파라메트릭 디자인을 통한 고령자 주거공간 설계 매개변수 도출 연구

This study intends to derive parameters for the Elderly housing to utilize parametric design. Until now, the residential design has been mainly in the system of being designed and provided by the architect’s intention. However, tastes and styles of residents are becoming increasingly diverse and complex, the demand for customized residential housing has expanded. Therefore, in order to increase the individual's preference and satisfaction of life, it needs to design a customized residential space quickly and easily by utilizing parametric design methodology, which is a kind of automatic generation system. To attain this goal, first, the characteristics of the Elderly and parametric methodology are analyzed and the automatic generation system are configured briefly. Second, the parameters for the system are derived. The derived parameter items have been classified into four groups of variables, which a area, dimension, room configuration, and arrangement. The items in each group are divided into external variables and internal variables according to the characteristics. Internal variables are divided into quantitative variables and qualitative variables, and in case of qualitative variables that cannot be measured, lifestyle analysis and value grant method are used. Through this process, this research elicits parameters for the Elderly Housing through parametric design and is expected to be utilized in the residential design for the Elderly.
의사결정지원시스템으로서의 사용자 맞춤형 주거설계 플랫폼 연구

본 연구는 사용자의 의사결정을 지원하는 사용자 맞춤형 주거 설계 플랫폼을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. IT기술의 발달과 더불어 사용자 맞춤형 주거에 대한 니즈가 확대되고 있다. 이러한 사용자 맞춤형 주거를 제공하기 위 해서, 사용자의 특성을 파악하여 최적화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 플랫폼에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌조사와 선행연구 분석을 통한 사용자 선호도 카테고리를 도출하고 매개변수 그룹핑에 따른 사용자 맞춤형 주거 모델 데이터를 구축한 후 원클릭시스템에 의해 제공되는 사용자 맞춤형 주거 설계 플랫폼을 제안함으로써 사용자들에 게 실질적으로 활용가능한 의사결정시스템을 구축하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. This study aims to propose a user-customized residential design platform to support user's decision making. With the development of IT technology, the need for user-customized residential is expanding. In order to provide such a user-customized residence, it is necessary to study the platform that can provide the optimized service by grasping the characteristics of the users. In this study, user preference categories are derived through literature review and previous research analysis, and the user-customized residential model data based on parameter grouping are constructed. Then, a user-customized residential design platform provided by one-click system is proposed. The objective is to build a practically usable decision support system.
Effects of a Recessed Camel-gate Head Structure on Normally-off AlGaN/GaN HEMTs

In this paper, a standalone camel-gate (┐) head structure has been studied to investigate the effects of the field plate (FP) in the source access region in AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs). The camel gate serves as an FP toward the source side. Using this concept of the camel gate, the transconductance and other forward characteristics have been analyzed with regard to the T-gate. It is confirmed that the recessed camel-gate FP scaling enhances the breakdown voltage, transconductance, and output current by reducing the electric field, leakage current, and dispersion in the source access regime. Further, the optimized recessed camel-gate AlGaN/GaN HEMT is suitable for use in RF devices, as it exhibits a frequency in the order of gigahertz.

This study aims to derive planning factors for modular housing planning by analyzing residents recognition of modular housing and housing satisfaction through the post-occupancy evaluation of Happy House in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, completed in 2019 using the modular construction method. For this purpose, prior research surveys, theoretical investigations, and user surveys and interviews for post-occupancy evaluation were conducted. Then, along with the housing satisfaction analysis, the importance-satisfaction analysis for housing performance, housing plan, and surrounding environment was conducted to derive variables that have a significant influence on housing satisfaction. As a conclusion, planning factors were derived to increase satisfaction with the modular housing plan. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data for planning factors that can increase the residential satisfaction of residents when designing modular housing in the future.

This study aims to derive a plan for improving the housing performance of modular housing through post-occupancy evaluation and housing performance measurement of Happy House in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, where both the infill type construction method and the stacked type construction method were applied simultaneously for the first time in Korea. For this purpose, prior research and theoretical investigations were conducted to set analysis items, and surveys and interviews were conducted. Then, the factors influencing the satisfaction of the housing performance of the modular housing were analyzed, and a comparison between the stacked type and the infill type construction method was conducted based on the analysis of the housing performance satisfaction and the results of the performance measurement to derive improvement plans for the modular housing. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for improving the housing performance of modular housing in the future.
W-band 도파관 FTO 적용을 위한 전류제한 InP Gunn diode 설계 및 제작

전류제한 에피 구조를 적용하여 MINT에서 개발한 최적화된 공정방법으로 InP Gunn 다이오드 칩을 제작하고 칩을 이용하여 MINT의 최적화된 조건을 이용하여 패키지 하였다. 또한 제작된 패키지 InP Gunn 다이오드의 RF 특성을 측정하기 위하여 2체배 구조의 W-band 도파관 FTO(Fixed Tuned Oscillator)를 설계 및 제작하였다. 패키지된 InP Gunn 다이오드는 ceramic ring, Au plating stud와 lid 그리고 Maltese cross로 구성되어있다. 측정된 20개의 InP Gunn 다이오드는 최대 전류가 399 mA의 전류특성을 가지고 92.9~94.78 GHz에서 발진하였고 11.8~17.8 dBm 의 출력전력을 얻었다. In this paper, We have designed and fabricated 20 InP Gunn diodes using a current limiting epitaxial structure by MINT’s optimized fabrication processes. We have also packaged the fabricated InP Gunn diodes using our optimized packaging method, and then designed and fabricated a W-band waveguide FTO to measure characteristics of the packaged InP Gunn diodes. The packaged InP Gunn diode have a ceramic ring, a Au plated stud and a lid, and a Maltese cross. The fabricated InP Gunn diodes have good RF characteristics such as high output powers (11.8~17 dBm) and limiting low currents (less than 400 mA) between 92.9 and 94.78 GHz
