      • 호텔업계 비정규직 고용관리의 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate what characteristics korean hotel industry has in the management of contingent workers. For the purpose, this study conducted case study on the six large-scale hotels located in Seoul. It found the following results: 1) the number of contingent workers in hotel industry is much more than the average nember in all industries; 2) contingent work stars from the entry-prot level; 3) contingent workers are employed to reduce labor cost; 4) contingent work is universal regardless of sex and educaton; 5) the difference in compensation system between contingent employees and permanent ones is small in comparison with other industries; 6) the switchover of contingent workers to permanent ones is possible in one or two years and; 7) the involvement of labor union is lacked in the employment of contingent workers. Therefore, these results suggest that it is necessary to figure out the appropriate size and fields of contingent work and the effective management practice for the work.

      • 일본기업의 종사원 교육훈련시스템의 변화방향에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed to take a look at changes in Japanese enployment system and, more specifically, changes in employee training system. To that end, it analyzed secondary data, which shows shifts in employment status in the late 1990s. Based on the data, the Japanese employment system has shifted its focus to performance-based human resources management. In a relative move, employee training has also evolved from previous short-term and limited training. Now employee training is regarded as a sort of investment often provided by a specialized outsourcing firm. On top of that, it becomes more likely that employees should take responsibility for their self-development. However, this transition is key to building a Japanese employment system where right talents are put in right places, according to company's demand. This study examined directional changes in Japanese employee training, which stems from changes in Japanese employment system,, based on secondary data. But, it did not have the chance to look at impacts of changes in employee training system on corporate performance. Down the road, the issue should be dealt with by carrying out a more systematic research.

      • OSP 투자지능화 시스템의 고찰

        본 논문은 OSP(Outside Plant) 투자지능화 시스템개발을 위해서 국내외에서 개발하여 사용하고 있는 선로투자공급 시스템들에 대하여 관심을 두고, 관련된 시스템들을 조사하여 각각의 시스템의 특징 및 구성에 대하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 국내 통신 사업체에서 통신망 계획 및 분석을 위해 앞으로 개발하여야 할 선로투자공급 모형에 대한 기준을 제시한다. This paper analysed systems that are developed as relevant systems for OSP. We focused their distinction and composition of each system which are developed and used to interior and overseas. This result is able to propose the standard model of a Intelligent System for OSP model which have to develop system for plan and analysis of communication network to telecommunication operator.

      • 6-아닐린피리다진 유도체 제조의 최적반응

        The 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3) was synthesized by allylthiolation and amination in order to discover antitumor candidates. We considered a reaction condition like solvent, catalyst and reaction time in order to find optimal reaction for the preparation of 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3). 3-Allylthio-6-chloropyridazine(2) was prepared from the reaction of 3,6-dichloropyridazine(1) with allylmercaptan and sodium hydroxide. The aniline moiety was introduced into 6-position of pyridazine ring of compound 2. The aminations for 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3) were performed by refluxing for 3h in n-butanol with NH_(4)Cl(method A), 5h in ethanol with NH_(4)Cl(method B) and 6h in n-butanol with Cu powder(method C). The combination of NH_(4)Cl/n-butanol/3h was found to provide a convenient method for giving 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine in satisfactory yields.

      • 일반 간호사가 인식한 수간호사의 역할기대와 역할수행에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the perception levels of staff nurses to the head nurse's role expectation and role performance. Also this study is to examin the relationships between the age, education levels, career and satisfaction to the head nurse's role performance of staff nurse's generally and the head nurse's role expectation and role performance. This study was based on 299 staff nurses who work in two university hospitals in Chungnam and JonBuk and in three general hospitals in Chungnam. The data was collected through questionnaires from August 1st to August twentieth, 1989. Data analysis included Mean, S.D(standard deviation), percentage and paired t-test. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. There were significant differences between the head nurse's role expectation and role performance and the head nurse's role items(P<.001). 2. There were significant differences between the appreciation by the staff nurses of the head nurse's role expectation and her role performance. (Direct patient-care role, patient-care management role, nursing staff management role, operational management role, role of education and study.) (P<.001). 3. The relationship between the general characteristics of respondents and the head nurse's role expectation and role performance 1) There were significant differences between the statl nurse's age and the head nurse's role expectation and her role performance(P<.001). 2)There were significant differences between the staff nurse's educational levels and the head nurse's role expectation of them and their the role performance including the nursing college and nursing university (P<.001). (except for the graduate school) 3) There were significant differences between the staff nurse's actual career and the head nurse's role expectation and role performance (P<.001). 4) There were significant differences between satisfaction with the head nurse's role performance and her role expectation and role performance (P<.001) (except for the "very satisfied" group.)

      • 순천향대학교 복수전공 수강실태에 대한 연구

        Recently, university students are trying to diversify their majors, In this context, this study examined how students experienced second major classes they enrolled. For the study, a survey was conducted with second major students in Soonchunhyang University. The findings showed that 60% students decided to take second major in the second semester of second grade, and 63% students tended to choose second major because of the interest of the major, In addition, there was no significant difference between male students and female ones in motives and involvement of second major choice and in obstacles of taking second major classes. Furthermore, there was a significant difference by majors in motives by reward and the number of presentation in class. Finally, the perception of obstacle in taking classes was significantly different by second major. Based on the findings, this study provided some suggestions for the manage ment of second major.

      • 심한 낙타혹(Hump)의 형성을 동반한 제 2 형 막증식성 사구체신염(Dense Deposit Disease) 1예

        Dense deposit disease (DDD), known as type Ⅱ MPGN, is an uncommon form of glomerulonephritis. It is an acquired primary glomerular disease, characterised by electron microscopic evidence of a continous, dense membrane deposition replacing the lamina densa. There is associated alternative pathway complement activation and a C3 nephritic factor maybe present. Patients with dense deposit disease tend to be young at clincal onset and more commonly have persistent nephrotic syndrome, gross hematuria, and acute nephritis episode and persistent depression of the serum complement level. The prognosis of dense deposit disease is worse than that of typeⅠMPGN. We experienced a patient with dense deposit disease that presenting persistent nephrotic syndrome, gross hematuria and having subepithelial hump. It is a first report of dense deposit disease having subepithelial hump in Korea, therefore we report this case with the review of relevant literatures.

        자폐적 행동 양상을 보이는 아동과 어머니간의 애착 발달에 관한 분석적 연구

        This study was conducted to examine the feature of attachment and the main factors of attachment development between autistic child and his or her mother. Data was collected at Day Care Center for Children with Developmental Disorder in S National University Hospital through nurses's in S National University Hospital through nurses's participating observation, interview with the mothers, and review of nursing records, from April 2 to June 30, 1994. The subjects were all 6 children, one was a girl, the others were boys, and their mothers who participate at the sensory-integrative play for attachment promotion served at this center. Content analysis was done for data analysis. First, all data were categorized by main concepts, reciprocity and affect. Then these wee analyzd and discussed on the aspects of specificity, proximity, synchrony, joint attention, strong affect, emotional availability which were chosen as the components of attachment through literature review. The results of this study were summarized as follows : all subjects were underdeveloped, unstable and showed different level of mother-child attachment. But during the program their attachment behaviors improved little by little. The behaviors which represented specificity, proximity, and strong affect were increased considerably, on the other hand the behaviors which represented joint attention and emotional availability were scarce. The more mother and child had contact and interacted merrily, the more their attachment behaviors developed. Another important factors of attachment development in these cases were mother and child's each characteristics. Especially the child's autistic peculiarity, such as indifference, severe resistance, distracterbility, stereotype tendency, physical condition were major barriers of maintatining the mother-child interaction. Also mother's attitude to her child, raring skill and physical condition were influencing factors. A few mothers who were anxious and stubborn had much more difficulty to adjust to their children. The mother who had experienced happiness with her child, especially if the mother experienced more fun at the play by herself became more positive, active and flexible, and that mother-child interaction maintained much longer and improved. It was more critical to help them enjoy their interaction. Thus nurses had to plan and intervene more joyful and various play, and consider mother's need in addition to child's need. And The program should be strengthened to support the mother emotionally to maximize the therapeutic effect.
