To this end, the basic concepts of various variables were organized through literature research and a research model was established. The target subjects were employees working in domestic companies. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 34 items on four latent variables (ethical leadership, LMX, self-efficacy, and work engagement). As a result of analyzing the causal relationship between ethical leadership, self-efficacy, and work engagement, and whether self-efficacy has a mediating effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and work engagement in this process, ethical leadership was analyzed in more detail than the analysis used in previous studies. It has academic significance in that it examined the more direct effect of self-efficacy on work engagement. 대학교 주변 소형주택 수요 및 공급 방안에 관한 연구 : 경희대학교 서울캠퍼스를 중심으로

As of 2012, there are 480,000 university students in Seoul, 130,000 of which are residents outside of the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Area. University dormitories in Seoul are accommodating 30,000~40,000 students, which represent only 30% of the students living outside Seoul. This means approximately 100,000 students live in facilities other than university dormitories. This research aims to analyze the following: first, the status and condition of student residents in the university neighborhood; second, the discrepant understanding between university students and landlords in regards to the current house supply policy, implemented by the regional government and universities; third, alternative solution for the landlords in response to the current house supply policy; fourth, possible ways for the government to support the students in need of housing in the university neighborhood. The research was conducted in the neighborhood of Kyung Hee University in Seoul focusing on the university students and the landlords. The regional government and universities shall acknowledge the landlord’s efforts to supply housing to university students to date. They should engage the landlords into a discussion for developing future house supply plans. In return, the landlords should start supplying better quality housing to students as opposed to merely focusing on increasing the quantity of residents as they did in the past.
