To inrestigate the biochemical characteristics of continuous cropping soil Planted tomato plant, chemical properties, the types of humus, microorganisms'phases, and enzymes activities are examined and the results are summarized as fellows. 1) The chemical properties of the sample soil did not correspond with the continueuse cropping years. Maybe the sample soil is not suited for vegetables because the chemical properties of the soil were not good. 2) The content of humus did net have regular changes, either, But the content of humic acid was decreased with continuous cropping rearm. Fulvic acid was relatively increased with them. 3) Precipitation ratio (PQ) and FA/TC were increased with continuous cropping years, but HA/TC and the content of total carbon were decreased with them. 4) The number of bacteria, fungi, phytophthora, and prthium was increased with cropping years except actinomycetes and fusarium. 5) B/F ratio was decreased with cropping years, and it seemed that the sample soil was changed gradually into the fungi-type. 6) The activities of β-glucosidase, protease, and polygalacturonase were not shown the regular changes with cropping years.

Smartphone is differentiated from the conventional phones in that smartphone is more powerful in terms of mobility, embeddedness, and intelligence, which are the key features of ubiquitous computing devices. However, due to the dearth of the methods which evaluate to what extent a smartphone is really smart, measuring the performance or quality of smartphones based on ubiquitous computing perspective is still in its earlier stage. Relevant smartphone evaluation will be a guidepost which shows to what direction the smartphones should be developed. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a framework of evaluating smartphones based on ubiquitous computing perspective. Resource based view (RSV) is adopted to build the evaluation model. According to the RSV, smartability and level of smartness are introduced as smartphone capability, which is a moderator between smartphone resources and individual performance.
환원법에 의한 직접 메탄올 연료전지(DMFC)용 Pt-Bi/Carbon 전극제조

다양한 비율의 Pt와 Bi를 carbon black (Vulcan XC-72R)에 담지시킨 Pt-Bi/C 촉매를 환원법을 이용하여 합성하였다. Pt와 Bi의 전구체로는 염화백금산(H2PtCl6 ·xH2O)과 비스무스트리질산(Bi(NO3)3 ·5H2O) 수용액을 각각 사용하였으며, 금속을 carbon에 담지하기 전, 금속물질의 분산도를 높여주기 위해 열처리와 산처리를 수행한 carbon black을 사용하였다. XRD (X-ray Diffraction) 분석과 XPS (X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) 분석을 통하여 Pt-Bi/C 촉매 내에 Pt와 Bi가 소성 시키기 전에는 BiPt 혹은 Bi2Pt로 존재하지만 500 ℃에서 소성을 한 후에는 Pt 격자구조 안으로 Bi가 침투하여 alloy을 형성하는 것을 확인하였다. 합성한 전극의 메탄올 산화반응은 전기화학분석장치(Potentiostat; Princeton applied research, VSP)를 사용하여 0.5 M CH3OH와 0.5 M H2SO4의 혼합수용액에서 순환전압법(cyclic voltammetry, CV)을 이용해 측정하였다. 메탄올 산화에 대한 전기화학적 촉매 활성을 평가한 결과 적절한 양의 Bi를 첨가한 경우, 메탄올 산화반응에 대한 높은 촉매활성을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 메탄올 산화에 대한 활성은 전극과 전해질 사이의 안정성과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 정전압법(Chronoamperometry, CA)을 이용하여 전극의 안정성을 평가한 결과 메탄올 산화반응에 높은 활성을 나타내는 촉매일수록 전극의 안정성도 높은 것을 확인하였다. Pt-Bi/C catalysts supported on carbon black with various Pt/Bi ratios were synthesized by a reduction method. Chloroplatinic acid hydrate (H2PtCl6 ·xH2O) and bismuth (III) nitrate pentahydrate (Bi(NO3)3 ·5H2O) were used as precursors for Pt and Bi, respectively. Before loading metal on carbon, heat treatment and pretreatment of carbon black in an acidic solution was conducted to enhance the degree of dispersion. The physical property of the synthesized catalysts was investigated by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The XRD pattern of untreated Pt-Bi/C catalyst showed BiPt and Bi2Pt peaks in addition to Pt peaks. These results imply that Bi atoms were incorporated into the Pt crystal lattice by Pt-Bi alloy formation. The catalytic activity for methanol oxidation was measured using cyclic voltammetry in a mixture of 0.5 M H2SO4 and 0.5 M CH3OH aqueous solution. The addition of proper amount of Bi was found to significantly improve catalytic activity for methanol oxidation. The catalytic activity for methanol oxidation was closely related to the stability between electrode and electrolyte. In order to investigate the stability of catalysts, chronoamperometry analysis was carried out in the same solution at 0.6 V.
태권도장 서비스 공정성이 수련생 만족 및 재입관 의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 2011년 부산·경남지역 태권도 수련생 학부모를 대상으로 태권도장에서 수련생에게 제공하는 서비스에 대한 공정성이 수련생 만족 및 재입관 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 태권도장을 각 지역별로 안배하여 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 279명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도장에서 제공하는 서비스 공정성은 수련생의 만족도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 태권도장에서 제공하는 서비스 공정성은 수련생의 재입관 의도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 태권도를 수련하는 수련생의 만족도는 재입관 의도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 결론을 토대로 살펴보면 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성으로 구성되는 서비스 공정성은 수련생 만족을 통하여 재입관 의도를 강화하고 있으며, 수련생 만족은 서비스 공정성과 재입관 의도의 관계에 내재된 중요한 매개변인임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of service fairness provided to trainees by Taekwondo training centers on the trainees` satisfaction and re-enrollment intention for the parents of Taekwondo trainees in Busan & Kyungnam region in 2011. As for the study object, Taekwondo training centers were selected per region where random sampling method was used to collect data from 279 participants. As for the data processing, SPSS 15.0 program was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Through the above study result the following conclusion was obtained. First, the service fairness provided by Taekwondo training centers had statistically positive effects on the trainees` satisfaction. Second, the service fairness provided by Taekwondo training centers had statistically positive effects on the trainees` re-enrollment intention. Third, the satisfaction of trainees training Taekwondo had statistically positive effects on the re-enrollment intention. Based on the above conclusion, it was found that the service fairness that consists of allotment, procedure and interaction fairness is strengthening the re-enrollment intention through trainees` satisfaction, and that trainees` satisfaction is an important mediating variable inherent in the relation between service fairness and re-enrollment intention.
시설재배지 무경운 토양에서 녹비작물별 Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF) 감염양상과 포자밀도 특성

This work was studied the effects of spore density and infection of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) for no-tillage organic cultivation of pepper with wintering green manure crops cultivation in greenhouse field. Spore density of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in green manure crops was 189 spores/30g fresh soils in control including alive spore (82 spores). Spore density of AMF in all green manure crops was totally 196~226 spores/30g fresh soil and alive spore was 84~112 spores/30g fresh soil. Spore density of AMF in soils of Pepper crop was range of 48.0~56.7 spores/30g fresh soils after cultivation of green manure crops. Infec-tion structure of AMF was not significantly difference in soils of green manure crops and Pepper crop after cultivation of green manure crops. Infection rate of AMF in roots of green crops was low level by 2.8% in giant chickweed, 7.4% in rye, 9.3% in hairy vetch. Infection rate of AMF in roots of barley was the highest level by 20.3%. Infection rate of AMF in roots of Pepper crop was range of 5.2~7.2% after cultivation of green manure crops Also, infection rate of AMF in roots of Pepper crop was 8.1% after the harvest of barley. Infection structure of AMF in barley very well consisted of network with internal hyphae, while hairy vetch and rye tended to no network. There was not a significant relationship between spore density in soils and infection rate of AMF in rhizosphere of Pepper.
