Recently some of the components serviced in nuclear power plant were identified that the material test reports did not fully satisfy the code requirements. They did not include simulated post weld heat treatment record in detail and raised questions how to apply heat treatment following after repair of the components. Lots of test and analyes were performed to verify that the material met the requirements and to evaluate that the components could be used without replacement. This paper presents the review process and results how to evaluate the integrity of components which have unsatisfied material test report.

이 연구는 왈덴스국제학교를 기독교 대안학교의 구체적인 사례로 삼아 그 특징과 내용을 분석한 것이다. ‘가족유사성’ 이론을 사용하여 시골기숙학교와 비교하고 대조하였다. 그 결과 왈덴스국제학교는 시골기숙학교와 여러 본질적인 특징들을 공유하고 있음이 확인되었다. 교육 환경, 예술과 노작을 강조하는 교과과정, 기숙 생활, 등이 그러하다. 학생들을 대상으로 한 만족도 조사와 인터뷰 조사는 왈덴스국제학교 학생들의 만족도가 전반적으로 높다는 것을 보여준다. 이런 관찰 및 조사 결과는 왈덴스국제학교가 기독교대안학교의 모범적 사례가 될 수 있음을 보여준다. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and contents of Waldens International School as a concrete example of a Christian alternative school. The family similarity theory was used to compare and contrast with rural boarding schools. As a result, it was confirmed that Waldens International School shares many essential characteristics with the rural boarding school. The educational environment, curriculum that emphasizes art and work, boarding life, and so on. Satisfaction surveys and interviews with students show that students at Waldens International School are generally high. These observations and findings show that Waldens International School can be a good example of a Christian alternative school.

The effects of post weld heat treatment(PWHT) on the mechanical properties of 2.25Cr-1Mo steels were investigated. As the PWHT temperature or holding time increased, the strength of low alloy steels progressively decreased due to softening process. After the conventional PWHT, the strength was larger than the minimum value of materials specification. The Charpy impact energy was hardly affected by the conventional PWHT. The trend of mechanical properties was analyzed in terms of tempering parameter. Most materials replaced from a power plant met the requirements of materials specification except for one heat. Same heat of materials with low impact energy were attributed to the voids formed during casting process.
GPx7 ameliorates non-alcoholic steatohepatitis by regulating oxidative stress

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common liver diseases. NAFLD can further progress to irreversible liver failure such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) fibrosis and cirrhosis. However, specific regulator of NASHfibrosis has yet to be established. Here, we found that glutathione peroxidase 7 (GPx7) was markedly expressed in NASH fibrosis. Although GPx7 is an antioxidant enzyme protecting other organs, whether GPx7 plays a role in NASH fibrosis has yet to be studied. We found that knockdown of GPx7 in transforming growth factor- (TGF-) and free fatty acids (FFA)- treated LX-2 cells elevated the expression of pro-fibrotic and pro-inflammatory genes and collagen synthesis. Consistently, GPx7 overexpression in LX-2 cells led to the suppression of ROS production and reduced the expression of pro-fibrotic and pro-inflammatory genes. Further, NASH fibrosis induced by choline-deficient amino acid defined, high fat diet (CDAHFD) feeding was significantly accelerated by knockdown of GPx7, as evidenced by up-regulated liver fibrosis and inflammation compared with CDAHFD control mice. Collectively, these results suggest that GPx7 might be a novel therapeutic target to prevent the progression and development of NAFLD.
A Design of Context-Aware Middleware based on Ontology for u-Health Services

Context-aware technologies for u-Health services need researches to represent context-information appropriately, to grasp the user"s intention using context-information, and to provide services for users. In this paper, we propose the ontology based context-aware framework for u-Health services. The system provides ample power of expression and inference mechanisms to various context-information using an ontology-based context model. In this paper, we describe a scenario for u-Health services based on the ubiquitous computing environment to verify the utility of the system. The system for u-Health services represented context-information in domains as OWL-based ontology model effectively, and we confirmed the information was inferred to high-level context-information by user-defined rules.
