가정폭력에 노출된 성인아이 성향 자녀의 가족에 대한 개입

본 연구는 사례연구로서 가정폭력 가정의 자녀들이 경험하는 어려움을 살펴보고, 그들이 표출하는 대표적인 행동패턴 중의 하나인 성인아이 성향에 초점을 맞추어, 가족치료로써 개입하고 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 사례에 적용한 가족치료 개입모델은 가족체계와 가족문제에 대한 이해와 변화노력을 촉구하기 위하여 다양한 모델 - 가족체계이론(Bowen), 맥락적 치료(Boszormenyi-Nagy), 구조적 치료(Minuchin), 그리고 경험적 치료(Satir)와 해결중심적 치료 - 을 접근시킨 절충적 모델이다. 개입 목표는 가족의 정서적 안정감 향상, 변화 동기 강화, 가족체계에 대한 이해 증진, 가족 구성원의 욕구충족 향상이었다. 개입의 성과는 모자의 화해, 가족의 정서적 불안과 부담의 완화, 의사소통기술의 향상, 그리고 어머니의 능력감과 정서적 안정감의 증가, IP의 건강 증진, 자기돌봄의 향상 등이다. 이 연구의 의의는 폭력가정의 성인아이성향의 자녀에 대하여 문제제기를 하고, 성인아이성향이 자녀의 독립적인 특성이 아니라 역기능적인 가족체계의 희생양이며, 역기능 상황에 대한 대응이라는 점을 확인하였다는 데 있다.

This paper gives characterization of ZnO thin film deposited by RF magnetron sputtering method, which is concerned in deposition process and device fabrication process, to fabricate solidly mounted resonator(SMR)-type film bulk acoustic resonator(FBAR). A piezoelectric layer of 1.1${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ thick ZnO thin films were grown on thermally oxidized SiO$_2$(3000 $\AA$)/Si substrate layers by RF magnetron sputtering at the room temperature. The highly c-axis oriented ZnO thin film was obtained at the conditions of 265 W of RF power, 10 mtorr of working pressure, and 50/50 of Ar/O$_2$ gas ratio. The piezoelectric-active area was 50 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$${\times}$50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, and the thickness of ZnO film and Al-3 % Cu electrode were 1.4 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and 180${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, respectively. Its series and parallel frequencies appeared at 2.128 and 2.151 GHz, respectively, and the qualify factor of the resonator was as high as 401.8$\pm$8.5.

ALD와 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링을 이용한 FBAR 소자의 ZnO 박막증착 및 특성

Piezoelectric ZnO thin films were for the first time formed on SiO$_2$/Si(100) substrate using 2-step deposition, atomic layer deposition(ALD) and RF magnetron sputtering deposition, for film bulk acoustic resonator(FBAR) applications. The ZnO buffer layer by ALD was deposited using alternating diethyl zinc(DEZn)/$H_2O$ exposures and ultrahigh purity argon gas for purging. The ZnO films by 2-step deposition revealed stronger c-axis-preferred orientation and smoother surface than those by the conventional RF sputtering method. The solidly mounted resonator(SMR)-typed FBAR fabricated by using 2-step deposition method revealed higher quality factor of 580 and lower return loss of -17.35dB. Therefore the 2-step deposition method in this study could be applied to the FBAR device fabrication.

This study explored the use of an empowerment approach with multicultural families. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 11 practitioners using this approach with multicultural families. Empowering was defined as a process through which family members understand and support each other and empower their physical, psychosocial, multicultural and informational competences. Strengths of the approach include the use of a strengths perspective, emphasizing equal partnership, and the achievement of a high level of effectiveness. Difficulties of the approach include family conflicts, shortage of resources, and lack of cooperation and coordination between agencies. The foremost task is the development of a resources system and services-delivery system. The study confirmed that an empowerment approach with multicultural families is effective and valid. The article concludes with a discussion of relevance and various associations between this approach and social constructionism. 본 연구는 다문화가족지원현장에서 역량강화접근의 실태를 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 다문화가족분야에서 역량강화접근을 적용하고 있는 실천가 11명을 심층면담하고 면담자료를 내용분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 실천가들은 다문화가족 역량강화의 개념을 가족이 서로를 이해하고 지지하며 물리적 역량, 심리사회적 역량, 다문화역량, 정보역량을 강화하는 과정으로 정의한다. 역량강화접근의 강점은 강점관점의 활용, 평등한 원조관계와 높은 효과성에 있고, 어려움은 가족갈등과 자원의 부족이며, 향후 개선점은 자원체계와 서비스 전달체계의 개발이다. 이 접근의 적합성은 다문화가족의 강점에 대한 전제와 당사자주의 원칙에 있었다. 결론적으로 역량강화접근은 다문화가족지원에 매우 유효한 접근으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 역량강화접근과 사회구성주의 관점의 관련성을 논의하였다.

이 논문은 1980년대에서 90년대까지 여성복지시설의 현황과 변화가 어떠한 양상을 띠고 있는지를 경험적 연구를 틀해 밝히는 데 목적이 있다.이 연구의 주요한 발견은 다음과 같다.첫째, 80년 이전, 80년대, 90년대의 세 시기에 설립된 여성복지시설은 운영주체와 시설유형, 조직목적에서 차별적이다.80년대 이전의 시설은 주로 종교단체 산하법인이나 사회복지법인이 운영하는 시설로서 경제적인 의미에서 무의무탁한 여성에게 단순보호를 제공하는 목적을 갖는다.80년대 시설은 주로 사회복지법인시설이며, 여성의 자립과 지위향상이라는 중도적인 목적을 표명한다.90편대 시설의 특징은 정부와 사회단체가 운영하는 시설에서 나타난다.정부운영시설은 지방자치제의 사회복지에 대한 의지의 표현이며, 사회단체 운영시설은 여성운동이 주장에서 실천과정으로 변모해 가고 있다는 의미를 갖는다.90년대에 등장한 시설은 아내학대와 성폭력프로부터 여성을 보호한다는 성차별적 인식에 기반한 보호제공을 목적으로 삼고 있다.둘째, 80년 이전, 80년대, 90년대의 세 시기는 재정규모, 서비스 전달자의 학력과 전문직급 및 여성문제에 대한 인식, 서비스 이용자의 권리의식에서 차별적인 것으로 밝혀졌다.
