        群長浩灣物流情報化의 CALS適用戰略方案에 관한 研究

        This study aims at suggesting strategic devices in order to introduce and apply CALS which is called as the fifth wave of recent global economy as a method of improving international competitive power of KUN-JANG port logistics. And this study aims at assisting KUN-JANG port authorities to establish strategies to guarantee competitiveness of international logistics by analyzing synthetically the problems disclosed through the data analysis on management and utilization of the international port logistics, grasping exactly the problems faced in the field of international port logistics and suggesting the alternatives to these problems, on the basis of the actual arrangement on international port logistics and CALS. In this study, I have suggested a basic theories in introducing and applying CAL Sindispensible for a positive development of international port logistics' competitiveness by the KUN-JANG port authorities, and I assure that the exporting firms can get a full effect in strengthening international competitiveness of port logistics in worldwide economy war by effectively utilizing the application method suggested in this study as well as by erecting its basic direction. It will be very significant for KUN-JANG port to introduce and utilize CALS as a method for innovation and rationalization of port logistics management as well as a method for strengthening international competitiveness of KUN-JANG port logistics. This study will serve the study of this field, for the purpose of this study is on analyzing its propriety in introducing and utilizing CALS. It will guarantee the importance that this study helps the domestic port authorities to upgrade understanding on introduction and utilization of CALS for strengthening their port logistics competitiveness, and this study serves to improve international port competitiveness in an era of information and globalization.

      • 1-Silacyclopentadiene으로부터 Silylene을 합성하는데 대한 연구

        1-Spiro(tetraphenyl-1-silacyclopentadiene) was obtained from the reaction of 1, 2, 3, 4-tetraphenylbutadiene anion with tetrachlorosilane in ether. This spiro compound is treated with phenylacetylene at 350℃ in sealed tube. From this reaction, pentaphenylbenzene and polymer like silicon compound which are byproducts of silylene formation, are isolated. The reaction product which must be formed from the reaction of silylene and phenylacetylene, is now under investigation.

        묘지 조성사업지의 비탈면 보호공법에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업을 중심으로

        강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업은 경사 30˚ 의 표고차가 심한 산지를 절 · 성토하여 계단식 묘역단을 조성하는 공사로 수직고 15m이상의 대절토 및 성토부가 산재하고 있다. 특히 묘역단장후 주변 유입수 및 표면 유출수에 의한 비탈면 붕괴, 묘역단 유실 등의 피해가 발생할 경우 보수 또는 보강이 사실상 어려운 실정이며, 사회적 여론으로 확대될 가능성이 크므로 비탈면 보호에 필요한 녹화공법을 검토하였다. 구체적인 연구내용으로는 설계도면 및 현장답사를 통한 문제 비탈면 추출, 비탈면의 물리적 특성과 식생의 생육상황 파악, 비탈면 주변부의 식생조사와 유용식생 선발, 비탈면의 토양조건 분석 및 비탈면 토사의 기본물성 조사 등이며, 이를 기초로 하여 비탈면 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 그 대안을 제시하였다. The construction of a public cemetery in Kangnung city includes terraced graveyard with cutting or banking in mountain which has severe altitude differences with a slope of 30˚. Therefore, there are scattered cutting and banking sections with vertical height more than 15m. Especially, if the slope failure or the loss of a graveyard happens after graveyard establishment due to surface flow and inflow around, it is difficult to repair, causing serious public censure. Accordingly. revegetation works were examined that need protection of slope. The specific content of the study was the selection of slopes requiring special care through blueprint and field investigation the measurement of the physical property of slope and the situation of vegetative growth, the investigation of vegetation in slopes and the selection of vegetation, and the analysis of soil condition of slopes and the physical condition of slope sediment. On the basis of investigations some alternatives were proposed.Key words: public cemetery, slope protection works, revegetation works

      • 충남대학교 부속동물병원에 의뢰된 개의 뇨결석 성분 분석 결과

        A retrospective analysis was performed with 14 cases of canine urolithiasis examined at Laboratory of Clinical Pathology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Chungnam National University in the period between January 2005 and November 2005. The female (8 cases) had most occurrence about 14 cases. The Shih-tzu (8 cases), Poodle (4 cases) had higher incidences than other breeds. Canine urolithiasis occurred from 1 year 3 months to 7 years 6 months, but the most prevalence age was 3 years. The major mineral component of calculi was calcium oxalate (64.28%) and struvite(21.44%).

        공기질 조절장치 작동 승용차 내부의 공기질 평가

        This study examined the carbon dioxide (CO_2) pollution inside vehicles under low ventilation condition and evaluated the Air Quality System (AQS) for in-vehicle air quality using two techniques. The low ventilation condition is not recommended in order to keep oxygen-rich condition inside vehicles. Under the low ventilation condition, the in-vehicle CO_2 concentrations exceeded 1,000 ppm, the air quality guidelines in the United States, Western Europe, and Japan, indicating more oxygen deficiency inside vehicles. On the contrary, with the AQS-on condition, the in-vehicle CO_2 concentrations were less than 1,000 ppm for most of the driving time, indicating that the AQS could solve the problem of CO_2 accumulation inside vehicles under the low ventilation condition. The AQS test conducted by comparing carbon monoxide (CO) and volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations inside two vehicles indicated that the AQS effectively decreased the in-vehicle concentrations by 21 to 36%, as compared to medium ventilation condition with the windows closed, the vent opened, and air conditioning on. In addition, The AQS test conducted by comparing the interior and exterior concentrations indicated that the AQS effectively decreased the in-vehicle concentrations by 18 to 31%, as compared to medium ventilation condition.

        日本의 海岸砂防에 관한 연구(II) : 沖繩縣의 海岸保安林을 중심으로;On Seaside Protection Forest in Okinawa Prefecture

        우리나라에 있어서 海岸林의 多面的 機能과 時代的 價値觀의 변화를 파악하고, 海岸砂防의 참고자료를 얻기 위해 일본의 海岸林과 海岸砂防에 대한 각종 자료를 수집·분석하고 있다. 전보(全槿雨 등, 2002)에 이어 日本 沖繩縣의 海岸防災林을 중심으로 海岸林의 槪要, 海岸保安林의 實態와 각 島嶼別 주요 海岸砂防用 樹種 및 대표적인 海岸保安林에 대하여 분석·정리하였다. Management system of coastal erosion-control forest in Japan together with coast sand dune fixation and stabilization were investigated and analyzed to introduce to Korean researchers the many-sided importance and function of coastal forest and its chage from the standpoint of social value. In this study some suggestions and ideas were proposed for establishment of coastal forest including some suggestions and idea were proposed for establishment of coastal forest including seaside protection forest characteristics and tree species for coastal dune fixation, based on the analysis of date which were collected from the seaside protection forest in Okinawa Prefecture in Japan.

      • 김치의 발효 숙성에 관여하는 미생물의 소장에 관한 연구

        김치의 발효 숙성과 저장 중에 있어서의 pH 및 이에 관여하는 미생물의 경시적인 변화에 관하여 연구 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) pH의 변화는 초기에는 급격히 떨어지나 중기 이후에는 완만한 감소를 나타내고 그 후 말기에 이르기까지는 거의 일정한 값을 유지하였으며, 4℃ 보다 25℃의 경우에 있어서 초기에 pH가 급격하게 떨어지며 말기의 pH 도 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 2) 생균수는 초기에는 완만한 증가를 보이다가 중기에 이르러 급격히 증가하고 말기에는 감소하는 경향이며 4℃에 비하여 25℃의 경우 생균수가 적은 경향을 나타내었다. 3) 세균수는 저장온도에 따라 약간의 차이는 있으나 혐기성 세균은 급격한 증가를 거쳐 감소되는 데 반하여 호기성 세균은 초기에는 증가하다가 중기에 이르러서는 급격히 감소되고 그 후 다시 급증하는 경향이었다. 4) 효모의 수는 숙성의 진행에 따라 서서히 증가하는 경향이며 저장온도에 따른 두드러진 차이는 볼 수 없었다. This paper was intended to study on the changes caused by microorganisms in Kimchi fermentation. This research is based on the observation for the fermentation of Kimchi, made of Korean cabbage. especially prepared for winter dietary purpose. Temperatures and pH changes during the preservation and the process of maturation were observed. The numbers of microorganism, bacteria and yeasts were counted during the Kimchi fermentation. The results are summarized as follows; 1) At the begenning stage, the changes of pH rapidly occurred and at the intermediate stage, they slowly decreased and at the final stage, they reached the constant value. When observed and compared at 4℃ and 25℃, pH value decreased suddenly and the low pH value continued. 2) At the beginning stage the steady increase in the number of microorganism was observed and at the intermediate stage the increase was relatively noticeable and at the final stage the decrease in number was observed at different temperatures. The number of microoganisms exhibited the tendency of the decreasing manner. 3) Anaerobic microorganisms was found to increase in numbers followed by steady decrease in accordance with temperature change. Aerobic microorganisms showed the rapid increase at the begenning stage and the rapid decrease in the intermediate process and the rapid increase again at the final stage. 4) On the process of maturation, the number of yeasts increased steadily regardless of the changes in temperature for preservation.

        A ten-year-old boy with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, probably T-cell type, who had received intrathecal methotrexate for theprophylaxis of meningeal leukemia, acquired impaired vision during maintenance chemotherapy. Ophthalmologic examinations disclosed a leukemic infiltration of right optic disc. It was followed by meningeal leukemia and systemic relapse successively within 2 months. The response of the ocular lesion to systemic chemotherapy was good.

      • 제브라피쉬에서 transposon을 이용한 enhancer trap 시스템의 개발

        The zebrafish (Danio rerio) is a vertebrate model system suitable for fishing/hunting novel functional genes in post-genome era. Researchers are able to observe various developmental stages of transparent zebrafish embryos within 24 hours. Moreover, the genome structure of zebrafish is quite similar to that of mammals, including human. Characterization of various type of mutations revealed that zebrafish is an excellent animal model for the study of various human diseases. For that reason many researchers have used zebrafish in large-scale chemical mutagenesis. So far, a lot of mutants have been made by chemical mutagenesis method. However, it is burdensome and time-consuming to identify the target gene of specific mutant. Recently, insertional mutagenesis was considered as an alternative strategy in comparison with chemical mutagenesis. In this study, we describe the use of zebrafish model system for the experimental possibility of insertional mutagenesis. We have established the enhancer trap vector through Tol2 transposon, which is one of the improvable insertional mutagenesis system. We also introduce several methods of insertional mutagenesis based on Tol2 transposon system. It allows us to easily and quickly screen the target gene of mutant made by Tol2 enhancer trap system, which will be a useful method for the large-scale mutagenesis.
