Sweet Bee Venom 시술후 발생되는 소양감에 대한 임상보고

Objectives : This study is to report the percentage of localized itching which occurred, when we injected to patients with Sweet Bee Venom(Sweet BV). Methods : We investigated 374 patients who had injected with Sweet BV in our clinic from February 15. 2009 to April 30, 2010. We checked the number and percentage of patients who occured localized itching on injection area. Then we analyzed those according to times in treatment, the body parts of injection and treatment dosage. Results and Conclusion : Localized itching was lower by 1.60% in the first treatment with Sweet BV. However localized itching was 12.83% in the whole course of treatment, which showed a similar incidence of 13% in Bee Venom. Therefore it can be interpreted that Sweet BV may help suppress the immune responses such as itching in the initial treatment, but the occurrence of local immune responses of Sweet BV may be similar to that of Bee Venom in continued treatment. We suppose that we should be careful of the occurrence of local immune responses as Bee Venom at least until the fourth treatment in clinical application with Sweet BV, although localized itching did not occur in the first treatment. Also we should be careful of treatment with Sweet BV in body parts, such as wrist, hand, chest and abdominal, because the percentage of localized itching was relatively high in those parts.

Continuous-time integrated filters, implemented in MOS VLSI technology, have been receiving considerable attention. In this paper, a continuous-time fifth order elliptic low-pass MOSFET-C filter has been designed with a cutoff frequency 3,400Hz. First an active RC filter is designed using cascade method which each block can be tunable. And then the resistors of an active RC network are replaced by a linear resistor using NMOS depletion transistors operated in the triode region. This continuous-time MOSFET filter have simpler structure than switched-capacitor filter, so reduce the chip area. The designed MOSFET-C filter characteristics are simulated by PSPICE program. 최근 MOS 공정기술로 집적화된 연속시간 필터 연구가 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차단주파수 3,400Hz를 갖는 연속시간 5차 타원 저역통과 MOSFET-C 필터를 실현하기 위하여, 먼저 각 블록을 동조할 수 있는 종속연결법으로 능동 RC 필터를 설계하였다. 그리고 능동 RC 회로의 저항들을 triode 영역에서 작동하는 NMOS depletion mode 트랜지스터 선형저항으로 실현하였다. 이러한 연속시간 MOSFET-C 필터는 스윗치드 커패시터 필터에 비하여 구조가 간단하여 칩의 면적을 줄일 수 있다. 설계된 MOSFET-C 필터 특성을 PSPICE 프로그램으로 시뮬레이션 하였다.
Economic Efficiency of the Korean Container Terminals: A Stochastic Cost Frontier Approach

Purpose – Recent issues such as vessel enlargement, strengthening of environmental regulations, and port smartization are expected to increase costs and intensify competition in the port industry. In the new normal era, when external growth has reached its limit, the efficient operation of ports is becoming indispensable for achieving sustainable growth. This study aims to identify the determinants of inefficiency by examining the cost structure and efficiency of container terminals in Korea and furthermore propose the political implications to derive the maximization of efficiency. Design/methodology – This study estimates the cost function of container terminal operators and identifies the efficiency of container terminals using stochastic cost frontier (SCF) in the first stage. In the second step, the SCF results are compared with the data envelopment analysis (DEA). Last, this paper proposes efficiency determinants on container terminal operation to establish appropriate strategies. Out of the 29 container terminal operators in South Korea, 13 operators participated in the survey. The translog cost function was estimated utilizing a total of 116 observations collected over the 2007-2017 period. Findings – Empirical analysis shows that economies of scale exist in Korea’s container ports, which provides a rationale for the government’s policy to establish the global terminal operator by integrating small terminal operators to enhance competitiveness. In addition, as a result of the determinants analysis, container throughput, weight of direct employment costs, and labour cost share have positive effects on improving cost efficiency, while inefficiency increases as the length of quay increases. More specifically, cost efficiency improves as the proportion of direct employment costs to outsourcing service costs increases. Originality/value – This study contributes to analyzing the inefficiency factors of container terminals through efficiency analysis with respect to a cost function. In addition, this study proposes the practical and political implications, such as establishing a long-term manpower pool, the application of the hybrid liner terminal system, and the construction of a statistical data system, to improve the cost inefficiency of terminal operators.
