췌장염에 의한 가성낭종내에 생긴 가성동맥류 : 1례 보고

만성 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성동맥류는 드문질환으로, 반복적으로 다량의 출혈을 일으킬 수 있으며, 치료를 하지 않을 경우 사망율이 높기 때문에, 조기 진단과 치료가 필수적이다. 저자들은 38세 남자 환자에서 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성낭종내에서 발생한 가성동맥류 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 가성 동맥류의 색혈류도플러상 낭종내에 양방향 흐름의 와류를 볼 수 있었다. Because of high morbidity and mortality, early detection and treatment of the pseudoaneurysm is needed. We report a case of pseudoaneurysm within pseudocyst from pancreatitis. Color-flow Doppler sonography shows bidirectional flow and turbulent arterial flow, within anechoic mass.

韓國의 인플레이션 問題 硏究 : 土地 ·地價政策을 中心으로 Centered on the land & Price Policy of land

In this thesis, the writer has dealt with the theme "A Study on inflation problems of Korea". 1. It is unrealistic to expect that expansions in investment and other spending will have effects solely on employment and output. Changes in price levels must be expectes as well. The effect and causes of a general rise in prices and wages (i,e., inflation) and a general fall in prices (i.e., deflation) are vital. 2. Historially, prices have shown their greatest fluctuations in time of war. But recently the trend in price seems to have been more of a one-way climb: the absence of a drop in prices following world warⅡ and Korea war is perhaps a sign that modern mixed economies are no longer likely to tolerate legthy periods of unemployment, soft business conditions, and falling prices. Creeping "cost-push inflation is a new disease distinguishable from conventional demand-pull inflation", in which too much money spending (too much C+I+G or, what is the same, too much MV) bids for the limited supply of goods and labor available at full employment and pulls up price and wages. 3. Slow price increases are one thing. But when each increase in prices becomes the signal for an increase in wages and costs, which again sends prices up still further, we may be in the midst of a malignant, galloping hyper inflation. 4. Goals of long-term price behavior. 1) Prices-on the average- are to be stable. 2) Prices are to be gently rising. 3) Prices are to be falling steadily. But factors of inflation in Korea is attributable to compound function of increase of the currency, increase of demand, and continuous increase of expense. Thus inflationary factors continue because the fundamental factors bring out this exists inside of modern economic society. The fundamental factors are as follows. 1) Offering service of economy. 2) Comprehension increases influence of group. 3) Humanistic economy management. 4) The continuous increase of government roles. 5. We must consider a counter-measure on Korean inflation as follows. 1) Price policy for agriculture-marine products industry. 2) House and land policy 3) Monetary policy 4) Stock policy for the principal goods as petroleum resources. 5) Free policy for imput. 6) Administration policy of total demand. (price policy) 7) Growth policy 8) Income and indexing policy. 9) Reasonable exchange rate. 6. In case of pursuit the elements of galloping rising of land price is to be galloping economic development and the quick development policy. Therefore, we must find out settlement course in case of whole economic policy. 7. I've indicated the model of land decision and demand price, supply price, evaluation price etc, and researched for the land policy. Economic subjectors must break their consciousness from psychology of inflation of present day.

I've distributed Some question Paper(30 questions) to Kunsan Hung Nam-Dong Citizens(320 Persons), and Collected it from them. So I've caught their problems through question paper and the dialogue with the citizen, and considered the problems on their problems, and Studied it's counter-measure. Statistics of occupation distinction on the citizens. *****(p.163) I've investigated and studied the following ; Items ; A view of marriage, A view of lineage, A view of daughter in law, Divination to decide if a proposed marriage is recommendable, Consciousness of an illegitimate child, A view of education for sons and daughters, filial piety, Religious service, A view of performing a religious service, A view of brotherhood, Condition for marriage, A view on the cosmic dual forces, A view of side-line, A view of Female activity for society, Survey for the improvement of the Community, Survey on the element of checking the community development, Problem of habitation after merriage, Survey on the point of living expenses, A view of occupation, ceremonial occasions, the improvement of living, living complacent rate of married man, A Survey of social classes, A view of religion, living imformation, Survey of debter, Survey on the cause of getting into debt, A view of money expenditure, A view of education, Operation on rationalization of occupation, on the project for new community movement etc. In the result, I've discovered that this community inhabitants have several problems of an important element of checking the community development. I put below some problem in the result of investgating on the other day. First, I can pointing out the community has non-democratic social phenomenon in social life. So they must establish the right conception about modern society. Namely Right conception consists of modern spirit. To seize the essence and character of modern society, and spiritual attitude to modernize be able to make modern society structure. I am sure that without the spirit to democratize society will be stagnation society. therefore, each other one of the member to constitute society must persevere in one's efforts. Second, I find out that Kunsan community has many remaining vestiges of feudalism, Therefore, they have to active abolition of ancient system. They believe that the cosmic dual forces and divination to decide if a proposed merriage is recommendable, various rumours. Third, on the point of their view of value. I find out that their view of it in this community is unmodern and unmaral more than larger city community. Therefore, they have to become modern moral and modern view of value. Fourth, they lack co-operative spirit and power of combination. so they have to rear impartiality spirit for the community development. Fifth, they need to make and keep remaking spirit, increasing income, mass-com development, and the law of home-ceremony in korea. Sixth, on the point of education for sons and daughters. they have to train independence spirit, one of convictions for sons and daughters, and I know that they desire that the course of education have to be decided for the prosperity of race in position of korean nationalism Seventh, on the point of economic policy. I suggest the government of the people should establish good economic policy to get safe life of the poor classes. Eighth, on the point of woman power. I find out that there is still extreme discrimination of man and woman in the life and social system they should try to get a society to be secured wuman's right and power. Ninth, on the point of new community movement In the new community movement, I find out that they require the public establishment for their village. The establishment and allowance of the new community factory from government is considered carefully in the stagflation of the world. Therefore, in the position of export and import they need to consider the conditions of location, the imformations abroad survey of the route of export from abroad market, and planning of goods etc. Tenth, on the point of investigating a view of side-line. I suggest that the government finances a long-term loan to salaried man and poor classes by low rate of interest, and have to execute actively enlightening guide on side-line.

住宅難 解決 方案에 대한 硏究 : Focus on the house policy of Korea 住宅政策을 中心으로

The population of the world is increasing from day to day. But therate of house increase is not more than the rate of population increase in the World in a day. I think that house possession rate of each countries, namely become scale to measure a degree of economy development and to promote welfare of the peaple. So house possession rate is low in developed countries, but it is high in developing countries. According to the department of construction of Korea, in the existing circumstance of the house in Korea, house possession rate is 22.27% in 1970, but it is 22.7% in 1974. That is, house possession rate is high 0.47%. And then economy growth become in crease 10% in a year, but house possession problem is very extreme and, becomestructural contradiction. The persons in charge of the Nation policy in the developed countries feel to be all responsibility of the government at any cost, but the persons in charge of the nation policy in the developing countries consider that house problem is private problem. In Korea case, the government have asserted that the house problem is not always importence more than factory construction. The government of Korea must build many and much house to bear positively the responsivility and to accomplish our welfare of te people at any cost. I indicate the way of it in the following. (1) The Bank of house must give the people the loan of the capital at low interest low-interest funds; Interest of bank is 4 or 5 percent in developed countries in a year(the present interest is 14%). (2) The government must give non-house people to build many Aparts or Nation houses by Finance or by A. I. D. funds. (3) The government must establish the house policy consideration institution in the government system ;It must rationalize for the house building. (4) The building area of nation house must change degree of 10 pyong; First of all it must decrease in quantity, at the same time it must consider to elevate in quality. (5) If the long time planing house policy will succeed, the person in charge for policy must lay bare one's more heart, and men of enterprise have to positively cooperate with. (6) The house policy of Korea must convert to the government main guide type from the private main guide type. (7) Stopping to build tile roofed house(Korea Waga house), We must consider to build slab cement iron concrete house, because the government must become the permit of ownership to the person to build a house upside it's house by permission of owner of the first floor house. That is needs legal new manage for theme. (8) The greater part of rural house must beimprove to consider with economization or traditional culture for houe revolution.

The following are some of the official responsibilities which the professional managers assume for specialized utility of the economic division of labours. (1) Choosing and arranging the personnel in accordance with the executive ability. (2) Helping to promote technical level to the highest degree. (3) Increasing the efficiency. (4) Standardization of commodities to make possible the mass production. (5) Improvement of the goods quality. (6) Economizing the time and labour. (7) Distribution of goods and skill. (8) Spurring for large-scaled plant. The technical experts are so essential to the successful technical innovation that the investment for its purpose is keenly needed. Accordingly, in order to educate both the technicians and the professional managers, the analysis of duties and the plan for educational training as well as the estimation concerning its effects should be examined. 1. Analysis of duties. There are some kinds of analysis of duties for educational training. In general use are one of the analysis of duties elements in which the estimation of duties is applied to the determination of wage and the other for recording the details of duties also applied to design, choice and distribution. Although the above-mentioned kinds of analysis are applicable enough to the plan for educational training, in its case it is recommended that the following should be emphasized on: a) The duties should be recorded in details. b) The analysis of work should be performed. c) The outline of training should be given. 2. The management of the plan for educational training. The management of the plan for educational training is the most important part of the concerned. For its effective and successful execution the following matters would be recommend: a) the preparation of training items. b) the preparation of training schedule c) the arrangement of training environment and its allotment d) the computation of educational training group. e) the training period fixing 3. The effects of educational training and its estimation. a) The greatest effects should be brought on the least expenditure. b) The standard for effects should be prepared. c) The actual measurement should be taken d) The desirable results should be expected. 4. Each of the enterprises had better, on its own account, run the training program for the professional management and the technicians. In case that it is not possible, however, it is the most desirable the governmental institute or the training schools attached to college take part in the program comprehensively in each sphere. It is also recommendable to establish a foundation for the joint training school managed in cooperation with each other of the enterprises. 5. From this time forward we must establish the independent system of professional technical development. Accordingly it can be expected that the promotion of independent research for the professional technical development would bring about the effects of killing two birds with one stone that we are able to the succeed in the technical innovation and also get to the advantageous ground for the hopeful induction of foreign technique.

이방성 담낭(Bicameral Gallbladder) : 1례 보고

담낭의 선천성 기형 중 이방성 담낭은 매우 드문 기형으로 저자들은 우상복부 동통을 주소로 내원하여 초음파, 전산화 단층 촬영, 간담도 스캔 검사에서 이방성 담낭으로 진단되고 수술로 확진된 이방성 담낭(Bicameral GB) 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고 하고자 한다. The bicameral gallbladder is one of the rarest congenital malformation of the gallbladder. A 26 years-old male was examined for the colicky pain in right upper quadrant area. On sonographic examination the lumen of gallbladder was partitioned, nearly completely, into two chamber(fundal and ductal) that are of approximately equal size. There was gallbladder wall thickening with cholelithiasis in the fundal chamber. Surgical finding showed bicameral gallbladder divided into two camber of same size and gallbladder wall thickening with cholelithiasis in the fundal chamber.
