捉劑 δ-FeOOH의 製造와 이를 利用한 重金屬이온의 處理

        자성포착제 δ-FeOOH는 황산철과 수산화나트륨 수용액을 반응시켜 얻은 수산화철 용액에 오존을 급격히 통하게 하여 합성했다. 실온에서 산화시간을 일정하게 하고 황산철에 대한 수산화나트륨의 농도 변화에 따른 δ-FeOOH의 생성에 대한 최적조건을 조사했다. 이러한 조건하에서 만든 산화철로써 폐수중의 중금속이온 즉 Cd^2+, Cr^6+, As^3+, Pb^2+, Hg^2+를 처리하고 그 결과를 보고한다. Magnetic seeding material, δ-FeOOH was prepared by passing through ozone to Fe(OH)_2, which is made by reaction the aqueous solution of the ferrous sulfate with the sodium hydroxide. In order to find the condition of formation of δ-FeOOH at room temperature, the variation of concentration of sodium hydroxide against ferrous sulfate was considered at constant oxidation time. Under these conditions, the degree of treatment for heavy metal ions, such as Cd^2+, Cr^6+, As^3+, Pb^2+, and Hg^2+ in waste water were discussed.

        The acid ionization constants of cis-aquo-bis(ethylenediamine)cobalt(Ⅲ) complexes have been spectrophotometerically (at 500 nm) measured in aqueous solution. According to curve fitting method, the equilibrium constants of reaction(1) and (2), K_1 and K_2 were measured at a various tempratures from analyzing the extinction coefficients of Co(Ⅲ) complex ions in a wide range of pH. 〔Co(en)_2(H_2O)_2〕^3+??〔Co(en)_2(OH)(H_2O)〕^2++H^+ (1) 〔Co(en)_2(OH)(H_2O)〕^2+??〔Co(en)_2(OH)_2〕^++H^+ (2) K_1 and K_2 values increased with increasing the temprature, were 1.5×10 exp (-6) and 1.5×10 exp (-10) respectively at 30℃ in 1M sodium nitrate solution : ΔH_1=7.5Kcal/mole, ΔH_2=6.5Kcal/mole and, ΔS_1=-2e.u., ΔS_2=23.6 e.u. The enthalphy and entropy changes indicate that the acid-base equilibria of Co(Ⅲ) ions are endothermic process and the effect of solvation is controlled over the reactions.

        Poisson-Type 기동표적이 시스템 모델링 오류에 대한 추적 필터의 성능 해석

        근래에 Poisson 형의 점프 프로세스를 이용하여 표적의 기동 운동을 모델링하고 이것을 이용한 반복형 최소분산 선형 필터가 제안되었다. 이 필터에서는 기동 표적의 모델링에 사용한 점프의 상태천이 파라미터가 미리부터 필터에 알려져 있다고 가정하였는데 실제는 이것을 모르는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기동 추적 과정에 수반되는 모델링 오류가 제안된 추적필터의 성능에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 고려한다. 정상적인 분석을 위해서 상태천이 파라미터를 실제와 다른 값을 사용하고, Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션을 통해 필터의 성능을 해석한다. Recently Lim has proposed a linear, recursive, unbiased minimum variance filter for a maneuvering target based on the maneuver dynamics modeled as a jump process of Poisson-type. In the proposed filter it was assumed that the state transition parameters of the jump used for target maneuver modeling are a priori known to the filter. However, in most cases they are not known in practice. In this paper, we consider the influence of system (target) modeling error on the performance of the proposed tracking filter arising from the maneuver tracking. For qualitative analysis Monte-Carlo simulations are carried out against employing the maneuver model with different state transition parameters from the actual values.

      • trans-Fluoroaquobis (ethylendiamine) Chromate(III) Cation 수화반응 속도에 대한 온도와 압력의 영향

        착물 trans-〔Cr(en)_2F(H_2O)〕^2+의 hydrolysis에 대한 속도상수를 분광광도법으로 여러가지 온도와 압력에서 측정하였다. 온도 범위는 30℃에서 50℃까지이고 압력은 1 bar에서 1500bar까지 변화시켰다. 1bar, 30℃에서 측정된 속도상수는 2.632×10 exp(-5)sec^-1였다. 속도상수는 일정온도에서 압력이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 활성화 부피와 다른 활성화 파라미터들은 이러한 속도상수로 부터 계산되었다. 활성화 부피는 모두 양의값을 가졌으며 0.477에서 3.152㎤/mol내에 있고, 활성화 엔트로피는 작은 값을 가진다. 이 반응은 흡열반응이고, 실험적인 온도에서 엔탈피 지배반응이다. The rates of hydrolysis of the complex, trans-〔Cr(en)_2F(H_2O)〕2^-1, have been investigated using spectrophotometric method at various temperatures and pressure. Temperature was 30℃ to 50℃ and pressure was varied up to 1500bar. The rate constant measured at 30℃ is 2.632×10 exp(-5)sec^-1. The rate constants are decrease with increasing pressure at constants temperature. Activation volume and other activation parameters are calculated from these rate constants. The activation volumes are all positive and lie in the limited range 0.447∼3.152㎤/mol and the activation entropies are small values. From the results, it was found that this reaction was endothermic and enthalpy controlled reaction in the experimental temperature.

        尙古堂 金光遂의 古董書畵 趣味와 繼承에 대하여

        본고에서는 尙古堂의 家系와 당시 교유한 인물들을 중심으로 18세기 고동서화가 갖는 의미와 그가 조선의 문인들에게 끼친 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 조선후기 고동서화 수집가로 알려진 김광수는 명나라 尙古 華珵(1438~1514)을 私淑하고 본받았다. 好古에 마음이 있었으며, 이로 인해 벼슬을 버리고 유불도[三敎]에 몰두한 것과 고동서화를 소장하고 감상하는 공간을 따로 마련한 것들을 비교해보면, 그는 화정을 닮아가려하였다. 그리고 수집벽은 가문과 부친 金東弼(1678~1737)의 영향을 받았고, 조선후기 고동서화의 취미에 대해서 후대에 여러 문인들에 끼친 영향은 실로 컸다. 李德履, 南泰寬, 李匡師, 李德懋, 柳得恭, 朴齊家, 徐常修, 李廷燮 등의 문인들에게 고동서화의 취미를 유행시키고 전파하는데 영향을 끼쳤으며, 나아가 「청명상하도」라는 서화를 통해 朴趾源, 李德懋, 洪大容, 李東山, 趙榮祏, 金昌業, 曹命采등 고동서화의 취미 소장자를 밝히고, 훗날 「청명상하도」가 서상수에게 계승되었듯이 지식층의 고품격문화인 고동서화 취미를 계승한 것에 큰 공이 있다. 18, 19세기에 많은 수집가와 감식 전문가들이 등장하지만, 고동서화 개척자 겸 수집가이면서 옛것에 탁월한 재주와 취미를 겸비한 자는 金光遂였다. 특히 그는 서화 그리고 청동 골동품을 소장하고 수집하는 癖이 있었는데, 그의 호 ‘尙古堂[옛 것을 숭상하다]’을 보면 얼마나 옛것을 좋아하였는지를 단적으로 잘 알 수 있다. “세상 모두가 나를 버렸듯이 나도 세상에 구하는 것이 없다. 그러나 내가 風雅를 선양하여 태평시대를 서로 이어놓음으로써 300년 조선의 풍속을 바꾸어놓은 일은 먼 훗날 혹시라도 나를 알아주는 자가 있을 것이다.”라며 스스로 300년 조선의 풍속을 바꾼 일, 즉 조선후기 문인들에게 고동서화 수집벽으로 확실하게 각인시킨 김광수였다. 18세기 고동서화가 갖는 의미는 골동품을 단순한 사치품으로 여기지 않고, 선인들의 고아한 格調와 韻致가 깃든 高玩品으로서, 性情과 好古의 趣味를 길러주고, 風流와 情趣 있는 생활을 느끼게 하는 媒介物이었다. 또 단순한 수집보다는 그 眞髓를 향유할 수 있는 안목과 진위를 가릴 수 있는 정확한 감식력을 갖출 것을 강조하였다. 이렇듯 고동서화의 완숙한 취미를 위해서는 충분한 수집욕과 소장욕이 필요하며, 문인 취향과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 전개되었던 고동서화의 수집에서 김광수라는 인물이 여러 고동서화를 소장하고서 문인들 사이에 볼거리로 제공하고, 함께 감상하면서 고동서화에 대한 인식은 더욱 높아져 갔다. 나아가 고동서화 취미는 한층 豊饒해졌고, 문인들의 격을 높이는데 일조하였으니, 상고당이라는 고동서화 수집가의 작은 행동이 조선의 문인생활에 큰 변화를 일으켰으며, 고동서화 취미 유행에 있어 교두보 같은 역할을 하였다. This study will explore the meaning of old paintings and calligraphic works in the late Joseon period. Focus will be placed on the collector Sanggodang Kim Gwang-su(1699-1770) and the influence he had on the literary men with whom he interacted. Kim Gwang-su, well known in the late Joseon as a collector of old paintings and calligraphic works, took the Ming literatus Hwajeong (Hua Cheng 華珵, 1438-1514) as his model. His decision to resign his office, immerse himself in the three religions of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, to enjoy antiquities and establish a separate place in which he could both store and appreciate old paintings and calligraphy, was modeled on Hwajeong’s life. His mania for collecting was probably influenced by his father Kim Dong-pil (1678-1737). Kim Gwang-su in turn influenced future generations by his taste in old paintings and calligraphy. In particular, his mania was taken up by Lee Deok-ri, Nam Tae-gwan, Lee Gwang-sa, Lee Jeong-seop, Lee Deok-mu, Yu Deuk-gong, Park Je-ga, and Seo Sang-su. The painting Spring Festival along the River (cheongmyeong sanghado) made a great contribution by transmitting high cultural tastes to intellectuals such as Seo Sang-su as well as Park Ji-won, Lee Deok-mu, Hong Dae-yong, Lee Dong-san, Cho Young-seok, Kim Changeop and Cho Myeong-chae. Among many collectors and connoisseurs of the 18th and 19th centuries, Kim Gwang-suwas known as a pioneering collector of old paintings and calligraphic works who had remarkable taste. In addition to the old paintings and calligraphic works already mentioned, he also collected bronze antiquities. His pen name, Sanggodang (Hall of Reverencing Antiquity), reflects this interest. His collecting mania changed 300 years of literati custom. He commented on this himself, saying: “Just as the entire world abandoned me, so I have nothing to seek from the world. But someone far in the future will probably recognize me for changing three hundred years of Joseon customs by taking the lead in connecting peaceful eras.” The antiques were regarded not only as simple luxuries but also as works of art transmitting the nobility and refinement of their predecessors, which served to help people develop their character, arouse their interest in enjoying old items and provide refined tastes and an elegant life. Emphasis was placed on training artistic judgment in enjoying the essence of the art and on developing a correct appreciation in ascertaining the truth rather than simply collecting items. A strong desire to collect and possess items was required to obtain maturity in taste with regard to old paintings and calligraphic works. Except for Kim Gwang-su, almost nobody had collected and appreciated paint, calligraphic works, and antiquities on the basis of wide-ranging knowledge. It would not be an exaggeration to say that he set off a boom for collecting old paintings and calligraphic works in the Joseon period. He served as a bridge, connecting contemporary literati with the old paintings and calligraphic works that had come into fashion. It is a considered opinion that the simple fact of Kimg Gwang-su’s collecting old paintings and calligraphic works made a huge difference in Joseon.

      • 상부소화관출혈에 있어서 내시경적 분말약제산포의 효과

        Background : Bleeding after endoscopic procedure of the stomach carries an increased risk of morbidity and mortality. In case of oozing hemorrhage, not in active hemorrhage, powdered sodium alginate may play a role in control of bleeding with convenience. Therefore, we evaluated the clinical effect and efficacy of sodium alginate powder in upper G-Ⅰ bleeding. Methods : Forty-five patients who had upper G-Ⅰ bleeding after endoscopic procedure were enrolled in this study. Twenty-five patients of them were managed by the application of powder preparation of Sodium alginate(ALTO). The others were observed without treatment. The next day, we performed endoscopy in all patients to ascertain the hemostasis. Results : Of 25 patients managed with Sodium alginate, only two patients(8%) had bleeding (hemostatic rate : 92%), On the other hand, of 20 patients who did not receive any treatment, 3 patient(15%) had bleeding (hemostatic rate : 85%). There was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05). Using other endoscopic procedure, We successfully treated the patient who continued to bleed. Conclusion : We evaluated the effect of the spary of sodium alginate on oozing hemorrhage. Although there was no statistical significance in our study, it seems that the spray of sodium alginate may be a useful method for the prevention of bleeding after endoscopic procedure.
