        시설 거주노인 돌봄 제공자의 돌봄 로봇 및 기기 활용에 관한 탐색적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to conduct an exploratory and descriptive survey study design to examine 1) the physical difficulty by care task, 2) overall occupation-related physical burden by the characteristics of caregivers and care receivers, and 3) the level of help by the use of care robots and devices among formal caregivers working in facilities for older adults. In this study, 308 formal caregivers working in facilities were recruited from 8 nursing homes and 5 geriatric hospitals between Aug. 2021 and Sept. 2022 in South Korea. There were significant differences in ADLs between nursing homes and geriatric hospitals: eating, dressing, hygiene, transfer to bed, transfer to the toilet and walking. For each care item, the items the caregivers had the most difficulty ranked first were bathing, excretion assistance, and mobility support. The difference in occupation-related physical burden according to general characteristics was found to have statistically significant differences in female and bad perceived health. Among the 205 caregivers who had experience using care robots and devices, pressure ulcer prevention was the most experienced one, and those also were the most helpful and exercise aids were the least helpful. In order to reduce the physical burden on care providers, it is necessary to develop and introduce a care robots centered on the care site. Furthermore, national level public support systems are required to enable facilities to actively utilize care robots and devices.

        Tc-99m pyrophosphate scan 의 섭취도에 따른 예측도 및 분기점의 통계적 평가

        The technetium (Tc)-99m pyrophosphate scans have been used to diagnose acute myocardial infarctions and to confirm the equivocal cases. Many articles have been reported about its diagnostic performance and pitfalls. But there has been no evaluation of its predictabillity according to the grades of the radioactivity and statistical evaluation of the trade-off point, i.e., grade 2 and the area under the reciver operating characteristic curve. To achive the hoals. we reviewed 252 cases of -Tc-99m pyrophoshate scans (acute transmural infarction [n=9], acute subendocardial infarction [n=7], unstable angina [n=16], old myocardial infarction [n=19], others [n=111]). The predictabilities of the scan are 98% in grade 4, 84% in grade 3, 83% in grade 2, 53% in grade 1 and 18% in non-uptake. The usual trade-off point, grade 2 is not statistically significant (Z=1.945, p=0.0259>0.01) The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (Az) is 0.885 Our study shows that the probable main cause of the false negative cases is the time interval between the onset of symptoms and the test.

        당뇨병환자의 자기조절행위 실태조사 : 자가혈당검사를 실시하는 환자를 대상으로

        Background Self-monitoring of blood glucose(SMBG) is an important component of the treatment plan of patients with diabetes mellitus. SMBG is the preferred method to assess short-term glucose control and provide us data for decisions of treatment. But current education of SMBG seems to be inadequate for patients to utilize SMBG data in korea. This survey was designed to investigate the self-regulation behavior of diabetic patients and to emphasize the necessity of systematic SMBG education. Method We collect the data from 80 diabetes patients performing SMBG by interview and chart review. Results 1) In frequency of self-monitoring, 31.25% of patients reported that they had measured blood glucose one or more times a day and 25.00% one to four times per week. 33.75% recorded blood glucose levels in log books whenever they tested. But 31.25% didn't record. 2) When we asked the patients about normal BSL range, 43.75% of patients answered ideal goal of FBS(≤115mg/dl) and 22.50% answered target goal of FBS(116-135mg/dl). 27.50% knew ideal goal of PP2(≤140mg/dl) and 11.25% knew target goal of PP2(141-160mg/dl). In cause-reasoning of the patients who had been in hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia, 36.25% of them always did and 20.00% mostly did. But 17.50% didn't at all. 3) In utilization of SMBG data, 37.50% of patients who had been in hyperglycemia always diet themselves and 46.25% in hypoglycemia always did, 32.50% of patients who had been in hyperglycemia always regulated exercise-amount and 20.00% in hypoglycemia always did. 46.25% didn't adjust drug dosage at all when they are hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia. 66.25% of their doctor didn't review SMBG records. Conclusion SMBG is the preferred method to assess short-term glucose control and provide us data for management decisions and insulin adjustment. Moreover, SMBG is able to improve blood glucose control only if patients evaluate and utilize SMBG data. So healthcare team should give systematic SMBG education for diabetic patients to regulate themselves.

        Bigdata 분석과 인공지능을 적용한 시설물 건립 GIS 최적화 연구

        한국에서는 시설물을 건립하기 위하여 타당성 분석을 한다. 현재 시설물의 후보지나 미흡지 분석을 하기 위한 기초데이터는 인력을 이용하여 가공하고 전문가의 알고리즘분석을 통한 도출된 결과를 이용하여 최종 시설물 허가가 진행되는 방법으로 수행하고 있다. 만약, 모바일이나 Web을 접속하여 시설물 건립의 타당성을 분석할 수 있도록 예상 시설물의 GIS 데이터를 수집에서 분석까지 자동화하여 서비스를 한다면, 의사결정이 신속하게 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구는 시설물 건립에 대한 모바일이나 Web에서 미흡지 Bigdata를 분석하고 최적의 지점을 도출하여, 시설물 허가를 온라인으로 수행하는 것을 목표로 한다. 인구 정보 데이터와 네트워크 데이터를 기반으로 Bigdata 분석한 정보와 항공영상 등 공간데이터를 활용한 최적 지점 분석을 위해 객체 검출 딥러닝 알고리즘인 YOLO와 Faster R-CNN의 적용 가능성을 탐구하며, 웹과 모바일 환경에서 사용자 친화적으로 최적 지점 분석 결과를 제공하는 방안을 제시한다. In Korea, feasibility analysis is conducted to build facilities. Currently, basic data for analyzing the candidate sites of the facility or the lack of land is processed using manpower and final facility permission is carried out using the results derived from algorithm analysis by experts. If GIS data of expected facilities is automated from collection to analysis to analyze the validity of facility construction by accessing mobile or the web, decision-making will be made quickly. The goal of this study is to conduct facility permits online by analyzing Big Data on mobile or web for facility construction and deriving optimal points. It explores the applicability of YOLO and Fast R-CNN, object detection deep learning algorithms, and suggests ways to provide user-friendly optimal point analysis results in web and mobile environments for optimal point analysis using big data analysis information and spatial data such as aerial images.

        황병승 장시(長詩)의 미장아빔적 특성 연구

        This article examines the characteristics of mise en abim appearing in Hwang Byung-seung's long poems and tries to find out the meaning of mise enabim in long poems. Taking 15 long poems as the subject of discussion, the mise en abim technique was organized into 6 patterns. As a result, first, inserting a new narrative in the form of a postcard, another poem, a song, a diary, etc.; Second, reinserting after transforming the verses in the work or the verses of other works; Third, cross-narrating unrelated narratives; Fourth, construct fragmentary events in parallel; Fifth, dividing the entire work into two parts to form a symmetrical structure; Sixth, characters appearing in other works could be classified as re-appearance. And long poems with mise en abim characteristics are generally ambiguous in conclusion or deviate from a single narrative, and also have the aspect of meta poetry. In Hwang Byung-seung's long poems, when mise en abim functions as 'showing', long poems have been expanded into meta poems containing self-reflection of the act of writing instead of poems exploring the meaning of life.
