It is needless to say that the internet is the most reformative factor of transition from 19th century of industrial revolution era to 21st century of intelligence revolution era. The development of Internet has brought changes to most of industries, especially air-transportation business is directly influenced for selling air-liner tickets. Air-liners are strengthening the marketing and selling to customers by consigning tickets to travel agencies. First, this research is to present the air-liner internet site management plan through corroborative analysing of air-liner internet site. Second, it is to show the plan for constructing air-liner ticket sales network concerning using new marketing device through two items; first, we considered the sales strategy through internet by comparing the internet home-page of more than one percent occupancy-rate air-liner and that of less than one percent occupancy-rate one. In here, air-transportation occupancy rate is presumed to be in direct proportion to sales amount. Second, we examined preceding researches, foreign air-liner cases and the strategies of joining and using travel portal site for ticket selling. We analysed internet home-page corroboratively for the first purpose of research. As the result, if it shows a certain level of sale or transportation occupancy rate, we suggest that the home-page should be made in the language of that country, invite the membership on the home-page, make appointment or reserve a seat through the internet or e-mail possible and construct intelligence transmission system of the air-liner's own. For the second purpose of research, we analysed preceding research, foreign air-liner cases and the present condition of construction air-liner's travel on-line portal site. As a result, first, we suggest them to strengthen the sales network through alliance site between air-liners which is already in progress in our country. Second, we recommend that by converting off-line members to on-line ones and providing individual and differentiated services, build a new sales chart. Although we tried to present air-liner ticket selling plan on the internet-era, it is not sufficient due to the lack of objective and systemic data. We expect systemic and sustaining research continues.
