        The organs of 400 cases which had been collected at the slaughter houses in Pusan, Masan and Chungmu cities were examined histopathologically to clear out the patterns of pathological changes of pigs kept in Korea. The report about the lesions of the liver succeeding the former report about the lung was summairzed as follows: 1) The most frequent and dominated lesions in the liver were those of hepatic ascariasis(11%) and toxic changes(35%) such as cloudy swelling, hepatic lipidosis, parenchymatous necrosis and liver cirrhosis. 2) The lesions of the liver cirrhosis observed here would be classified as three types; portal cirrhosis subdivided into secondary cirrhosis and Laennec's type. intralobular cirrhosis and biliary cirrhosis.

        In an effort to develop design methods based on performance it is clear that the evaluation of the inelastic response is required. The methods available to the design engineer today are nonlinear time history analyses, or monotonic static nonlinear analyses, or equivalent static analyses with simulated inelastic influences. Some codes proposed the capacity spectrum method based on the nonlinear static(pushover) analysis to determine earthquake-induced demand given the structure pushover curve. This procedure is conceptually simple but iterative and time consuming with some errors. This paper considers a nonlinear direct spectrum method to evaluate seismic performance of structure, without iterative computations, given the structural initial elastic period and yield strength from the pushover analysis, especially for multi degree of freedom structures. The purpose of this paper is to investigate accuracy and confidence of this method from a point of view of various earthquakes.

        In performance-based design methods, it is clear that the evaluation of the nonlinear response is required. Some codes proposed the capacity spectrum method(CSM) based on the nonlinear static analysis to determine earthquake induced demand given the structure pushover curve. This procedure is conceptually simple but iterative and time consuming with some errors. The nonlinear direct spectrum method(NDSM) is proposed and studied to evaluate nonlinear response of structures, without iterative computations, given by the structural linear vibration period and yield strength from the pushover analysis, especially for shear buildings system. The purpose of this paper is to compare accuracy of approximate nonlinear methods with respect to various structure characteristics.

        The purpose of this study is as follows: (1) We develope a CAI(computer assisted instruction) program for misconception correction on electronic current. (2) To study leaning effects of CAI program, we apply it to relevant grades of junior high school students and investigate degree of the science achievement. The findings of this study are as follows : Many students had misconceptions about electric current such as current consumption idea, current distribution idea, current independent of resistance idea. CAI classes applied with individual learning were effective to correct the misconception. Especially, they brought about big difference in the achievement of correction for current distribution idea.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate a study on Cardiorespiratory Functions of Elite Tennis Player and Non-Elite Tennis Player in Female High-School. The subjects were included 2 group(each group n=7); Elite Tennis Player group and Non-Elite Tennis Player group. The conclusion of this study was as follows: 1. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max(p<.001) 2. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VCO2(p<.001) 3. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max/kg(p.05)

        외식프랜차이즈 가맹점의 갈등과 분쟁해결 사례연구

        This study is for an example of arbitration of a dining out franchise company in Korea and frachise system currently is expanding and developing to international trade. The main reason for that is franchising has some benefits compared to the existing trades. Korean dining-out industry has largely developed for the past 20 years, but there are little world-class company of the industry, because dining-out industry should go for qualitative as well as quantitative growth at the same time. Korean dining-out industry has adopted licensing and joint-venture among growth strategies, but the franchise system among them seems to have taken its place as a representative strategy for management to develop dining-out industry. The history of Korean dining-out franchise industry is very short and it is true that we have no a management philosophy of accompanying growth with franchise due to a short experiences and recognition of top management or managers and short-term strategy for branch expansion. For a brilliant growth of dininig-out franchise industry, to settle disputes through arbitration, in case of disputes taking place, is very important, because the franchise industry is a frequent-trading sector, requires expert-level knowledge, favors a closed examination and also needs a fast solution. As the franchise industry has been sharply growing around the world, there is more possibility of disputes, and various and complicated laws of the industry are related to disputes as well, so much more expert-level knowledge is required to solve disputes. Therefore, affiliated headquarters hope a disclosed settlement of their disputes and their any disputes should be fast settled for the benefits of affiliated members.

        The reaction rate constants of the nucleophilic addition of t-Butylmercaptan to p-Nitrobenzylidenemalononitrile were determined at wide pH ranges by means of spectroscopy, and the rate equations which could be applied to the experimental results were obtained. According to this experiment, below pH 9.0, the addition of only neutral molecule Is initiated, at pH 9.5∼l2.0 the addition of mercaptan molecule and mercaptide anion occur competitively, and above pH 12.5 Michael type of addition proceeded completely.

        Urbanized areas, it is essential to predict how the runoff characteristics, such as runoff peak and volume, and travel time, change with time for planning and designing various kinds of hydraulic facilities with given recurrence interval. Mushim stream basin is simulated using HEC-HMS model to get runoff characteristics of an urbanization basin. The effects of urbanization was analysed to uniform change CN value and impervious area, the results of runoff analyses were investigated. Overtopping risk of levee is also presented by comparing levee height with simulated flood level.

      • 역할기반 접근제어를 기반으로 한 데이터베이스 보안모델 설계

        일반적인 운영체제의 보안과 마찬가지로 데이터베이스에서도 보안의 중요성은 강조되고 있다. 데이터베이스에 접근하는 사용자는 공통된 등급을 갖고 있지 않고, 다양한 등급을 갖고 데이터베이스에 접근하게 된다. 데이터베이스도 하나의 고정된 등급이 아닌 각 정보의 중요성에 따라 다양한 등급을 갖고 있다. 이러한 다중등급을 가지고 있는 데이터베이스와 사용자간에 상위등급의 사용자가 사용하고 접근하는 상위등급 데이터가 하위등급의 사용자가 사용하고 접근하는 하위등급 데이터로 유입된다면 정보의 유출과 데이터의 무결성(integrity)이 깨지게 되어 데이터베이스뿐만 아니라 시스템 전체의 보안도 위협받게 된다. 본 연구에서는 대량의 데이터베이스 환경에서 다양한 보안등급을 가지고 있는 사용자가 다양한 등급을 가지고 있는 대용량 데이터베이스에 접근할 때 이를 강제적 접근제어(MAC: Mandatory Access Control)와 역할기반 접근제어(RBAC: Role-Based Access Control) 그래프를 이용해 관리자가 이를 효과적으로 관리하고, 사용자 보안등급에 따른 접근을 제어하며 상위등급의 데이터가 하위등급으로 유출되지 않도록 이를 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제시하는데 중점을 두었다.
