노인생애체험학습이 간호학생의 노인에 대한 태도 및 지식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 노인생애체험학습 전, 후 간호학생의 노인에 대한 태도 및 지식의 변화를 비교하기 위함이다. 연구 설계는 단일군 전후 설계(one-group pretest-posttest)의 유사 실험 연구이다. 연구대상자는 S시 소재 4년제 간호교육기관 두 곳에 재학 중인 학생 70명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2015년 7월~8월에 걸쳐 시행하였다. 각 학생당 약 3시간동안 노인생애체험복을 착용 후 공공생활체험, 개인생활체험 및 보행체험을 하게 하였고, 체험 전후로 노인에 대한 태도 및 지식을 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구결과, 노인생애체험학습 후 간호학생의 노인에 대한 태도 점수는 낮아졌으나 노인에 대한 지식은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노인생애체험학습은 간호학생의 노인에 대한 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시킨 효과를 가져왔으나 노인에 대한 지식의 변화는 없음을 확인하였다. 이에 인지적 측면을 고려한 노인생애체험학습 프로그램의 개발을 통해 간호학생들의 노인에 대한 이해와 지식을 높여 미래 노인 간호의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of senior simulation on undergraduate nursing students’ attitudes and knowledge about older adults with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were the 70 undergraduate nursing students who are studying in two universities in Seoul, Korea and who were well informed about the purpose of this study and allowed to join the study. The data were collection from July to August, 2015. The experimental procedure was to do activities for daily living for 3 hours wearing senior simulation suit. Self-administered questionnaires were used to ask the undergraduate nursing students’ attitudes and knowledge about older adults before and right after senior simulation. According to the results of this study, there were significant changes in the undergraduate nursing students’ attitudes about the elderly and after aging simulation implying that senior simulation is an effective intervention to facilitate nursing students to do quality care for the elderly with sympathetic understanding and attitude. Senior simulation needs to be applied to gerontological nursing education for the nursing students and health care providers who are involved in care for the elderly. The experience of senior simulation is a meaningful learning opportunity in gerontological nursing curriculum. The simulation experience can be further developed to raise its quality.
서울대 간호학 박사학위논문 분석을 통한 간호학 연구의 경향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the trend of nursing research by analyzing doctoral dissertations of nursing college at Seoul National University. Method: The doctoral dissertations used in this study were 69 thesis from 1989 to 2001. The methodological characteristics, theory, philosophy and world view in these thesis were explored. Key words were classified according to metaparadigm and were compared with MeSH term. Result: There were 54 dissertations of quantitative research and 12 dissertations of qualitative research. Most of subjects of the thesis were patients with 20~65 years old. The written consent to participate in research was not described in great part of thesis. As to measurement, questionnaire was most frequent used. In independent variables cognitive nursing interventions were used frequently. Psychosocial variables as a dependent variable were used mainly. In theory level of research, situation-producing research was performed. In type of nursing knowledge according to Caper many dissertations studied about empirical knowledge. More than half of doctoral dissertations used borrowed theory from nursing related disciplines. Most of studies were done within empirical positivism and organic viewpoint. Key words related to the concept of environment among four metaparadigm has been insufficiently studied. English key words in doctoral thesis were out of accordance largely with MeSH term English. Conclusion: These results show that it is necessary to develop the nursing theory for nursing knowledge body.
시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 국내청소년 사이버불링피해 모델 개발

Purpose: This study used a system dynamics methodology to identify correlation and nonlinear feedback structures among factors affecting adolescent cyberbullying victims (CV) in Korea and to construct and verify a simulation model. Methods: Factors affecting CV were identified by reviewing a theoretical background in existing literature and referencing various statistical data. Related variables were identified through content validity verification by an expert group, after which a causal loop diagram (CLD) was constructed based on the variables. A stock-flow diagram (SFD) using Vensim Professional 7.3 was used to establish a CV model. Results: Based on the literature review and expert verification, 22 variables associated with CV were identified and the CLD was prepared. Next, a model was developed by converting the CLD to an SFD. The simulation results showed that the variables such as negative emotions, stress levels, high levels of conflict in schools, parental monitoring, and time spent using new media had the strongest effects on CV. The model’s validity was verified using equation check, sensitivity analysis for time-step and simulation with 4 CV adolescent. Conclusion: The system dynamics model constructed in this study can be used to develop intervention strategies in schools that are focused on counseling that can prevent cyberbullying and assist in the victims’ recovery by formulating a feedback structure and capturing the dynamic changes observed in CV. To prevent cyberbullying, it is necessary to develop more effective strategies such as prevention education, counseling and treatment that considers factors pertaining to the individual, family, school, and media.
