        In this paper Research development about a micro metal forming manufacturing system has been developed. A micro forming system has been achieved in Japan and it's developed micro press is limited to single forming process. To coincide with the purpose to be more practical, research and development is necessary about the press which the multi forming process is possible. We set the development of the equipment including micro deep drawing, micro punching and micro restriking process to the goal. To achieve this goal, Research about micro forming process to be related to multi process forming must be preceded first. Material selection and analysis about micro forming process are accomplished in this paper. And the basis research to make actual system is accomplished.

        건축공간 접근관계정보의 전산모델화 방안연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a digital model of space relationship information about accessibility in architectural space. For this study, firstly, the conception of accessibility is defined. Secondly, spaces are articulated as the research unit. Thirdly, angular of path, distance of path, bending position of path and visual relationship are classified as the elements of digital information. And then by numeric model of the relationship between elements, digital model is completed. As the results show the quantitative value of space relationship in aspect of accessibility, objective analysis of space relationship will be expanded.

        Today's manufacturing industry is facing challenges from advanced difficult-to-machine materials (WC-Co alloys, ceramics, and composites), stringent design requirements (high precision, complex shapes, and high surface quality), and machining costs. Advanced materials play an increasingly important role in modem manufacturing industries, especially, in aircraft, automobile, tool, die and mold making industries. The greatly-improved thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties of the material (such as improved strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance), while having yielded enormous economic benefits to manufacturing industries through improved product performance and product design, are making traditional machining processes unable to machine them or unable to machine them economically. In this paper, mechanical characteristic evaluation test of fine powder type WC-Co alloy was accomplished to obtain clear data for miniaturized special die parts machining with high reliability and high quality.

      • 스포츠 기자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 여가활동 유형과 직업만족의 차이 분석

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the difference between the type of leisure activities and the satisfaction of occupations by demographic characteristic. The objective of this research is 232 sports journalists who are affiliated to KSPU(Korea Sports Press Union) in 2009, and it used a way of complete enumeration survey for collecting of examples. Questionnaires are distributed all 232 sports journalists and collected 209 questionnaires - except 23 questionnaires for reasons of their insincerity and omission - are processed for the purpose of this research. As the implement of survey, a questionnaire was used. And the questionnaire is composed of all 22 questions what are about 6 questions for background variables, 1 question for types of leisure activity and 15 questions for satisfaction of occupation - 5 for safety needs, 3 for social wants, 4 for self-respect and 3 for self-realization. Recalled questionnaires are verificated by SPSS 15.0 program what significance level was limited by 5% and the differences between all groups are confirmed by T-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe's post-test. The result of analysis of data on survey is follows : First, in analysis of the difference of types of leisure activity by background variables which contain sex, career, major and marriage, significant differences - sex(0.1% level), career(0.1% level), and marriage(0.1% level) - are appeared. Second, in analysis of the difference of satisfaction of occupation by background variables which contain safety needs, social wants, self-respect and self-realization, significant differences are appeared in safety needs - sex(1% level), major(1% level) and marriage(1% level) -, social wants - sex(5% level) -, self-respect - sex(5% level) and self-realization - career(5% level) and major(1% level) -.

      • 인공위성 탑재 전자광학장비의 신뢰도 분석 연구

        In this paper the reliability of an electronic optical system in a space payload equipment is analyzed. The electronic prototype with five functional modules(CCD driving circuits, preprocessing circuits, analog processing circuits, digital processing circuits, and power transmitting circuits) is considered. The reliability prediction and calculations of the system are performed using the part stress calculation methods in MIL-HDBK-217F.

        건축공간에서 시각관계정보의 전산모델 연구 : 아파트 단위주호에의 적용

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the digitalizing model of visual relationship information. For this study, the psychological demands of people are analysed based on the premise that the formation of various space is made by mental needs rather than functional needs. The Digitalized visual model consisted of such structuring factors, the positions of visual points and objects, the distance between visual points and objects, and the visual quantities between visual points and objects are proposed. As a result, the suggested digitalizing model will be considered as an efficient tool for the objective analysis of visual relationship between space. In addition, the model will contribute to the expansion of terminology in the field of digital space design.

      • 탄소섬유그리드를 이용한 RC보의 보강효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        Reinforced concrete structures are damaged by material, environmental, and physical factors during service period. Also, when we designed, the stiffness of member should be increased because of unexpected overloads and decreased durability. So, recently, repair and strengthening are became a concern on reinforced concrete structure. On this study, damaged reinforced concrete member are reinforced using carbon fiber grid, new multi cumulated material. And effect of reinforcement is experimentally analyzed. First of all, material properties of carbon fiber grid, uncontracted polymer mortar, and rapidly hardening mortar are experimentally researched. And then, application is verified by shear test and attachment test with two kinds test specimen, respectively. Using five actual size RC beam (width 40cm, height 50cm, length 650cm), yield strength test and bending test are carried out. Finally, yielded five specimens are reinforced with each other methods and fracture strength test is carried out. That results are compared and analyzed to confirm the reinforcement effect.

      • 강상판 접합부의 피로균열 진전 시 STOP HOLE의 효과에 관한 연구

        Orthotropic steel decks are used in long span and moving bridges because of their high strength to weight ratio. However the decks are subjectde to high dynamic stresses due to wheel loading by heavy goods vehicles so that they have to be assessed for fatigue cracking. The fatigue assessment of orthotropic decks is excluded from most bridge design codes because of the complexity of the stress distribution and the fact that bending stress may predominate whereas weld classification tables are based on axially. Orthotropic steel decks are very sensitive to fatigue damage because they are directly subjected to the actions of wheel loads which give rise to stress ranges which are high compared to the dead load stresses especially if the surfacing is thin. The cracking that devel9oped was caused by large imperfections that were fabricated in short transverse groove connections. To stop the crack development, Stop hole should be excavated. The purpose of this paper, serviceability was approved by comparing surveyed data and stress distribution by structural analysis around stop hole and confirmed by minimized stress due to the size of stop hole. Also, stress distribution around scallop was computed by structural analysis modelled as actual steel bridge, Gul-Hyun Grand Bridge.
