      • RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)법을 이용한 한약재의 판별 연구

        Conventionally, identification and classification methods of natural products include the morphological survey and assay of chemical disposition. Using these methods, however, is not satisfying for the precise identification of natural products because they are often variable in the compositions, genomic DNA analysis such as RAPD, RFLP and Amp-FLP can be adopted for this purpose. In this study, various ginsengs and bear gall bladder were tested for the development of genetic identification and classification method. Varieties of ginsengs such as, P. ginseng, P. quinquefolium, P. japonicus and P. notohinseng, were genetically analyzed by RAPD. Also, DNA isolated form Bear blood and gall bladder, Ursus thibetanus, Ursus americanus and Ursus arctors, were analyzed by the same method. The results demonstrated that the identification and classification of bear gall bladder and various ginsengs were possible by RAPD analysis. Therefore, this method was thought to be used as a additional method for the identification of other natural products.

      • 로봇 포도수확기를 위한 엔드이펙터 개발

        Most of fruits need laboring greatly to harvest fruit in the period of harvest season. Grape also needs requiring a lot of labor to harvest in time, since harvesting of grape is cut and graped by hand. At abroad, especially, a harvester of grape, which is not eat freshly raw grape fruit but is processed to be made wine, was developed in France. However, a harvester of grape which can eat freshly raw grape fruit haven't not been developed. Therefore, this study was designed and constructed to develope an end effector of the robotic harvesting system. In order to find average and standard deviation of size and shape of a bunch grape, the grape farm was visited and investigated to find out the important factors for end effector to be designed and built. The efficient end-effecter should reach very well a bunch of grape without touching obstacles, such as leaf and stem in the grape vine. Also, it was made as simple, small and light as possible. Therefore, It was made of duralumin, which was lighter material than iron, to reach easily fresh grape fruit and reduce a torque. After finding the optimum initial speed, slew speed, ramp speed, the end effector proved to be a smooth operating end effector. For verifying efficiency of the end-effecter, the control board was designed and manufactured, and also developed the software to control the motors of the end effector.

      • 다동온실의 복합환경 제어시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 개발

        A hybrid environmental control system was designed and built in the multi-greenhouses. After the hardware system was developed, the software was designed and constructed for this project. A software was adequate for reading data from many sensors and operating side windows, top windows, curtains and fans in the two greenhouses. Separate programs for control of the hardware, written Visual basic, Turbo-C and Assembler computer language, were developed to make the hybrid environmental control system operate. The program was a menu driven program within Windows environment. The initial menu was easily implemented by pressing a keypad key(KPK) on the keyboard or a mouse. Continued manipulation of the KPK or a mouse enable the user to reach easily any of the sub modes in the many modes. This software proved to be a reliable program for the hybrid environmental control system in the two greenhouse.

        대(對)테러리즘 분야 연구경향분석

        현재 테러리즘에 대한 다양한 접근과 연구가 국가기관 및 학계 등에서 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 경찰청에서 1991년부터 2014년까지 발간한 대테러연구의 학문적 연구경향을 언어네트워크방법론(semantic network analysis)으로 분석하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 공통적으로 빈도가 높은 주제어로는 "테러", "테러리즘", "대응", "대테러" 등이 있다. 둘째, 1991년부터 2000년까지는 "인질", "인질협상", "북한", "국제테러" 등이 빈번하게 등장하였고, 2001년부터 2014년까지는 "연구", "9ㆍ11", "미국", "경찰" 등이 자주 사용되었다. 셋째, 연도별 차이점을 살펴보면, 1991-1995년까지는 "북한", "마약"이 빈번하게 언급되었고, 1996-2000년에는 "김정일", "중동"이 자주 사용되었으며, 2001-2005년까지는 "9ㆍ11", "미국", "사이버테러"가 빈번하게 사용되었다. 마지막으로 2006-2104년에는 "연구", "인질", "경찰"이 자주 등장하였다. 이러한 연구경향분석 결과를 종합해 보면, 테러리즘에 대처하기 위한 전략과 정책 등에 관한 주제가 많았고, 2001년 이후에는 9ㆍ11이 주요 화두로 등장하였으며, 2000년대 중반부터는 대(對)테러리즘과 관련한 경찰의 대응전략이 주제로 빈번하게 사용되었다. International terrorism has been changed from past terrorism in terms of the whole situation of terror since 1995. Hence, there have been various research related to terrorism since then. In the point of issue, this study analyzed research trends of the Counter Terrorism Research of the National Police Agency between 1991 and 2014 by using semantic network analysis. We found some significant results from the analyses. To sum up, first, the most commonly used key words were "terror", "terrorism", "response", and "counter terror", etc. Second, between 1991 and 2000, "hostage", "hostage negotiation", "North Korea", and "international terror" were often addressed. After 9ㆍ11, "research", "9ㆍ11", "U.S.A.", and "police" were used a number of times between 2001 and 2014. Third, looking at the differences by the year, "North Korea" and "drug" were frequently addressed between 1991 and 1995, and "Jung-Il Kim" and "Middle East" were used between 1996 and 2000. After that, "9ㆍ11", "U.S.A.", and "cyber terror" were frequently addressed between 2001 and 2005, and "research", "hostage", and "police" were consistently used between 2006 and 2014. In conclusion, the main subjects were the strategies and policies for response to terror, and 9ㆍ11 terror has been used as the key subject since 2001. In addition, the responses of police agency related to counter terrorism have been consistently addressed since the middle of 2000.

        남북한 통일 관련 이슈에 대한 언어네트워크 분석

        현재 남·북한의 통일문제와 관련하여 다양한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 시점에 통일연구원에서 발간한 통일정책연구에 발표된 학술논문의 연구경향을 분석하기 위해 언어네트워크방법론(semantic network analysis)을 이용하였다. 분석결과를 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공통적으로 빈도가 높은 주제어는 “북한”, “중국”, “통일”, “전망”, “정책” 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 1990년대 초반부터 중반까지 “남북한”, “관계개선”이라는 주제어가 빈번하게 등장하였다. 그러다가 1990년대 중후반부터 2000년대 초반까지 “통일”, “전망”, “변화”라는 주제어가 상당히 자주 언급되었다. 셋째, 2000년대 중반까지 “대북정책”, “변화”, “주한미군”이라는 주제어가 나타났다. 넷째, 2000년대 중후반부터 2012년까지 “정부”, “북한이탈주민”이라는 주제어가 등장하였고, 2013년 이후부터 “김정은”, “체제”, “경제”, “개발협력”이라는 주제어가 나타났다. The research related to the Korean Peninsula unification are actively carried out in these days. At this point, we analysed Unification Policy Studies of Korean Institute for National Unification to study on the research trends of unification policies. We used semantic network analysis for doing this work. We found some meaningful results from the analysis. Above all, the most frequently used key words in common were “North Korea”, “China”, “Unification”, “prospect”, and “policy”, etc. Second, “South-North Korea” and “resolution in relationship” were frequently appeared until the middle of 1990s. After then, “unification”, “prospect”, and “change” were often addressed from the middle of 1990s to the beginning of 2000. Third, “Policy toward North Korea”, “change”, “US armed forces in Korea” were appeared until the middle of 2000. Forth, “government” and “North Korean refugees” were addressed from the middle of 2000 to 2012. After then, “Jung-eun Kim”, “political system”, and “economic cooperation and development” have been frequently used since 2013.

        H9c2 심근 세포주에서 외인성 nitric oxide가 허혈에 의한 세포 독성에 미치는 영향

        Background: Nitric oxide(NO) is known to have protective effects on an ischemic heart and to exert triggering effects on ischemic preconditioning. However, the effects of NO during the ischemic period have not been investigated. To investigate the role of exogenous nitric oxide in a model of ischemic heart cell death, we studied the effects of ischemic preconditioning and ischemia in a normal and an ischemic buffer. Methods: Rat cardiac myoblast cells(H9c2) were cultured in a normal and an ischemic buffered medium. For the ischemic culture of heart cells, the cells were cultured in a dessicator with GasPak for 5 hrs. In ischemic preconditioning, the cells were pretreated with ischemic buffer for 5 min and then perfused with normal medium for 30 min. For the measurement of the cytotoxicity, a MTT(3-4-Sdimethylthiazol-2-yl-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay was performed. A DAPI(4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride) staining procedure and a flow cytometry analysis were performed to confirm apoptotic cell death by ischemia. Results: Cell viability, as determined by using a MTT assay, showed that the preconditioned group treated with NO showed more cell death than with the not-preconditioned groups in both normal and ischemic buffers. But, In normal medium and not-preconditioned groups, NO showed protective effect according to the concentrations(100,1000μM) . No treatment with NO produced the different results. In normal medium, the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning was demonstrated, but no protective effect of ischemic preconditioning could be seen in the case of the ischemic buffer. The DAPI staining and flow cytometry analysis of heart cells showed characteristic apoptotic features. Conclusion: NO added in the ischemic phase had deterious effects on heart cells. Ischemic preconditioning was more harmful than ischemia alone. The toxicity of the cells was characteristic apoptosis.
