        Fluoxetine 투여후 발생한 추체외로증후군 3례

        The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor fluoxetine is one of the most frequently prescribed drugs for the treatment of depression and other psychiatric disorders. In the few years, there have been several reports of adverse effects encountered during coadministration of fluoxetine with or without other psychotropic drugs. We experienced three cases of extrapyramidal symptoms were developed when admini-stered fluoxetine alone and with neuroleptics. We conclude that there is a probable or possible causal relationship between fluoxetine and extrapyramidal side effects. The pathogenesis of such adverse reactions, which may be hetero-geneous, is unknown, but it has been suggested that they might be caused by serotonergically mediated inhibition of dopaminergic transmission. From reports in those cases, it appears that fluoxetine alone may be associated with extrapyramidal side reactions. Furthermore the potential for increased levels of concomitant psychotropic medicines and increased side effects, should be borne in mind.

        Impact of an Additional Chromosome on the Clinical Outcomes of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Philadelphia Chromosome–Positive Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Adults

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The incidence of Philadelphia chromosome positivity (Ph<SUP>+</SUP>) in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is very low. Ph<SUP>+</SUP> AML is considered to be high risk for failure to attain remission or for early relapse after standard chemotherapy. Because of the low incidence of the disease, it has been difficult to determine the best treatment, including the effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitors. We retrospectively analyzed 29 patients with Ph<SUP>+</SUP> AML (median age, 45 years; range, 18 to 80) managed at our center between 2002 and 2016. Two patients were not treated at all, 3 received repeated low-dose cytarabine, and 24 were treated with 3 + 7 standard induction chemotherapy. All 27 treated patients also received interim imatinib 400 mg orally until the day of the next chemotherapy cycle began or as conditioning for allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), which was performed in 17 patients. Of the 29 patients with Ph<SUP>+</SUP> AML, 7 (24.1%) had additional inv(16), 3 of whom had therapy-related AML. In the 7 with inv(16), the median age was younger (31 versus 44 years, <I>P</I> = .083) and the complete remission (CR) rate was relatively higher (85.7% versus 54.5%, <I>P</I> = .214) than in those without inv(16). Among the 27 treated patients, 20 (74.1%) achieved CR after standard chemotherapy with interim imatinib and 2 (7.4%) achieved CR after low-dose cytarabine with interim imatinib. After a median follow-up of 65.5 months (range, 13.4 to 156.6), the 5-year overall survival (OS) among all 27 treated patients was 43.1%. For the 17 patients who underwent HCT the 5-year OS of 17 patients (10 in subgroup without inv(16) and 7 in subgroup with inv(16)) treated with allogeneic HCT was 69.3%. All 7 with inv(16) were still alive at the end of the study. In contrast, all patients not treated with HCT died within a median of 6.25 months (range, .2 to 18.2). Interim imatinib combined with chemotherapy yielded an acceptable remission rate in adult patients with Ph<SUP>+</SUP> AML. Allogeneic HCT as a postremission therapy provided long-term disease control in two-thirds of those who underwent the transplant. We also demonstrated that inv(16) was related to a favorable outcome in Ph<SUP>+</SUP> AML, including therapy-related AML.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Philadelphia chromosome–positive AML patients can benefit from TKI interim therapy along with standard chemotherapy to achieve complete remission. </LI> <LI> Minimal residual disease negativity could be a predictor of better clinical outcome after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. </LI> <LI> The presence of inv(16) in patients with Ph<SUP>+</SUP> AML is associated with better survival outcome. </LI> </UL> </P>

        소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 어포던스와 디자인요소 간 관계에 대한 다학제적 연구 - 20대와 30대 시청자를 중심으로 -

        소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스는 근래 들어 새롭게 등장한 소셜 미디어 서비스로, 정보통신 기술의 발전과 스마트폰의 일상화 덕분에 대중적인 서비스로 자리매김하게 되었다. 소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스 시장은 지속적으로 성장하는 추세이며, 그만큼 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 따라 서비스 제공자 입장에서는 사용자를 서비스에 계속 머무르도록 하는 방안을 고민하는 것이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에 주목하는 것에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 어포던스 관점에서 사용자의 행위와 이와 관련된 사용자 동기, 서비스의 기능과 디자인요소, 그리고 그 상호관계를 파악하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 12명의 소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰 및 분석을 이행하였다. 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 어포던스로 리액션, 애드립, 견제, 스트리머 접촉, 영향력 행사, 타 커뮤니티 이용이 도출되었다. 둘째, 이러한 어포던스에는 색, 그래픽, 레이아웃, 애니메이션, 소리와 같은 디자인요소가 관여하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도출된 여섯 가지 어포던스는 사용자가 서비스에서 방송화면, 채팅, 도네이션, 구독자 전용 이모티콘, 예측하기 기능을 사용하면서 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 이러한 어포던스에는 감정 배설, 동질감과 소속감 충족, 상황에 대한 변화 주도, 소통, 재미와 몰입감 강화 등의 사용자 동기가 배경이 되는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구가 소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스 사용자 유입 확대를 위한 플랫폼 디자인에 기초 자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다. Social live streaming service is a new social media service that has emerged in recent years and has become a popular service thanks to the development of Information and Communications Technology and the daily use of smart phones. The social live streaming service market is continuously growing since its appearance, and competition is intensifying. Accordingly, from the service provider’s point of view, it is required to think about a way to keep users in the service. This study began by paying attention to this situation. The purpose of this study is to understand user behavior and related user motivation, service functions and design elements, and their relationship from the perspective of affordance. Therefore, in this paper, in-depth interviews and analysis were conducted with 12 social live streaming users. The results of the study are as follow. First, as affordances of the social live streaming service, reaction, ad-lib, check, direct contact with streamers, the exercise of influence, and use of other communities were drawn. Second, it was found that design elements such as color, graphics, layout, animation, and sound are associated with these affordances. Third, it was discovered that the six affordances appeared interacting with the broadcasting screen, chatting, donation, subscriber -only emoticons, and predictions functions in the service. Fourth, it was found that user motivation such as emotion excretion, the satisfaction of homogeneity and sense of belonging, driving the change in the situation, need for conversation, and enhancement of immersion and enjoyment are the backgrounds of these affordances. Based on these research results, it is expected that the current study can be used as a guide for platform design to expand user inflow of social live streaming service.

        Triple Hierarchical Porous Carbon Spheres as Effective Cathodes for Li–O<sub>2</sub> Batteries

        <P>This paper presents the synthesis and characterization of triple hierarchical porous carbon spheres as cathodes in lithium–oxygen batteries. The porous carbon cathode exhibits a higher discharge capacity and average discharge potential compared to a typical carbon black cathode. This superior electrochemical result can be attributed to the triple hierarchical pores of the cathode: micropores that act as channels for oxygen to flow without interruption by the accumulated discharge product, abundant mesopores that shape the size of the discharge product and transport the electrolyte, and macropores that easily accommodate the accumulation of discharge product. To further promote Li<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> formation/decomposition, the cathode can be decorated with a Ru catalyst, which strongly influences the oxygen evolution reaction performance. Conspicuously, triple hierarchical porous carbon spheres exhibit a homogeneous distribution of the Ru catalyst and thus provide an appropriate architecture. The synergistic effect from the unique structure and catalytic competence of Ru increases the capacity and rate capability with lower over-potential, and facilitates the formation of Li<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>. This can be decomposed at a low potential during recharge and thus contributes to the very high energy efficiency.</P>

        규칙적인 걷기운동이 비만 여중생들의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈압의 변화에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 12주간의 걷기 운동프로그램이 비만여중생들의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈압에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 운동프로그램은 준비운동 5분, 본 운동 30분, 정리운동 5분으로 총 40분 주 5회 실시하였으며, 연구의 대상자는 체지방률 30%이상인 비만 여중생 운동군 10명, 대조군 10명 총 20명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 운동프로그램 실시 전, 12주 후의 결과를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신체조성 중 체중은 운동군이 운동 실시 후 유의하게 감소하였고, 운동군이 대조군 보다 유의하게 감소하였다. BMI는 대조군이 운동 실시 후 유의하게 증가하였고, 대조군이 운동군보다 유의하게 증가하였다. 체지방률은 운동군이 운동 실시 후 유의하게 감소하였고, 운동군이 대조군 보다 유의하게 감소하였다. 체력에서 유연성, 심페지구력은 운동 실시 후 운동군이 유의하게 증가하였고, 순발력은 운동군이 대조군보다 운동 참여 후 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 이 연구를 통하여 비만 여중생의 비만을 개선할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있어, 추후 비만 여중생의 운동형태, 운동기간 및 식습관 등을 포함한 연구가 진행될 필요성을 가지고 있다. This study investigated the effect of 12 weeks" walking exercise program in female middle school students with obesity body composition, physical fitness, blood pressure. This exercise program of warm up 5 min, main exercise 30 min and cool down 5 min, 5 times a week for a total 12 weeks. As research subjects, 20 female middle school students were selected who were exercise group (n=10), control group (n=10), with over 30% of body fat percentage. This study came to the following conclusion by observing the subjects before the exercise program and 0 weeks and 12 weeks after the exercise program. Body composition in exercise group significantly decreased and exercise group was decreased than control group. Flexibility and Cardiorespiratory Endurance in exercise group significantly increased, React instantly in the exercise group significantly decreased than that of control group. Consequently, the results of this study showed that regular walking exercise iimproved obesity, is considered to suggest improving the female middle school students with obesity. For further studies, it seems necessary to carry out an accurate observation into obese female middle school exercise types, various periods of exercise, and even their eating habits, which is different from the research subjects for this study.

        Physical Properties of Indium Reduced Materials for Transparent Conductive Electrodes

        In this paper, indium reduced materials for transparent conductive electrodes (TCE) were fabricated and their physical properties were evaluated. Two of materials, indium-zinc-tin oxide (IZTO) and aluminum (Al) were selected as TCE materials. In case of IZTO nanoparticles, composition ratios of In, Zn and Sn is 8:1:1 were synthesized. Size of the synthesized IZTO nanoparticles were less than 10 nm, and specific surface areas were about $90m^2/g$ indicating particle sizes are very fine. Also, the IZTO nanoparticles were well crystallized with (222) preferred orientation despite it was synthesized at the lowered temperature of $300^{\circ}C$. Composition ratios of In, Zn and Sn were very uniform in accordance with those as designed. Meanwhile, Al was deposited onto glass by sputtering in a vacuum chamber for mesh architecture. The Al was well deposited onto the glass, and no pore was observed from the Al surface. The sheet resistance of Al on glass was about $0.3{\Omega}/{\square}$ with small deviation of $0.025{\Omega}/{\square}$, and adhesion was good on the glass substrate since no pelt-off part of Al was observed by tape test. If the Al mesh is combined with ink coated layer which is consistent of IZTO nanoparticles, it is expected that the good and reliable metal mesh architecture for TCE will be formed.
