The differences of the liver scintigraphic features between postnecrotic and nonpostnecrotic liver cirrhosis were studied for 69 patients. Degrees of mottling and splenomegaly were no different between two groups but shrinked form was more frequent finding in postnecrotic type(23:10), and normal shape & enlarged left lobe with shrinked right lobe were relatively dominant in non-postnecrotic group(15:6, 10:2). Grade of extrahepatic uptake of ^99mTc-tin colloid was significantly higher in Child-Pugh B & C group than A group(p<0.05), but there was no difference between postnecrotic and non-postnecrotic groups. These will be important results on the dicision for the presence of cirrhosis according to the variable causes.

Technical investigation to figure out the problems arising during in-situ heating electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis inside scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was carried out. EBSD patterns were successfully acquired up to $830^{\circ}C$ without degradation of EBSD pattern quality in steels. Several technical problems such as image drift and surface microstructure pinning were taking place during in-situ experiments. Image drift problem was successfully prevented in constant current supplying mode. It was revealed that the surface pinning problem was resulted from the $TiO_2$ oxide particle formation during heating inside SEM chamber. Surface pinning phenomenon was fairly reduced by additional platinum and carbon multi-layer coating before in-situ heating experiment, furthermore was perfectly prevented by improvement of vacuum level of SEM chamber via leakage control. Plane view in-situ observation provides better understanding on the overall feature of recrystallization phenomena and cross sectional in-situ observation provides clearer understanding on the recrystallization mechanism.
Proxy Mobile IPv6 네트워크에서 포인터 포워딩을 이용한 이동성 관리기법

Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIRv6)는 이동노드가 핸드오버 및 위치등록과 관련된 신호절차를 수행하지 않고 네트워크 기반으로 이동성을 관리할 수 있도록 설계된 프로토콜이다. 기존의 PMIPv6에서 이동노드가 이동 할 때마다 Mobile Access Gateway(MAG)는 원거리에 위치한 Local Mobility Anchor(LMA)에 위치등록을 수행해야 하며, 이러한 위치등록절차는 LMA에 부하를 증가시킬 뿐 아니라, 네트워크로 전달되는 전체 트래픽이 증가하게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Proxy Mobile IPv6 네트워크에서 포인터 포워딩을 이용한 이동성 관리기법을 제안하였다. 제안기법에서는 MAG가 LMA에 등록하는 대신 포인터 포워딩을 이용하여 이웃한 MAG에 등록함으로써 위치등록비용을 감소할 수 있다. 제안기법의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 내재점 마코프 체인(Imbedded Markov chain) 모델을 이용한 비용 계산식을 구하였으며, 수학적인 비용 분석 결과를 통하여 제안기법이 기존의 PMIPv6 보다 우수한 성능을 제공함을 알 수 있다. Proxy mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) protocol is a network-based mobility management protocol to support mobility for IPv6 nodes without host involvement. In PMIPv6, the Mobile Access Gateway (MAG) incurs a high signaling cost to update the location of a mobile node to the remote Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) if it moves frequently. This increases network overhead on the LMA, wastes network resources, and lengthens the delay time. Therefore, we propose a new mobility management scheme for minimizing signaling cost using the pointer forwarding. Our proposal can reduce signaling costs by registration with the neighbor MAG instead of the remote LMA using the pointer forwarding. The cost analysis using imbedded Markov chain presented in this paper shows that our proposal can achieve performance superior that of PMIPv6 scheme.

<P>In this letter, we address a carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimator with a large estimation range for ultra-wideband multi-band or-thogonal frequency division multiplexing (UWB MB-OFDM) systems. We find by simulations that the proposed CFO estimator yields an improved estimation range, maintaining the same estimation performance and complexity in comparison with the conventional estimator.</P>
