        지방자치단체가 서비스의 질을 높이기 위해 매일 노력하고 있지만, 서로 협력 한다면 훨씬 더 향상 시킬 수 있다. 정부는 지자체 개혁을 전면적으로 평가하기로 하여 경제 및 내무부(Ministries of Economics & Interior), 세무부, 재정부 및 지자체와 지역 협회의 각 대표들로 구성된 위원회를 조직하였다. 위원회는 지자체 개혁이 전체적으로 현재 직면하는 난관들을 더 잘 해결할 수 있는 공적 부분을 더 활발히 양성시켰다고 평가하였다. 소위 전문적 지속가능성은 일반적으로 볼 때 더 강화되었고 어떤 분야에서는 사고를 전환하고 서비스의 질을 향상시키는데 기여하였다고 하였다. 또한 지자체와 지역들의 정치적 관리가 이와 같은 개혁을 통하여 더 강화되었다고 평가되었다. 이러한 평가에 근거하여 어떻게 하면 더 나은 서비스의 질과 협력을 얻을 수 있는지에 대해서 구체화 하였다.       • 학습전략 수업에 대한 고찰

        The purpose of this study was to review explicit approach in learning strategy instruction, and to present some practical principles to school teachers. Present study first reviewed concepts and types of learning strategy, and then discussed three models of explicit learning strategy instruction, that is, direct instruction, reciprocal teaching, and the good strategy user model. The conclusions of this study were as follows ; 1. Learning strategies need to be explained sensibly and directly. Teachers should provide declarative, procedural, and conditional information about strategies to students. 2. Students need to attribute successful learning outcomes to use of appropriate learning strategies. 3. Effective learning strategy instruction promote self-regulated learning. 4. Learning strategy instruction should promote transfer of strategies to different tasks. 5. Learning strategy instruction should match students' knowledge base and capacities.

      • 초인지의 개념과 교수-학습에의 적용

        The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of metacognition and to explore its implication to learning and instruction. Metacognition has been used to refer to many aspects of active cognition, but two broad definitions can be distinguished, namely knowledge about cognition and regulation of cognition. The two forms of metacognition are closely related, but they do have quite different historical roots. Knowledge about cognition involves conscious access to one's own cognitive opertions and reflection about those of others. Regulation of cognition often referred to as executive control within information processing models, involves planning, monitoring, and evaluating. From the discussion on metacognition, some implications to learning and instruction could be derived. First, metacognitive learning is self-regulated learning, that is, it stresses on planning, monitoring, and evaluating about one's learning. Second, effective teachers spontaneously create instructional scaffolding -metaphors, direct explaining and modeling- to provide students with the necessary information that will help them restructure their understanding. Third, in the metacognitive instruction, the importance of attributing successful learning to effortful strategy use is stressed. Attributional retraining influences strategy durability and generalization.

        의령 지역의 식물상- 자굴산, 676고지, 벽화산, 방어산을 중심으로 -

        The flora of vascular plants in the mountains located in the Uiryeong-gun area, in the South province of the Korean Peninsula, such as Jagul-san(897.1 m), 676 Highland(676 m), Byeokhwa-san(522 m), and the Bangeo-san(530.4 m), was investigated between April 2008 and August 2009. These investigations found 580 taxa consisting of 496 species, 1 subspecies, 77 varieties, and 6 forms, found within 319 genera under 103 families. The count totaled at 744 taxa(16.2% of all vascular plant taxa in Korea), which was made up of 648 species, 3 subspecies, 81 varieties, and 12 forms, found within of 362 genera under 109 families, when voucher specimens from the previous research studies were added. Forests of the investigated areas were generally composed of mixed Pinus densiflora and Quercus sp. The areas with comparatively excellent vegetation were the valley neighboring Baekun-sa(temple) (in the eastern slope of Mt. Jagul-san), the southwest slope of Mt. 676 Highland, the eastern slope of Mt. Byeokhwa-san, and the northern slope of Mt. Bangeo-san. 10 families were collected in abundance: Compositae, Graminae, Leguminosae, Liliaceae, Rosaceae, Cyperaceae, Labiatae, Polygonaceae, Ranunculaceae, and Violaceae these families made up 50% of all collected taxa. 19 taxa were endemic to the area, including Salix hallaisanensis H.Lév, S. koriyanagi Kimura, Aconitum austrokoreense Koidz, A. pseudolaeve Nakai, Clematis trichotoma Nakai, Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai, Stewartia pseudocamellia Maxim, Philadelphus schrenkii Rupr., Lespedeza × robusta Nakai, Vicia chosenensis Ohwi, Euonymus trapococca Nakai, and Angelica cartilagino-marginata var. distans(Nakai) Kitag. Eight of the taxa were rare and endangered plants, as designated by the Korea Forest Service, including Jeffersonia dubia(Maxim.) Baker & S. Moore and Viola diamantiaca Nakai. 38 taxa of alien plants were found. Vegetation of the surveyed areas falls in the South province of the Korean Peninsula. Of all the taxa collected, 463 taxa(10.06% of all vascular plants in Korea) are considered useful plants, 231 taxa are edible, 193 taxa have medicinal uses, 65 taxa are used ornamentally, 234 taxa are important forage, 3 taxa are used as an industrial raw material, 17 taxa are used for timber, 18 taxa contain useful dyes, and 7 taxa are used for fiber. 경상남도 서남부의 의령군에 소재하고 있는 자굴산(897.1 m), 676고지(676 m), 벽화산(522 m) 및 방어산(530.4 m)의 관속식물상을 2008년 4월부터 2009년 8월까지 총 13회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 본 조사에서 생육이 확인된 관속식물의 총 분류군 수는 103과 319속 496종 1아종 77변종 6품종으로 총 580분류군이었으며, 문헌상 증거표본이 있는 경우의 자료를 추가하면 총 109과 362속 648종 3아종 81변종 12품종으로 총 744분류군으로 한반도 전체관속식물종의 16.2%에 해당된다. 조사지 전반의 식생은 소나무와 Quercus의 혼효림이며, 식생이 비교적 우수한 지역은 자굴산 동사면의 백운암 주변 계곡과 676고지의 남서사면지역, 벽화산의 동사면지역, 방어산의 북사면지역 등이다. 비교적 많은 분류군이 채집된 10개 과는 국화과, 벼과, 콩과, 백합과, 장미과, 사초과, 꿀풀과, 마디풀과, 미나리아재비과, 제비꽃과의 순이며 전체 생육분류군 수의 50.00%에 해당된다. 조사지에서 생육이 확인된 특산식물은 떡버들 키버들, 할미밀망, 자주꿩의다리, 진범, 세뿔투구꽃, 고광나무, 고양싸리, 노랑갈퀴, 버들회나무, 노각나무, 흰바디나물을 포함하는 19분류군이고, 산림청지정 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 깽깽이풀, 금강제비꽃 등을 포함하는 8분류군이며, 귀화식물은 38분류군으로서 전체식물의 5.11%, 유용식물은 총 463분류군으로서 식용식물 231분류군, 약용식물 193분류군, 관상용 65분류군, 사료식물 234분류군, 산업용식물 3분류군, 목재용식물 17분류군, 염료용식물 18분류군, 섬유용식물 7분류군으로 이는 한반도 전체식물의 10.06%이다. 본 조사지역의 식생은 분포식물분자로 볼 때 한반도 식물구계의 남부아구에 해당된다.

      • 사회과를 통한 비판적 사고력 훈련이 비판적 사고력 및 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of embedding approach to teach thinking skills on critical thinking and academic achievement. In embedding approach, critical thinking skills are taught in the context of a subject matter, rather than in isolation. Subjects of this study were 140 middle school 2nd grade students in Busan, Korea who were randomly assigned to two experimental and two control groups. The experimental groups had received critical thinking instruction in a period of 15 weeks. They had received critical thinking instruction by introducing critical thinking skills concurrent with social studies. Control groups were given traditional lessons only by the method of lecture. Students were given Cornell Critical Thinking Test, Inventory of Thinking Disposition, and Academic Achievement Test as pre- and post test measures. T test and ANCOVA were used to analyze data. The results of this study showed that embedding approach to teach critical thinking skills turned out to have a positive influence on critical thinking and academic achievement.

        영재 중학생의 영역과 학년에 따른 진로 성숙도와 진로의사결정유형의 차이

        본 연구에서는 영재 중학생을 대상으로 진로성숙도와 진로의사결정유형이 학년과 영역에 따라 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 B 광역시 과학영재교육원에서 영재교육을 받고 있는 수학영재 74명, 과학영재 83명, 정보영재 125명을 대상으로 진로의사결정유형 검사와 진로성숙도 검사를 실시하였다. 이들의 학년별 분포는 1학년 101명, 2학년 81명, 3학년 100명이었다. 다변량분산분석 결과, 첫째, 영재 중학생의 영역에 따라 진로성숙도에 유의한 차이가 나타났는데, 정보영재가 수학, 과학 영재에 비해 진로성숙도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 영재 중학생의 진로성숙도가 학년에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났는데, 3학년 영재 학생들의 진로성숙도가 1학년에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 영재 중학생들은 진로의사결정유형 중 상호의존형에서 과학영재와 정보영재 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중학생 영재의 학년에 따른 진로의사결정유형에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구 대상의 영재들은 의존형이나 직관형에 비해 합리적 유형과 상호의존적 유형의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 영재들을 위한 진로교육 및 상담의 필요성이 다시 한번 제기되었다. The purpose of this study was to find out differences in career maturity and career decision-making types of the gifted middle school students by the field of gifted and grade. The sample of this study consisted of 74 mathematically gifted students, 83 scientifically gifted students, and 125 informational gifted students who enrolled in the education center for scientifically gifted in B city. The following results were obtained: First, differences were found in career maturity of the gifted middle school students by the field of gifted. Mathematically and scientifically gifted students showed higher scores comparing to informational gifted. Second, differences were found in career maturity of the gifted middle school students by grade. The 3rd grade gifted students showed lower scores than the 1st grade gifted students. Third, scientifically gifted students showed higher scores in interdependent type of career decision-making styles than informational gifted. Fourth, there was no difference in career decision-making types of gifted by school grade. The gifted students preferred the rational and interdependent types to the intuitive and dependent types. In sum, the results of this study revealed differences in career maturity of the gifted middle school students by grade and evoked the need of appropriate career counseling for gifted.
