The purpose of this article is to investigate the background and process of the forced mobilizalion of Koreans by Japanese imperialist, labour environment and the Japanese nation and enterprise's organized exploiting wages. In Korea, Japanese imperialist totally consumed manpower, materials and funds for the war which was provoked by Japan itself and contrary to morality. The number of labour compulsorily moved to Japan was at least seventy hundreds thousand. The forced mobilization of Koreans were used for the support of Japanese enterprises which relied on the Government-Genera! of Korea(Chosun Chongdokboo 朝鮮總督府) to carry out the drafting of the mobilization. Most wages of Korean were saved by compulsion or contributed. They were used for the war expenses and revolving funds of enterprises, being paid only small amount of wages. After all, Koreans forcedly mobilized by the Japanese imperialist were the victim of double exploitation structure. In other words to say, the Japanese imperialist horribly trampled on the value of private labour and the fundamental personal rights.
