      • 靑少年期 精神疾患에 關한 臨床的 考察

        This study is intended to investigate the various factors of three hundred five adolescents of outpatients who visited the department of neuropsychiatry, Woo Sok Hospital, Korea University during the period from Jan. 1970 to Dec. 1972. The result were as follows: 1. As to age and sex distribution, the most frequent age group was 18 year old patients (18.0% of the study group). The male patient was highly distributed at the age of 18 and 20, and the female patient was highly distributed at the age of 16. 2. As to the diagnostic categories according to age groups, it was revealed that neuroses was the most common at the age of 12, 13, 16, 19 and 20, and schizophrenia was the most common at the age of 14. 15, 17 and 18. As a whole, male patient had a higher rate than female patient in schizophrenics and female patient had a higher rate than male patient in neurotics. And it was revealed that neuroses was the highest rate of 36. 1%, and schizophreia(35.7%), psychophysiologic disorders(12.5%), affective psychoses(9.8%) were the higher rate in this order(305 of the study group). 3. As to yearly diagnostic distribution, it was the author's impression that the psychiatric disorders of adolescence was on the increase in Seoul area. 4. As to the socio-economic status according to diagnostic categories, the middle upper classes tend to have relatively more affective psychoses or personality disorder and the middle lowers classes tend to have neuroses or schizophrenia. As a whole,' the most patients came from the middle lower classes families. 5. As to the number of previous psychiatric consultation, the cases of none-previous psychiatric consultation were 80.3%.

      • 憂鬱症에 關한 臨床的 硏究

        This paper is made of a study of 150 patients of depression treated in the Department of Neuropsychiatry, Soo Do Medical College Hospital during the period from April, 1962 through March, 1966. Cases covered in this paper of 56 males and 94 females. They were comprised from the following diagnostic categories; involutional depression, manic-depressive reaction, psychotic depression and neurotic depression. In order to distinguish neurotic depression from psychotic depression, the author applied a clinical scale of items to individual case to get either a bimodal distribution which would be taken as evidence for the two type concept, or a normal distribution which would be taken as evidence that two types do not exist. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In the pretesting study, the interrater relability on the 20 cases scored by two raters was 0.74 (Spearman β) which is significant at the 0.001 level confidence. 2. This study showed a positively skewed distribution but not a sharp division between two types in the distribution of category scale scores. 3. Eleven items out of 16 used in this study showed excellent and good predictors are course independent, though disorder, depressive mood, somatization, guilt, "quality" different, retardation, previous attack of mania and previous attack of depression, and the good predictors are precipitating factor and late insomnia. 4. The correlation between severity and category scale score is much significant (p<0.001). 5. The correlation between the category scale score and age is much significant (p<0.001), and the author found that clinically severe depression are common before the age of 40.

      • 한국형 기동헬기 진동저감장치

        한국형 기동헬기(KUH)는 국내 최초로 개발된 헬기로서, 2010년 3월 초도 비행을 시작으로 2012년 6월 체계 개발을 성공적으로 종료하였다. 비행시험 단계에서 다양한 진동문제가 발생하였으며 이를 제어하기 위해 적절한 진동저감장치를 설계하고 적용하였다. 한국형 기동헬기의 주요 진동 성분인 4Ω 주파수 진동 저감을 위해 주로터 블레이드, 주기어박스 지지부, 조종실, 승객실 그리고 조종좌석에 진동저감장치를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 한국형 기동헬기에 적용된 진동저감장치들의 해석 및 설계 기법과 비행시험 결과를 제시한다. Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH) is the first korean-developed helicopter. Its first flight was performed in March 2010 and then its development was completed successfully by June 2012. During flight test phase, KUH faced various vibration problems and appropriate vibration-reduction devices were designed and applied to solve the problems. The vibration-reduction devices were applied to main rotor blades, main gear box(MGB) supporting structure, cockpit, cabin and pilot seats to reduce rotor-induced 4/rev vibration. This paper shows design technique and flight test results for vibration-reduction devices that have been incorporated into KUH.

      • 수리온 능동진동제어시스템 성능 시연 결과

        헬리콥터 진동의 주요 가진원은 주로터이며 조종사와 승객들의 안락함을 위해 주로터에 의한 진동에 대응하는 것은 아주 중요한 문제이다. 대부분의 헬리콥터에는 수동형 또는 능동형 진동억제장치가 적용되어 있다. 국외선진업체들은 수동형 대비 적은 중량으로 고효율이면서 주기적 유지 보수가 불필요한 능동진동제어시스템으로 수동형 진동저감장치를 대체하는 추세에 있다. 또한 능동진동제어시스템은 모든 비행조건에서 만족할만한 성능을 발휘하기 때문에 만족도가 아주 높다. 수리온에서 이러한 성능이 발휘 되는지 확인하고자 능동진동제어시스템의 성능 시연 비행시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 수리온에 대한 능동진동제어시스템 성능 시연 시험의 수행과정, 수행기법 그리고 시험결과를 제시한다. The main source of vibration for the Helicopter is the main rotor and the main rotor-induced vibration is one of the main challenges for pilot and passenger comfortable in cockpit and cabin. Most helicopters have passive or active anti-vibration devices. There is a growing tendency for foreign advanced helicopter manufactures to replace passive with Active Vibration Control System(AVCS) which has the benefit of higher performance with lower weight and periodic maintenance unnecessary compared to passive. Also, AVCS is high satisfactory for its high performance overall maneuvers. Surion AVCS flight test campaign was performed in order to demonstrate a performance of AVCS for Surion. This paper shows procedure, technique and flight test results for AVCS performance demonstration flight testing.
