        컴퓨터 적외선(赤外線) 전신체열촬영(全身體熱撮影)을 통한 척추 전방 전위증의 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

        Object : This study is designed to evaluate the correlation between the data of DITI(Digital Inrared Thermographic Imaging) examination and the changes of clinical symptoms after the therapy of acupuncture in the patients with spondylolisthesis. Contents : The conservative therapy with acupuncture was performed during 3-4weeks. The acupuncture points of BL23, BL24, BL25, BL40, BL57, BL60, BL62, GB30, GB31, ST36, TE3 was used. In the pre- and post therapy, DITI examinations were performed in patients who had spondylolisthes in L-spine X-ray and were treated by acupuncttare simultaneously, and then tried to correlate the results of clinical symptoms with the difference of thermographic findings at pre-and post acupuncture. Setting : The standard routine thermographic exanninations were performed with thermography (DITI) in the 22 patients with spondylolisthesis at pre- and post acupuncture. Patients : Thermographic imaging of 22 cases was analyzed. They had diagnosed spondylolisthes in L-spine X-ray. They were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in Wonkwang Oriental Hospital from May, 1998 to May, 2000. Results : 1) The causes were congenital (4.5%), overwork (31.85%), trauma (13.65%), degenerative factor(50%) 2) The DITI results showed 45.4% below $0.3^{\circ}C$, 36.4% between 0.3 and $0.5^{\circ}C$, 4.5% between 0.5 and $0.7^{\circ}C$, 9.1% between 0.7 and $0.9^{\circ}C$, and 4.5% over $0.9^{\circ}C$. 3) The results of treatment using pain scale showes that 27.3% of patientsachieved excellent recovery and 54.6% achieved good recovery. After compairing the DITI results before and after treatment, we found 45.4% of patients achieved excellent recovery and 36.4% achieved good recovery. Conclusion : Acupuncture showed good results over 81.9% in clinical evaluation and 81.8% in DITI. Thermographic examination was valuable in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment.

        폐가전제품 재활용을 위한 공동회수모형

        본 논문은 폐가전제품의 재활용을 위한 공동회수모형을 연구한 것이다. 이 모형은 지자체 및 생산자의 폐가전제품 수집소에 회수되어 있는 폐가전제품을 R/C(재활용 센터) 운송하는 거리를 최소화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재 재활용을 위한 폐가전제품 회수물류 활동은 수집소 개별적으로 이루어지고 있어, 과도한 운송거리 및 운송비용의 초래 및 낮은 차량 적재율 등의 비효율적인 면이 존재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비효율적인 점을 개선하기 위해 공동회수모형을 제안하고 이를 정수계획모형과 실제 R/C의 입고자료를 이용하여 그 효과를 분석했다. In this paper, we studied about an consolidated transportation model to transport EOL (end-of-life) electronic household appliances for recycling in South Korea. The objective is to minimize the total traveling distance of the vehicles transporting EOL electronic household appliances collected by local authorities and major manufacturers' distribution centers to assigned R/C(recycling center) in South Korea. Current reverse logistics for recycling EOL electronic household appliances is operated by local authorities and major manufacturers individually, and it is inefficient for the following reasons: excessive traveling distance, transportation cost, low truck capacity utilization, and so on. The presented model is developed to solve this problem. We apply a integer programming to solve this problem and present computational results using actual field data.

        모돈 유즙으로부터 분리한 세균의 분포 및 항균제 감수성 조사

        The growth rate of piglets will be decreased and the mortality of piglets will be increased in the postpartum sow with mastitis. The aim of this study was to isolate microorganisms from milk samples found in postpartum sows with suckling piglets and to further investigate antimicrobial susceptibility against isolated bacteria. Milk samples were collected from 567 udders of 42 lactating sows and the isolated bacteria was then identified. Isolated bacteria were tested with 12 antimicrobial agents. Bacteria were isolated from 260 milk samples (64.5%). Staphylococcus spp. were the most common microorganisms (74.5%) isolated from sow milk, followed by Streptococcus hyicus (53.9%), Staphylococcus epidermis (11.8%), Staphylococcus aureus (9.8%), and Staphylococcus haemolyticus (53.9%). In the Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus pneumoniae (5.1%) was isolated as was Streptococcus sanguinis (3.8%) and Streptococcus ovis (2.9%). Results indicated that bacteria isolated from healthy sow milk were mostly susceptible to cephalothin (88.0%), amikacin (85.3%) and cefoxitin (82.4%), but were resistant to streptomycin (10.0%), kanamycin (33.1%) and tetracycline (19.6%).

        컴퓨터 적외선(赤外線) 전신체열촬영(全身體熱撮影)을 통해 살펴본 Bell' palsy에 대한 한방적 치료의 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

        Object : This study is designed to evaluate effects of acupuncture and herb-medication by the data of DITI(Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging) examination and the changes of clinical symptoms after the therapy of acupuncture and herb-medication in the patients with Bell's palsy. Contents : The conservative therapy with acupuncture and herb-medication was performed during 1-8weeks. The acupuncture points of S4, S6, G14, S2, BL2, SI18, TE23, LI4 and S36 was used. In the pre- and post therapy, DITI examinations were performed in patients who had Bell's palsy and were treated by acupuncture simultaneously, and then tried to correlate the results of clinical symptoms with the difference of thermographic findings at pre-and post acupuncture. Setting : The standard routine themographic examinations were performed with thermography (DITI) in the 16 patients with Bell's palsy at pre- and post acupuncture. patients : Thermographic imaging of 16cases was analyzed. They had diagnosed Bell's palsy. They were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in Wonkwang Oriental Hospital from Jauary, 1999 to February, 2000. Results : The results of treatment showes that 56.25% of patients achieved excellent recovery and 31.25% achieved good recovery. After compairing the DITI results before and after treatment, we found 43.75% of patients achieved excellent recovery and 43.75% achieved good recovery. Conclusion :Acupuncture showed good results over 87.5% in clinical evaluation and 87.5% in DITI. Thermographic examination showes terapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment.

        물류비 절감형 코일수송용 거치장치사업성에 관한 연구

        철강산업은 자동차, 조선, 기계, 건설 등을 비롯한 전 산업에 기초소재를 공급하는 산업이다. 제품의 특성상 높은 물류비 비중이 타 산업에 비해 높게 나타나고 있다는 것이 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 특히, 코일 형태의 제품들은 중량물로써 유통 경로 상에서 벌크형태로 취급되고 있어 수송상의 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 코일의 원활한 컨테이너 운송을 위한 코일 거치장치를 소개하고 거치장치 사용에 따른 여러 비용?편익 평가 항목을 설정하여 사업성 분석을 실시한 결과를 제시하였다. 또한 코일의 컨테이너 운송시 안전성 확보와 거치장치의 반복사용에 따른 물류비 절감방안에 대해 제안하였다. The steel industry has supplied basic materials for the entire industry including the automobile, shipbuilding, machinery and construction materials industry etc. The nature of the products causes higher proportion of logistics costs than in other industries. In particular, steel coils have heavy weight and have been treated as bulk handling on distribution channels. Therefore there are various issues in transporting them. This study analyses the feasibility of equipment to ensure stability during transporting steel coils derived using the cost-benefit analysis. And this paper proposes the method for accomplishing a high level of safety through the use of the equipments during steel coils handling and transport in ISO-containers and cost savings through the reuse of them.

        고 Mn 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강의 기계적 성질에 미치는 가공온도의 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of the deformation temperature in high manganese austenitic stainless steel. a’-martensite was formed with a specific direction by deformation. The volume fraction of the deformation induced martensite was increased by increasing the degree of deformation and decreasing the deformation temperature. With the increase in the deformation, the hardness and tensile strength were increased, while the elongation was rapidly decreased at the initial stage of the deformation, and then gradually decreased. The hardness and tensile strength were increased and the elongation was decreased with adecrease in the deformation temperature. The hardness and tensile strength were strongly controlled by the volume fraction of martensite, but the elongation was controlled by the transformation behavior of the deformation induced martensite.

        Delvo test, Eclipse 100 및 Parallux를 이용한 산양유의 잔류항균물질 검출 비교

        The aim of this work was to assess the Delvo test for the detection of antimicrobial residues in goat milk. A total of fifty six samples (eight farms, seven samplings each) were analyzed by the Delvo, Eclipse 100, and Parallux tests. None of the samples showed positive results with the Parallux test which is based on immune-chemical methods. However, 37.5% of samples showed positive results with the Delvo test. 3.6% of samples showed positive results with the Eclipse 100 test, which is based on a microbiological method. The Delvo test is included in the 'standard methods for the examination of raw milk' by the National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service as a microbiological method used for the detection of antimicrobial residues. Because "raw milk" is defined as 'milked state of cow, ewe and goat milk for sale or for processing' in the Animal Food Products Processing Law, the Delvo test should be excluded from the 'standard method for the examination of raw milk', or additional official documents referring to the Delvo test as not appropriate for the detection of antimicrobial residues of goat milk are required.

        열수 전처리에 따른 톨페스큐와 옥수수 사일리지의 영양적 가치와 in vitro 발효특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 열수 전처리에 따른 사료의 영양소 함량과 반추위내 발효특성의 변화를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 본 시험은 2(대조구 또는 열수 전처리)×2(건초; 톨페스큐 또는 사일리지; 옥수수)의 요인설계를 통해 실시하였다. 열수 전처리는 사료에 물을 20% w/v 수준하고, 멸균기를 이용하여 열처리를 20분간 실시하였다(121℃, 0.12 MPa). 제조된 시험사료는 in vitro 배양 시험을 통해 39℃에서 24시간 및 48시간동안 배양하였다. 연구결과, 열수 전처리 후 ADF의 함량은 조사료 종류에 구분없이 모두 유의적으로 증가하였다. In vitro 24시간 배양 후 total VFA는 조사료 종류에 관계없이 열수 전처리 후에 함량이 유의적으로 낮았으며(p ≤ 0.05), Propionate 함량은 열수 전처리된 옥수수 사일리지에서 옥수수 사일리지 보다 유의적으로 증가하였다(18.9 vs. 26.6%; p ≤ 0.05). In vitro 48시간 배양 후에는 옥수수 사일리지에서 열수 천처리에 의해 propionate 함량이 유의적으로 증가하였으나(p ≤ 0.05), Butyrate 함량은 유의적으로 감소하였다(p ≤ 0.05). 건물과 NDF 소화율의 경우에는 조사료 종류에 관계없이 열수 전처리에 의한 변화가 없었다(p > 0.05). 따라서 열수 전처리된 옥수수 사일리지를 이용할 시 반추동물의 에너지원 공급에 유리할 것으로 판단된다. This study examined the effects of a hydrothermal pretreatment (HP) on the nutritional values and in vitro fermentation characteristics of tall fescue and corn silage. This study was conducted through a factorial design of 2 (control or HP) x 2 (hay; tall fescue or silage; corn). For the HP, forage was placed into a glass bottle with 20% w/v of water, and the glass bottle was sealed and heated to reach a temperature of 121°C (0.12 MPa). The solid residue and liquid were collected and oven-dried at 65°C for three days. The dried materials were tested for in vitro fermentation at 39℃ for 24 and 48 h. The content of ADF increased significantly regardless of the forage type. After in vitro incubation for 24 h, the total VFA content was significantly lower after HP, regardless of the forage type (p ≤ 0.05), and the propionate concentration was increased in corn silage with HP (p ≤ 0.05). After 48 hours of in vitro incubation, the propionate content increased significantly (p ≤ 0.03) in corn silage with HP (p ≤ 0.05), but the butyrate content decreased significantly (p ≤ 0.05). There was no change in the in vitro dry matter and neutral detergent fiber digestibility by HP regardless of the forage type. Therefore, the use of hydrothermally pretreated corn silage could be advantageous for the supply of energy for ruminants.
