      • 임신 40주와 출산 후 6주에 있는 20대 임산부 보행의 역학적 특성 비교

        본 연구는 임신 40주와 출산후 6주간에 있는 임산부의 보행 동작의 특정을 규명함으로써 이와 관련된 연구자들에게 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 임신 4주에 있는 임산부를 대상으로 1차 실험을 실시하였으며 동일한 대상자를 출산후 6주에 2차로 실험하여 자료를 수집하였다. 디지타이징 시 오차를 최소화하고 인체관절점의 분별을 위해 21개의 반사마커를 부착하였다. 10m의 보행주로를 걷는 동안 두 대의 비디오카메라를 이용하여60Hz로 자료를 수집하였으며 동시에 100Hz 지면반력자료를 수집하였다.수집되어진 자료는 DLT 방법을 사용하여 분석하였으며 이의 분석에 Kwon3d 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 임신 40주와 출산 후 6주의 보행 시 지지시간과 스윙시간의 비율이 다르게 나타났으며 보폭과 보간, 활보장은 임신 40주에서 더 큰 값을 보였다. 상체 전경각 역시 임신 40주에서 더 큰 값을 보였다. 힙관절, 무릎관절, 발목관절각도는 S1이 출산후 6주에서 큰 값을 보인반면 S2는 출산전후에 큰 변화를 보이지 않다. 2. 상하지면반력의 경우 FP1과 FP2는 임신 40주보다는 출산 6주에서 큰값을 보였지만 FP3는 임신 40주에서 보다 큰값을 보이고 있었다. 전후지면반력의 경우 출산전과 후 모두 Fy2에서 보다 큰 값을 보이고 있었다. This Study was to investigate kinematical characteristic comparison of the gait pregnant 40weeks and after delivery 6weeks 20´s women and provide the basic data. To accomplish this study, in the first, carry out an experiment with the pregnant women in the pregnant 40weeks on the videotape, and than the second, make an experiment with the kinematic data. Kinematic data were filtered with a low-pass, fourth-order Butterworth filter with an effective cut off frequency of 6Hz. The conclusions were drawn as follows; 1. Floor contact Periods(stance and swing rate) were differed from before and after the delivery and a pregnant 40 weeks was greater than after delivery 6 weeks in the step, width, stride. Also, a pregnant 40 weeks was greater than after delivery 6 weeks in the front angular. And the other angular components were represented similar pattern. 2. In the vertical load, delivery 6 weeks was grater than a pregnant 40 weeks in the FP1(first peak) and FP2(valley). And FP3(second peak)was represent that a pregnant 40 weeks was greater than delivery 6 weeks. Also, in the horizontal shear, Fy2(progressional force)was greater than Fy1(breaking force) about time of the delivery.

      • Trioctylamine에 의한 유기산의 추출

        For elucidation of various parameter's effect on the reactive extraction of organic acidstrioctylamine(TOA)-diluents system, the association model, equilibrium constants and extraction factors(loading) were investigated . The organic acids rosed were propionic. succinic, masonic, and benzoic acid. Extractant was tertiary amine, TOA and diluents were butylaeohol, hexane, and benzene. It was concluded that the loading of monobasic acid of propionic acid were higher than that of dibasic acids of oxalic, and malonic acid with extranctant TOA. In the extraction of monobasic acid the extraction factor was not affected by the initial concentration of extractant amine, but in the extraction of dibasic acids the extraction factor was getting better with decreasing the initial concentration of amine. There was a strong effect of diluents upon the extractien factor, and the order of these factor was as shown below: xylene<Benzene<butylalcohol<choloroform<methylisobutylketone.

      • 도시하천의 환경 친화적 개선방안에 관한 조사연구

        The three main steams flowing through Taejon have some serious problems to be solved or improved. They are : First, the uniform cross section of the rivers should be changed. Second, the extension of the riverside road should be reconsidered. Third. the neighborhood parks on the flood plain should be modified. Fourth, the flood plain parking place must not be constructed. Fifth, the ecosystem will be destroyed by the structure constructed along the rivers. In this study, we suggest that the investment and research on the development of the new technology for the setting the rivers in natural condition should be needed now and the continuous investigation and long-term plan to preserve the ecosystem of the rivers should be required. The environmental conditions of Taejon-stream, Yudung-stream and Kap-stream are indicators of the standard of living of the citizens in Taejon. Now is the time to reconsider the careless construction around the rivers and to prepare the long-term plan for the protection of the ecosystem and natural environment.

      • 플라스틱의 열분해 및 촉매분해 특성연구

        Themal and catalytic pyrolysis of plastics have been carried out. The thermogravimatric analyzer(TGA) and batch type laboratory scale catalytic reactor were used as experimental rigs. Pure or waste plastic samples(HDPE, PP,PS, ABS), collected from domestic industry were used for the experiment. The powder of silica alumina(50g) was used as catalyst for pyrolysis. The experimental results showed that the decomposition temperature was increased with an increase of heating rate, because of time lag associated with heating of plastic samples. It was also found that the maximum decomposition rate and decomposition temperature of HDPE are much higher than those of other samples.

        필름 가공 공정에서의 이상 감지 및 진단

        최근 고분자 산업 시장의 세계화가 이뤄지면서, 필름 및 시트를 보다 높은 품질로 생산하고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생산성을 떨어뜨리는 인자를 신속히 찾아내고 불량의 원인을 진단하는 필름공정용 다변량 통계 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 주성분 분석법을 기반으로 하는 품질 향상 방법으로, 공정 변수간의 상관관계를 고려하여 데이터를 압축한다. 제안한 방법을 필름 가공 공정의 현장 데이터에 적용하여, 거대한 데이터를 용도별로 나누어 그룹화하였다. 그리고 유체의 체류시간에 해당하는 데이터를 모델에 투영하여, 품질 불량이 나타나기 전 공정에서 이상이 생긴 것을 발견할 수 있었으며, 이 공정에서 고분자의 누수 현상이 있었음을 확인하였다. The fierce competition in the polymer film and sheet market requires the industry to satisfy much higher product quality specifications. This paper proposes a monitoring and diagnosis method based on multivariate statistical techniques which help us reduce the amount of off-spec product. The method has been applied to an industrial web forming plant and has proven that process faults such as the leak of polymer fluid can be early detected before it is developed into the production of bad quality product.

      • 고위험군의 원발성 전신성 유전분증 1례 보고 및 조혈모세포이식에 대한 문헌고찰

        저자 등은 클론성 형질세포질환과 동반된 젊은 연령의 원발성 전신성 유전분증 환자를 진단하였기에 다발성 골수종과의 감별 진단, 치료 , 예후 및 고용량 항암화학요법과 조혈모세포이식에 관하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Primary systemic amyloidosis (AL) is a rapidly fatal disorder related to plasma cell dyscrasia. Conventional dose of melphalan, which prolongs the duration of survival by about 10 months, does not improve the functions of impaired organs in most cases. The high dose chemotherapy followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell rescue for AL, in spite of its high treatment-related mortality, is a new approach to achieve high response rate and better survival. We experienced a 35-year old man with AL(involving heart, liver, stomach, kidneys, peripheral nerve, and rectum) who did not respond to the standard schedule of melphalan plus prednisone and had rapidly fatal course with organ failure. Hence, we evaluate its availability by reviewing the recent reports of high dose chemotherapy in AL.

        In this paper, we propose the development of an integrated intelligent parking control system using a 360° camera that has overcome the shortcomings of the existing parking control system. The system proposed in this paper consists of six items as follows. First, license plate recognition software when entering the vehicle, second, real-time parking space identification software using 360° image, third, real-time precision parking guidance software based on deep learning vehicle motion recognition, fourth, multi-license-plate recognition software using 360° image, fifth, real-time parking position identification software using 360° image, sixth, database server etc. Performance evaluation results were high in both recognition rate and time spent, and efficiency was confirmed.

        The diagnostic effi cacy and safety of endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration as an initial diagnostic tool

        Background/Aims: Real-time, convex probe endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) is used for the staging of malignant mediastinal lymph nodes. We evaluated the diagnostic effi cacy and safety of EBUS-TBNA when used as an initial diagnostic tool. Methods: We retrospectively studied 56 patients who underwent EBUS-TBNA as an initial diagnostic tool between August 2010 and December 2011. Procedure purpose were classified into four categories: 1) intrathoracic masses adjacent to the central airway; 2) enlarged lymph nodes for concurrent diagnosis and staging in suspected malignancy; 3) enlarged lymph nodes in suspected malignancy cases with inability to perform percutaneous core needle biopsy (PCNB); and 4) solely mediastinal masses/lymph nodes in lieu of mediastinoscopy. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of EBUS-TBNA regardless of procedure purpose was calculated to be 83.9%. Furthermore, the diagnostic accuracy of malignant disease was significantly higher than benign disease (93.9% vs. 70.6%, p < 0.001). The diagnostic accuracy of EBUS-TBNA for each disease is as follows: tuberculosis, 50%; sarcoidosis, 60%; aspergillosis, 100%; lung abscess, 100%; lung cancer, 93%; and lymphoma, 100%. There were minor complications in seven patients during the EBUS-TBNA procedure. The complications included mild hypoxia and bleeding. Conclusions: In conclusion, EBUS-TBNA is a useful initial diagnostic tool for both benign and malignant diseases. EBUS-TBAN is also a very safe procedure and less invasive compared to mediastinoscopy or PCNB.
