In automobile industry, it is necessary to reduce the weight from the view point of energy and environmental problems in these days. One of the ways for weight reduction is using adhesive aluminum structures. In this study, ultrasonic signals reflected from the adhesively bonded joint layer are used to evaluate the adhesively bonded joints. FFT is performed to determine bond-layer parameters such as effective thickness and frequency for adhesively bonded joint Al 6061 plates in comparison with the measured and theoretical ratios. And the parameters of ultrasonic wave and the J-integral are investigated to evaluate the adhesively bonded joint strength by DCB specimens.

Electronic products are a major part of evolving industry and human life style; however most of them are known to emit electromagnetic waves that have severe health hazards. Therefore, different materials and fabrication techniques are understudy to control or limit transfer of such waves to human body. In this study, nanocomposite powder is dispersed into epoxy resin and shielding effects such as absorption, reflection, penetration and multiple reflections are investigated. In addition, nano size powder (Ni, $Fe_2O_3$, Fe-85Ni, C-Ni) is fabricated by pulsed wire evaporation method and dispersed manually into epoxy. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscopy and Transmission electron microscopy are used to investigate the phase analysis, size and shape as well as dispersion trend of a nano powder on epoxy matrix. Shielding effect is measured by standard test method to investigate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of planar materials, ASTM D4935. At lower frequency, sample consisting nano-powder of Fe-85%Wt Ni shows better electromagnetic shielding effect compared to only epoxy, only Ni, $Fe_2O_3$ and C-Ni samples.

The condition of tire tread is a key parameter closely related to the driving safety of a vehicle, which affects the contact force of the tire for braking, accelerating and cornering. The major factor influencing the contact force is tread wear, and the more tire tread wears out, the higher risk of losing control of a vehicle exits. The tire tread condition is generally checked by visual inspection that can be easily forgotten. In this paper, we propose the intelligent tire (iTire) system that consists of an acceleration sensor, a wireless signal transmission unit and a tread classifier. In addition, we also presents classification algorithm that transforms the acceleration signal into the frequency domain and extracts the features of several frequency bands as inputs to an artificial neural network. The artificial neural network for classifying tire wear was designed with an Multiple Layer Perceptron (MLP) model. Experiments showed that tread wear classification accuracy was over 80%.

Application of bonding by adhesives can be found in many industries, particularly in advanced technological domains such as aeronautical and space, automobile and electronics industries. Periodic inspection with conventional ultrasonic NDE techniques is capable of indicating the presence and possible location of crack. Continuous ultrasonic attenuation monitoring has potential to supply information. This article discusses the use of pulse-echo ultrasonic testing for the inspection of adhesive bonds between metal sheets. The method is based on the measurement of the reflection coefficient at the metal/adhesive interface. By means of a control experiment it is shown that Quantitative Nondestructive Evaluation in Adhesive Joints are evaluated together with Ultrasonic Testing and Fracture Testing.

Ultrasonic signals transmitted through adhesively bonded plates were used to evaluate parameters related to attenuation and frequency in the adhesively bonded joint. The kinds of bonding materials with a different bonding thickness of constant pressure were used. And ultrasonic diagnosis was evaluated by p-wave sensor of 10MHz. FFT has been performed to determine bond-layer parameters such as effective thickness and frequency for adhesively bonded joint of A16061 plates in comparison with measured to theoretical ratios. When variable thickness exists, the ultrasonic spectrum was changed the frequency wave. The more materials thickness and the higher the frequency, the larger shift was observed. Measured ratios for cases of bond thickness and variety bonding materials are then used to determine bond parameters. The results show that the technique can be applied to the characterization of adhesively bonded joint.

본 논문에서는 자바 스프링 Mybatis와 Firebase, Ajax, Script, DataBase를 활용해 테스트하길 원하는 IT 제품을 등록하는 기업과 이를 응모를 통해 추첨되어 테스트하고 리뷰를 남겨 기업에 도움을 주고 싶어하는 일반 사용자를 모집하는 웹 사이트이다. 이 사이트는 자바 스프링 Mybatis를 기반으로 웹을 구성하였고, 웹페이지에서 처리되는 데이터들은 데이터베이스로 저장된다. 기업이 제품을 등록하면 이를 사용자가 응모하고 관리자가 무작위로 추첨을 하면 해당 상품을 사용자가 받아보고 평가하여 리뷰를 남길 수 있고 기업은 해당 리뷰들을 좋은 점, 개선할 점을 나누어 확인하여 자신들의 제품을 개선할 수 있도록 한다.

The Pure Car and Truck Carrier(PCTC) is a ship for transportation of high roof type or heavy vehicles such as recreation vehicles, trucks, trailer, buses and buldozers. The loading and unloading of cargo units is carried out by Roll-on/Roll-off through the stern ramp(or side ramp). Liftable car decks are arranged between some deck levels for the purpose of flexible loading of different height of vehicles on or below the deck. Because of the reason of loading the various kind of vehicles, PCTC has become more popular than the PCC in recent years. PCTC has the structural features of the sufficient longitudinal strength and insufficient transverse racking strength due to limited number of transverse bulkhead. Following analyses have been performed in this study to confirm the structural adequacy of main structural members for 6,500 Unit Roll-On Roll-Off Car Carrier. · transverse strength analysis based on standard rule loading · entire ship structural analysis based on dynamic load analysis · spectral fatigue analysis In this first paper, the results of transverse strength analysis is reported. In the second paper, the results of entire ship structural analysis and spectral fatigue analysis will be reported.
