공기산정 영향요인별 실적공기 비교분석 - 사무소 건축공사 공기산정기준을 중심으로 -

민간건축공사의 분양 및 임대 사업에 소요되는 공사기간의 단축은 발주자 측면의 현금흐름의 관리를 위해 중요하다. 그러나 국내 건설산업에는 기준공기의 개념이 정립되어 있지 않아서 공기산정의 기준을 제시하는 데에 어려움이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 공정관리에 관련된 기존의 문헌조사를 통해 공기산정 시 고려되는 영향요인을 파악하고 설문지 조사와 전문가 면담을 통해 최근 완공된 사무소 건축공사의 실적공기를 조사한 후, 수집된 실적공기를 영향요인별로 분석하여 기준공기를 제시하며, 이를 건설 선진국의 실적공기와 비교 및 분석하여 국내 건축공사에 있어서 공기단축의 필요성을 제기하였다. It is important to reduce construction duration in private sales and lease business for management of cash now in the owner's aspect. However, because the concept of standard duration hasn't been established in the domestic construction industry, it is difficult to present the standard of duration estimate. To solve this problem, this paper (1) grasped the effecting elements considered in the duration estimate through referring the existing literature related to the schedule management, (2) accomplished a comprehensive research on actual duration based on office buildings through the questionnaire survey and the expert interview, (3) presented the collected research data analyzed by effecting elements as standard duration, (4) compared standard duration with actual duration of countries advanced in construction projects as well as analyzed them, and then (5) raised the necessity of duration reduction in the domestic construction industry.

Background/Aims: A quick and accurate diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infections is vital for effectively managing many upper gastrointestinal tract diseases. Many diagnostic methods have been developed for rapid and accurate diagnosis, including invasive and non-invasive methods, but each tool has some limitations. Among the invasive diagnostic methods, the rapid urease test (RUT) is a relatively time-saving and accurate method, but a variation in the reaction time range causes inconvenience and inefficiency in the clinical field. This study developed a liquid-type medium, Helicotest®, to enable faster detection. This study examined the reaction time of a new liquid-type RUT kit with other commercial kits. Methods: Two H. pylori strains were cultured (H. pylori ATCC 700392 and 43504), and the urease activity of H. pylori was measured using a urease activity assay kit (MAK120, Sigma Aldrich). Four RUT kits were used to compare the time of H. pylori detection, including Helicotest® (Won Medical, Bucheon, Korea), Hp kit (Chong Kun Dang, Seoul, Korea), CLO kit (Halyard, Alpharetta, GA, USA), and ASAN Helicobacter Test® (ASAN, Seoul, Korea). Results: The detection of H. pylori was possible in bacterial amounts less than 10 μL. The color change was detected from five minutes with bacterial densities of 5 μL and 10 μL for both strains, whereas 30 minutes and one hour were required for 0.5 μL and a 1 μL bacterial density of ATCC 43504 and 700392 strains, respectively. Conclusions: Compared to other RUT kits, Helicotest® showed the fastest reaction. Therefore, faster diagnosis in clinical practice is expected.
Splenosis Mimicking Recurrence of Renal Cell Carcinoma after Radical Nephrectomy: A Case Report

Splenosis refers to the heterotropic autotransplantation of splenic tissue. Sometimes splenosis after surgical resection is difficult to differentiate from recurrence or metastasis of cancer. A 49-year-old male patient was diagnosed with clear cell renal cell carcinoma of left kidney. As there was no evidence of metastasis, he underwent radical nephrectomy with splenectomy. On surveillance computed tomography, masses at nephrectomy site and pleura were found and both were initially considered to be recurrence. After several cycle of pazopanib administration, pleural mass decreased in size while mass at nephrectomy site did not respond at all. Spleen scan showed increased uptake of the mass and therefore the mass was revealed to be splenosis. To avoid unnecessary treatment and planning optimal treatment, considering the possibility of splenosis is important and spleen scan can be helpful.

In this study, to increase the reliability of prediction of fatigue life, ball studs were classified into the wire rod manufacturing processes and tested, and the results were analyzed. Ball stud uses cold heading quality wire using chromium-molybdenum steel as a material, and three types of wire rod manufacturing processes are typically used: (S)AIP, PASAIP, and PSASAIP. Loads were selected based on the results of FE-analysis, and fatigue tests were conducted on samples classified by the manufacturing process. As a result of the fatigue test, it was confirmed that there was a difference in fatigue life according to the manufacturing process of the wire rod. A method to reduce errors by generating a stress life curve according to the wire rod manufacturing process was proposed.
