Wind velocity magnitude around buildings can be used to assess pedestrians' comport and wind energy. This paper's main purpose is to give basic ideas that may be used for wind resource assessment around buildings. In this paper, side ratio and span wise distance were selected as variables which affect wind velocity variation around buildings. Then wind velocity increasement ratios at the heights of pedestrian, small wind turbine installed in a roadlamp and the roof level by CFD analysis. It was shown that maximum wind velocity increasement ratios were obtained at the height of pedestrian about 116% and 148% for the side ratios of 1 and 2. Respectively at the height of small wind turbine installed in a roadlamp, maximum wind velocity increasement ratio was 95.3% for the side ratio of 2. Wind Velocity increasement ratios at the roof level were about 19% to 21% for all the side ratios. Locations at which maxim velocity increasement ratios were obtained were not the same for each height.

In this paper, Human response for horizontal vibration in buildings was estimated by shaking table. Human comfort of occupants is satisfied by using the peak acceleration in NBCC and ISO6897 used by Korean structural engineer. We used one-dimensional shaking table for horizontal vibration tests, and a vibration house made similar to a living space was made. Experimental results were recorded by increasing acceleration in the range of 0.2㎐ through 1.2㎐ of frequency after organized into twelve experimental groups, each of which was composed of eight persons. We obtained performance curves by dividing the distribution of perception from horizontal vibration tests into the range of 0~20%, 21~40%, 41~60%, 61~100% and then fitting curves. Also we made questionnaire based on human comfort criteria of foreign countries, and examined the feeling of subjects. From the results of horizontal vibration tests, it was found that acceleration of perception was low when frequency was high, and that visual and auditory senses affects the human perception for horizontal vibration.
경한 둔상에 의하여 발생한 경골 동맥의 경골비골동체의 가성동맥류

주로 고에너지 손상이나 관통상에 의해서 발생하는 가성동맥류는 진단이 지연되면 심각한 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 저자들은 계단에서 넘어져 다친 후 처음에는 단순 타박 및 피부 열상으로 진단되었다가 증상이 악화되어 수상 2주일 후 시행한 자기공명영상 검사와 컴퓨터 단층촬영 혈관 조영술에서 경골 동맥의 경골비골동체의 가성동맥류로 뒤늦게 진단된 63세 남자를 치험하였다. 경한 둔상에 의하여 경골비골동체에 가성동맥류가 발생한 예는 아직까지 국내에 보고된 바 없어 이에 저자들은 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Pseudoaneurysm which is usually caused by high energy trauma or penetrating injury results in serious complications if the diagnosis is delayed. The authors experienced a 63-year-old patient who slipped on the stairs with simple contusion and skin laceration. But, he was finally diagnosed with pseudoaneurysm of tibioperoneal trunk of tibial artery on magnetic resonance imaging and 3-dimensional computed tomography angiogram performed in two weeks due to aggravation of the symptoms. To the best of my knowledge, pseudoaneurysm of tibio-peroneal trunk caused by minor blunt trauma has not been reported till now in Korea. So we report this case with a review of the relevant literature.

In terms of human-being’s long history, reunification of Korea has a right reason to be come true, based upon the principle of one nation one state. It is because of that South and North Korea has well preserved common nation character, language, custom, food and culture despite of recent 70-years national division. South Korean people’s opinion is revealed as quite optimistic in a public opinion census on the reunification of Korea. South Korean people expect reunification is born-natural, coming soon with dominant role by the Republic of Korea. South Korean people willingly welcome the burden sharing of the reunification. That means they want to unify the country keenly. Peaceful reunification of Korea is possible when it gets support of international community. Because Korean peninsula has been a focal point of four major powers’ interests. Particularly, the United States of America, China and Russia directly related to the division of Koreas, therefore they will not support the unification unless they are fully confident of their national interests. So, it is required for us to spread out the benefits of the unification to the world. It is also required for persuading other international groups including the European Union, the British Commonwealth, the African Union, the Union of South American Nations, and ASEAN. The ROK-US alliance has been a central axis for the ROK’s security and economic growth for last 70 years. It became a great model of bilateral alliances in the world. The ROK-US alliance has been mutually beneficial for both countries, and has great potential for international cooperations in the future. Based on 70 years accumulated know-how, the ROK and the US should strengthen the alliance further by continuing the development of cooperative measurements for the future. The two countries should pay more attention to their national actors for strengthening the precious alliance by mobilizing all the available contributors not only government organizations but also non-government organizations.

유도제어 시스템 체계개발의 초기단계에는 운용 효과도 도출 및 요구사항 적합성 검토를 통한 체계 개략사양도출을 위해 효과도 분석을 수행한다. 본 논문의 목표는 M&S (Modeling & Simulation)를 활용한 운용 효과도 분석을 통해 고속 무인 수중운동체의 목표점 도달 임무를 위한 체계 요구사항 도출이다. 운용 효과도는 대상 수중운동체의 목표점 도달 정확도로 정의한다. 도달 정확도에 가장 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변수는 항법센서 성능이다. 본 논문에서는 관성항법센서(Inertial Navigation Sensor, INS)와 도플러 속도 측정 장치(Doppler Velocity Log, DVL)를 이용한 복합항법을 고려하였다. 몬테카를로 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 항법센서 성능에 대한 효과도 분석을 수행한다. 몬테카를로 수치 시뮬레이션 결과는 CEP(Circular Error Probability)와 분산을 이용한 확률분석을 통해 분석한다. 상용 항법센서 가격을 고려하여 최적의 가격대 성능비를 갖는 항법센서 성능을 제시한다. To obtain the system requirement specification in the beginning of the precision guidance system development, the effectiveness and reliability analysis for the system are necessary. The main purpose of this research is to obtain the system requirement specification for the high speed unmanned underwater vehicles by carrying out the effectiveness analysis using the modeling and simulation scheme. The effectiveness is position error for target position. Reaching accuracy is expected to be affected by the navigation sensor parameter. Assume that the navigation sensors that is consist of inertial navigation system(INS) and doppler velocity log(DVL) is the parameter. To analyze the effectiveness of each parameter, Monte-Carlo numerical simulation is performed in this research. The effectiveness analysis is carried out using circular error probability(CEP) and variance analyze scheme. Considering the cost function, the specification of the navigation sensor is provided. The cost function is consist of the INS and DVL specification and the price of those sensors.
