      • 위성영상 기반 밭 가뭄 평가 기법 및 지표 개발

        국내 논 가뭄대응능력의 경우 저수지 약 17,000개소 양수장 7,620개소 등 농업수리시설물에서 농업용수를 공급받고 있으나, 밭 가뭄대응능력의 경우 농업수리시설물 등에서 용수를 공급받는 관개전은 132,000 ha로 전국 밭 면적의 17.6% 수준에 그쳐 가뭄 대비 및 대응 능력이 부족한 실정이다. 농업수리시설물에서 용수공급을 받지 못하는 비 관개전의 경우 자연강우에 대부분의 용수공급을 의존하고 있으며, 이로 인해 장기간 가뭄 발생 시 극심한 피해가 발생한다. 또한, 국내 논·밭 면적대비 밭작물 면적 비율은 2009년 38.9%에서 2022년 49.3%로 증가하는 추세로 밭 가뭄에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 현재 농림축산식품부, 환경부, 기상청 등 다양한 기관에서 가뭄정보를 제공하고 있으나, 제공되는 정보가 저수지에 한정되거나 작물의 특성과 실제 재배기간을 고려한 가뭄 분석은 이루어지지 않아 밭 가뭄 대응에 한계가 발생한다. 농촌진흥청에서 운영하는 토양수분관측망의 경우 농업기상대, 지역별 시군센터, 시험포장 설치 및 복토한 교란 토양으로 실제 현장과 불일치가 다수 나타나 현장과의 괴리감이 나타나는 문제점이 있다. 미국가뭄모니터 (United States Drought Monitor, USDM)에서는 식생지수, 토양수분, 증발산량, 돌발가뭄 등 다양한 위성영상 기반의 가뭄 지수 및 모니터링 시스템이 존재하지만, 국내의 경우 위성기반 가뭄 모니터링 시스템이 전무한 실정이다. 증발산량을 활용한 위성영상 기반 가뭄지수인 증발스트레스지수 (Evaporative Stress Index, ESI)는 기존에 활용되고 있는 가뭄지수들과 비교하여 식생의 가뭄모니터링에 활용되고 있으며, 원격으로 감지된 열적외선 영상 및 지표면 온도 기반 초기 가뭄 스트레스를 전달할 수 있기 때문에 일반적인 기상학적 가뭄지수보다 가뭄 조기경보에 대한 활용성이 높은 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 위성영상 기반의 증발산량, 식생지수, 토양수분, 지표면온도 등 밭 가뭄 평가 인자를 선정하고 밭 가뭄 모니터링을 위한 평가 기법 및 지표를 개발하고자 한다.

        우리나라 파프리카 수출단지 및 선과장의 병해충 조사

        The disease and insect were surveyed locally in greenhouse, fruit packing house and store house of 51 farms in 13 towns having purpose of paprika exportation. By analysis, various disease and insect were not only founded locally but more ones detected in farms having old facilities and no natural enemy. We found 15 pathogens such as Fusarium spp., Alternaria solani, Leveilluila taurica, PepMV (Pepino mosaic virus) and TMV (Tobacco mosaic virus) in greenhouse, Fusarium spp. in fruit packing house and Penicillium spp. in store house. We found 15 insects in greenhouse such as Bemisia tabaci, rialeurodes vaporariorum and Myzus persicae in greenhouse, Hylobitelus haroldi in fruit packing house. However, the problem quarantine disease and insect for importation and exportation were not detected in inspection time.

        Modern hotels have grown bigger in those sizes and have made a high class in those facilities in the social, economic changes recently. Hotel management is given much more weigh food & beverage sale than room service department. accouding to situation, the sucess or failure of F & B business is determined by kind service of employees, food qualty, and atmosphere which gives consideration of customer preference, good facilities for coffee shop as well as by the accurate market analysis and positive activity of sales promotion. Therefore, the result of this study is as following ; 1. In the menu planning, it is required that are rational menu management, good location, and good facilities management. 2. In the menu pricing, it is considered that are customer' needs, sales cost, and competition of hotel. 3. In the menu pricing, it is required that are customer's orieted menu development and profit.

      • 철근 또는 강판을 이용한 철근콘크리트 전단벽의 휨성능개선에 관한 실험연구

        The purpose of this paper is to study retrofit methods for improving the flexural capacity of RC shear wall. Four RC shear wall specimens are designed and strengthened by using reinforcement or steel plate. Cyclic loads are applied to the specimen under constant axial force. Test result shows that the strength and ductility of specimen is improved when it is strengthened using reinforcement or steel plate. The specimen retrofitted by using steel plate shows high ductility. However the strength contribution of one is not much. It is shown that the most effective method is both to install the additional flexural reinforcement and to confine the ends of wall.

        Most hotel managers focus on food and beverage management avoiding centralizang on the room department. Since the food and beverage sales of hotel as well as food service industry grow in the meaning market volumn,research of sales promotion is processing. In the management of food and beverage management, kitchen facility is main part of cause to the costs,accordingly, cutting off costs in the Kitchen must precede kitchen planning. This study shows the necessity of kitchen planning by analysis of kitchen area and equipment's layout. So the result of study are as follow. 1. In the planning hotel, the specitified kitchen planning should be established. kitchen planning needs stecitification and balance with whole building in the hotel. Especially, it is desirable to be perform after the sufficient communication among the hotel manager,architector,and employees in the kitchen. 2. Both the planning of chooing the kitchen equipments and equipment's layout should be effectively established. Because the kitchen has many dangerous factors such a broilers, ovens and facility. Consequently, through the improvement of work productively and save of costs, effective kitchen planning should result in the promotion of profits in the hotel food and beverage management.

      • 기능범주 AgrP에 관한 연구

        In recent literatures there has been a debate over whether the INFL should be spilt up into TenseP and AgrP (resolving the doble- headedness of INFL) in order to explain the word order differences in two languages in terms of general universal grammar. Under the Chomskian’s minimalist syntax, Chomsky (1991, 1993, 1995) regards AgrP as an independent maximal projection. This paper aims to explain the motivation of positing AgrP and the function of AgrP and then to show the reason AgrP must be deleted under the Attract-F by Chomsky(1995), and then to analyse strength and weakness by substituting a light verb v after deleting Agr.

        천궁의 GABAА-Benzodiazepine 수용체 복합체와의 상호작용

        요약천궁(Cnidium Officinale)는 미나리과 다년생초본식물로서 대뇌 억제 및 진정 작용이 있다는 여러 문헌 등을 참고하여 볼 때 천궁은 항불안작용을 나타낼 가능성이 시사되었다. 이에 본 연구는 천궁을 사용하여 실험 동물에서 천궁의 항불안 작용을 검색하고 그 작용기전의 일부를 밝히고자 천궁을 극성 및 비극성 용매로 추출하여 분획을 만들고 이들 분획의 GABA-benzodiazepine 수용체 복합체 결합반응에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 하였다. 실험 결과 천궁 표준추출물 경구투여는 생쥐의 elevated plus maze 검사에서 그 효과는 diazepam 1 mg/kg 투여 후 실시한 elevated plus maze 검사 결과보다 낮았으나, 개방통로에로의 진입회수 및 개방통로에서의 체류시간을 증가시킴으로써 불안해소작용을 나타내었다. 또 천궁의 표준추출물은 benzodiazepine 수용체 길항제인 [3H]Ro15-1788 결합을 억제함으로써 수용체 활성물질의 존재 가능성이 관찰되었다. 이러한 행동검사상의 불안해소작용 및 benzodiazepine 수용체 활성도를 나타내는 구성성분을 추적하고자 천궁의 표준추출물의 분획화를 실시하였는데, 이를 통하여 얻은 각 분획들을 사용하여 수용체 활성도를 검색한 결과, 모든 분획에서 활성도를 나타내었으나 그 중 chloroform분획의 활성도가 crude한 추출물인 methanol 추출물이나 다른분획에 비하여 가장 높은 활성도를 나타냄을 관찰하였다.천궁의 chloroform분획은 [3H]flunitrazepam의 흰쥐대뇌피질조직에 있는 benzodiazepine 수용체에 대한 결합반응을 억제시켰으며, 이러한 억제도는 GABA 및 chloride 존재에 의해 더욱 항진되는 positive GABA shift 현상이 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, 천궁의 chloroform분획내에는 benzodiazepine 수용체에 대해 효현제 활성을 지니는 물질이 있음을 추측할 수 있으며, 이는 천궁의 항불안작용의 중요한 한 기전으로 생각된다. C. Officinale is a medicinal plant which has been known to have anxiolytic and sedative activity. A survey of the relevant literature has indicated that the putative anxiolytic activity of C. Officinale has not been scientifically investigated. Therefore, the present study was designed to assess anxiolytic property and interaction with benzodiazepine receptor of C. Officinale. The putative anxiolytic activity of methanol extract of C. Officinale was performed in mice using an elevated plus maze paradigm. Chronic oral administration of C. Officinale showed anxiolytic action in mice. The interaction of C. Officinale with benzodiazepine receptor was investigated using rat cortices. Methanol extract of C. Officinale inhibited the binding of [3H] Ro 15-1788, a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices. Chlorform fraction of methanol extract showed higher binding activity to benzodiazepine receptor than crude extract by methanol. GABA significantly enhanced the potency of C. Officinale in inhibiting [3H] flunitrazepam, a selective benzodiazepine receptor agonist, binding to benzodiazepine receptor. From these findings, it can be concluded that substance or substances with neurochemical properties characteristic of a benzodiazepine receptor agonist may contribute to the anxiolytic property of C. Officinale.

      • 플라이애쉬와 머드를 대체 혼입한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to inverstigate the influence of proportioning methods of fly ash and mud on the workability and the engineering properties of concrete. The main part of this experiment is the comparison and analysis of the basic properties of the concrete replaced and mixed with fly ash and mud. The test items are compressive strength and non-destructive test in hardened concrete, also slump, flow, air contents and mixing temperature in fresh concrete according to W/c, replacement ratio of fly ash and mud. The test results are as follows ; 1) As the increase of replacement ratio of fly ash and mud, the workability of concrete is decrease as compared with the plain concrete. 2) As the increase of replacement ratio of fly ash and mud, the compressive strength of concrete is increase as compared with the plain concrete and the non-destructive test results of concrete are better than the plain concrete.

      • Clozapine이 백서의 Schedule-Induced Polydipsia에 미치는 영향

        Object : This study was designed to evaluate the effects of clozapine which is one of most useful atypical antipsychotics in the schedule-induced polydipsic rat which is an animal model of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods : Spraque-Dawley rats were placed in automatic cage where a pellet dispenser automatically dispensed 90mg pellets on a fixed-time 60 seconds(FT- 60s) feeding schedule over 150-minute test session for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of daily exposure to the FT-60s feeding schedule, experimental rats met a predetermined criterion for polydipsic behavior(greater than 3 times of water per session on average). Rats were stratified into clozapine(0.34mg/kg,i.p.), clozapine(14.63mg/kg,i.p.), clomlpramine(5mg/kg,i .p.), and vehicle (1cc/kg,i.p.) group and treated with each drugs for 3 weeks. To identify the non-polydipsic food-deprived rats, a separate group of rats(N=8) were individually housed and given a single bolus(14.5gm) of food per day which maintained them at their average body weight. Results : The results were as follows ; 1)After 4 weeks of scheduled feeding procedure, the experimental group showed significant differences than bolus control in the amount of water consumption as compared with their baseline of water intakes for 4 weeks. At the same periods, there were no differences between the experimental group and bolus control in the borty weight. 2)The clomipramine group, the clozapine 0.34mg group and the clozapine 14.63mg group showed significant decrease in the amount of water intake for at 2nd & 3rd week of drug treatment as compared with their baseline of polydipsic water intakes. But, the vehicle control group showed no changes of amounts of water intake for 3 weeks of treatment as compared with their baseline of polydipsic water intakes. Conclusion : Above findings suggest that the fixed time feeding Procedure for Schedule induced polydipsia as an animal model of obsessive compulsive disorder was effective to the evaluation of pharmacological challenge study. In clinical situation, the authors suggest that atypical antipsychotic drugs which act as serotonin and dopamine receptor antagonist may be helpful to improve the symptoms of the patients with treatment refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.
