Bi계 산화물 초전도체 2212상에 있어서 Bi 자리에 Ge 치환에 따른 초전도 특성

고상반응법(solid-state reaction)으로 산화물 초전도체 Bi_2-xGe_xSr_2CaCu_2O_8+8(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5)을 제조하여 치환에 따른 산소량의 변화가 초전도 특성에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. 이차 가압(intermediate press) 방법으로 제조한 시편은 온도 폭 △K(온도 임계온도 T_c^on과 영저항 임계온도 T_c^zero와의 차)가 상당히 감소함을 알았으며 80 K 단일상 고용한계는 Ge 치환량이 x<- 0.3영역임을 알았다. 고용한계 영역 내에서 Ge 치환량 x의 증가에 따라 격자상수 c가 감소함을 보였으며, 온셋 임계온도 T_c^on은 증가하였고, 과잉(여분) 샨소량은 감소함을 보였다. Samples with the nominal composition, Bi_2-xGe_xSr_2CaCu_2O_8+8(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. We have studied the effect of substitution Ge for Bi and investigated the superconducting properties by changing oxygen content with Ge substitution. It was found that temperature difference, △K, between T_c^on and T_c^zero was considerably smaller in the samples prepared by the intermediate pressing method than that in the samples by the solid-state reaction method. We found the solubility limit of Ge to the 80 K single phase, the onset critical temperature T_c^on increased and excess oxygen content decreased with increase of x.

Feather waste, generated in large quantities as a byproduct of commercial poultry processing, is almost pure keratin, which is not easily degradable by common proteolytic enzymes. Several feather-degrading bacterial isolates were isolated from feather waste and soil. These isolates were able to degrade chicken feather, when grown on basal medium containing 1.0% native feather as a source of energy, carbon, and nitrogen. The isolates were characterized according to morphological characteristics and biochemical tests, and Vitek and API kit system. belonging to the Acinetobacter calcoaceticus complex, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus circulans, Bacillus cereus. It was observed that aerobic growth by the isolate on single whole chicken feather, resulted in complete degradation of the keratin protein after 5-6 days of incubation at 37℃. The production of protein by the organism was decreased with cultivation time, with the maximum activity coinciding with the start of the stationary phase. The kerationolytic activity increased with cultivation time.

This article describes (1) 2 and 3 dimensional electromagnetic finite element models for an active heteropolar radial magnetic bearing, (2) the procedure for obtaining the bearing stiffnesses by simulating the models and (3) the reviews of the models by comparing an experimental test to the ideal closed loop analysis with the stiffnesses calculated from(2). The 3 dimensional model for the magnetic bearing may be very effectively applied to several types of magnetic bearings.

In this study, a new type of electrode device is implemented to measure the capacitance energy and interpret it as the ECG (Electrocardiogram) data. The main idea of this new electrode system is to estimate the capacitance on the skin by assembling a capacitive-coupled circuits and translate into the ECG signal. To measure the coupling energy and estimate the aquired data in terms of heart activity, the capacitive-coupled electrode is garmented with fabrics in the form of a chest band or a vest jacket. To compare the ECG data from the capacitive-coupled electrode with the conventional electrode(Ag-AgCl) system, the corelation coefficient between two signals is computed as 0.9517. Thus, we can conclude the fact that capacitive-coupled electrode system can measure a person"s heart activity without any contact to his or her skin and can the interpreted as the ECG data

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>Electrical dyssynchrony (ED) is one of the important contributing mechanisms in the progression of heart failure. We hypothesized that ED would interfere with cardiac reverse remodeling and affect prognosis after aortic valve surgery.</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>A total of 411 consecutive patients (233 males, mean age 65±11 years) who underwent aortic valve surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to the presence of ED [Group 1: no ED (<I>n</I> =382, 93%), Group 2: ED (<I>n</I> =29, 7%)]. ED was defined as either left ventricular bundle branch block, or electrical pacing rhythm. Cardiac reverse remodeling was assessed at 1 year after surgery by the changes in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), LV end-systolic volume (LVESV), and left atrial volume index (LAVI). The primary endpoint was a composite of hospitalization for heart failure, and all-cause mortality.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>At 1 year after surgery, group 2 showed lower LVEF (58±15% vs. 64±9%, <I>p</I> =0.044), and higher LAVI (42±18ml/m<SUP>2</SUP> vs. 33±13ml/m<SUP>2</SUP>, <I>p</I> =0.018) than group 1. However, LVESV values (55±38ml vs. 42±24ml, <I>p</I> =0.076) were not significantly different. In particular, in patients with reduced preoperative LVEF, the LVEF was markedly increased in group 1 but not in group 2 after 1 year. During a median follow-up of 39 months, group 2 showed a worse clinical outcome than group 1 (20.7% vs. 7.6%, <I>p</I> =0.031). After adjusting for confounding factors in the multivariate analyses, age [hazard ratio (HR) 1.11, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.06–1.16, <I>p</I> <0.001] and the presence of ED (HR 2.43, 95% CI 1.01–5.89, <I>p</I> =0.046) were found to be independent predictors of clinical outcomes.</P> <P><B>Conclusions</B></P> <P>ED after aortic valve surgery negatively affected cardiac remodeling and prognosis.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Electrical dyssynchrony (ED) was associated with left ventricular (LV) remodeling. </LI> <LI> ED after aortic valve replacement (AVR) was associated with LV diastolic dysfunction. </LI> <LI> ED after AVR was linked to clinical adverse events. </LI> </UL> </P>
실린더 페라이트 코어를 사용한 무접점 전력 변환 시스템

Connectorless power transmission and supply are the power transfer device revealed by resonant inverter or transformer using inductant device. Recently, on power supply have been going on freqently, so several power supply circuit forms are announced. But Compared with the circuit of previous paper, instead of the circuit composed of a simple sylinder Ferrit, I was manufacture in a sylinder that It was a double overlab to a sylinder and I was fonowed a double flux in inner flux path. Above all, for practicalization, supply circuit operation character analysis and development of controller should be preceded. According to this paper, power transmission and supply analyze characters and design control circuit like the analysis of general resonant inverter for power transmission. They compose the circuit to get sinusoid wave output voltage using pulse width modulation control mode. For Supply, output wave form through power track and power pick-up of magnetic inductance includes ripper component. So I intend to design the controller including filter and regulator, compare analyze theoretical result with real measurement value and then show you their practicality.
