염산테트라싸이클린의 적용시간에 따른 특수 가공된 임프란트 표면 변화

The present study was performed to evaluate the effect of tetracycline-HCl on the change of implant surface microstructure according to application time. Implant with pure titanium machined surface, HA-coated surface and dual acid etched surface were utilized. Implant surface was rubbed with $50mg/m{\ell}$ tetracycline-HCL solution for ${\frac{1}{2}}$min., 1min., $1{\frac{1}{2}}$min., 2min., and $2{\frac{1}{2}}$min. respectively in the test group. Then, specimens were processed for scanning electron microscopic observation. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Both test and control group showed a few shallow grooves and ridges in pure titanium machined surface implants. There were not significant differences between two groups. 2. In HA-coated surfaces, round particles were deposited irregularly. The roughness of surfaces conditioned with tetracycline-HCL was lessened and the cracks were increased relative to the application time. 3. The etched surfaces showed the honey comb structures. The surface conditioning with tetracycline-HCI didn't influence on its micro-morphology. In conclusion, the detoxification with $50mg/m{\ell}$ tetracycline-HCI must be applied respectively with different time according to various implant surfaces.

김기림 시론에서의 다중 시선의 가능성과 영화시 연구

본고는 김기림 시론에서 ‘전체시론’을 재고한다. ‘전체시론’의 중핵으로 볼 수 있는 “각도의 문제”의 시선으로 그의 영화시편에서 드러나는 ‘근대 시선 주체’의 유연성과 ‘다중 주체’의 가능성을 고찰하는 데 목적을 둔다. 지금까지 김기림의 시론은 시간적 고찰에 따라 해방 전 모더니즘 시론과 모더니즘 시의 반성을 통한 전체시론, 해방기의 현실 참여적 시론의 차원에서 인지되었기 때문에 김기림을 ‘실패한 모더니스트’로 속단하기 쉽다. 그러나 김기림의 시론은 ‘근대시론’의 층위뿐만 아니라 필연적으로 사회 · 문화적 담론을 병행하여야만 온당하게 규명할 수 있다. 저널리스트의 눈으로 세계정세를 예민하게 파악했던 김기림은 근대과학에 대한 문제의식 아래 조선 근대문학의 향방과 장래를 고민했다. 김기림의 ‘새로운 시학’, ‘과학으로서의 시학’을 전제로 한 ‘전체시론’은 그가 지녔던 치열한 고민의 결과물이다. 특히 ‘전체시론’에서 ‘과학’과 함께 지속적으로 강조된 것은 바로 ‘시 · 공간’이다. 김기림은 시의 재료인 말(언어)은 역사적 · 사회적 현실과 개인의 교섭을 통해 구성되며, 결국 시는 개인과 사회의 유기적이고 역학적인 관계에서 능동적 기능을 담당하는 정신의 부산물임을 주장하였다. 김기림의 영화시는 그의 ‘전체시론’을 가장 충실히 규명해낸다. 김기림은 제3의 관찰자인 카메라의 시선과 몽타주, 파노라마, 오버랩 등의 다양한 편집 기법을 통해 시공간에 대한 전통적인 질서를 파괴하고 그것을 확장 · 초월함으로써 오히려 가장 객관적이고 사실적인 현실의 총체를 담아낸다. 관객(독자)들은 영상으로 재현[편집]된 당대의 생활을 보여주는 카메라의 시선에 자신의 시선을 일치시키면서 동일한 체험을 공유한 다중 주체로서의 가능성을 지닌다. 주목할 점은 김기림의 전체시론이 그러하듯이, 영화적 요소를 내재한 시편들도 그의 시 세계에서 연속적인 의미 관계를 지니고 있다는 점이다. 창작 시기상 김기림의 초기시에 해당하는 『太陽의 風俗』에 수록된 영화시편에서 드러나는 김기림의 기획은 『氣象圖』로 이어지며 본격화된다. 김기림은 근대문명이라는 시 · 공간에 대한 객관적 · 총체적 시각을 목표로 기획한 「氣象圖」를 통해 본격적으로 자신의 ‘전체시론’을 실현해나간다. This paper is to clarify the meaning of “angular matter” and "whole poetics" in the poetics of Kim Gi-rim, and to examine the flexibility of subject of modern view and possibility of multiple subjects that are revealed in his Cine-poems. The poetics of Kim Gi-rim has been understood in terms of pre-liberation modernism poetics, whole poetics through the reflection of modernism poetry and the actual participation poetics of liberation according to temporal consideration. According to this reading, it is easy to conceive Kim Gi-rim as a "failed modernist". However, the poetics of Kim Gi-rim can be properly revealed not only by the level of "modern poetry" but also by social & cultural discourse inevitably. Kim Gi-rim, who grasped the world situation sensitively with the view of journalists, was worried about the direction and the future of Joseon modern literature under the consciousness of the problem of modern science. "Whole poetics" that was based on "new poetics" and "poetics as science" of Kim Gi-rim is the result of his intense worries. In particular, "time and space" was emphasized continuously together is "science" in his "whole poetics". Kim Gi-rim argued that the language of the poem is composed of the historical and social reality and individual negotiation and the poetry is a by-product of spirit that serves positive function in organic and ephemeral relationship of individual and society. Cine-poem of Kim Gi-rim revealed his "whole poetics" faithfully. He presents the most objective and realistic totality of reality by destroying the traditional order of time and space and expanding and transcending it by using various editorial techniques such as view of the camera, which is the third observer, montage, panorama and overlap. Audiences (readers) have the possibility of being multi-subjects who share the same experience while matching their own view to the camera"s view that shows the life of that time reproduced [edited] by videos. What is noteworthy is that poems that have a cinematic element also have a continuos semantic relationship in his poetic world as Kim Gi-rim"s whole poetics do. Kim Gi-rim"s plan which is revealed in the Cine-poem in the 「The wind speed of the sun」 which is the early poem of him, leads to「Weather chart」. Kim Gi-rim realizes his whole poetics through 「Weather chart」 which was planned with one goal for objective and overall view and comment on the time and space of the modern civilization.

Purpose: The purposes of this study are (1) to examine why users commit to M-SNG and (2) to understand what factors impact M-SNG users’enjoyment, motivation and commitment. Methods: We use a questionnaire survey to collect 190 data on users’ perception on M-SNG. we also use a structural equation modeling method with Smart PLS 3.0 Results: Playfulness, design aesthetics, competition and social identity are found to be statistically significant factors affecting enjoyment and motivation. Also, enjoyment and motivation are found to be statistically significant factors affecting commitment. Conclusion: We suggest three points of view as game factors, socio-game factors, and social factors. Game factors are more important than other factors. Also, enjoyment is a more powerful factor than motivation in affecting user’s commitment to using M-SNG.

이 연구에서는 자전거이용 활성화에 관한 법률, 도로교통법, 자전거 이용시설의 구조·시설 기준에 관한 규칙, 도시 계획시설의 결정·구조 및 설치기준에 관한 규칙의 자전거 관련 주요 규정들의 현황과 문제점을 분석하였으며, 자전거 이용자들의 안전성과 편의성 측면에서 분석하였다. 법·제도 개선안으로 첫째, 자전거 이용자의 법적 권리보장을 위한 자전거 보험제도 의무화, 둘째, 교차로 내에서 자동차, 보행자와의 상충을 줄이기 위한 횡단보도 앞 속도방지시설 설 치 법제화, 셋째, 교차로 내 자전거 직접좌회전을 위한 자전거 전용차로 설치 방안을 제시하였다.

결론적으로 거대세포바이러스 대장염은 면역기능이 유지된 사람에게서는 드문 질환으로 알려져 있으며 그에 따른 합병증으로 대장협착이 발생한 경우는 더욱 흔하지 않다. 연자들은 정상면역을 가진 성인에서 폐렴에 의한 급성 호흡곤란 증후군과 패혈증으로 중환자실 치료 중 지속적인 복부통증, 고열, 혈변으로 대장내시경을 시행하여 거대세포 바이러스 대장염을 진단하였고 이로 인한 장협착이 발생하여 장절제술까지 시행한 1예를 경험하여서 보고하였다. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection has been described in immunosuppressed individuals such as patients with AIDS, those receiving chemotherapy, and post-transplantation. CMV can cause severe disease either via reactivation of latent virus or via primary infection. In immunocompetent patients, CMV infection is usually transient and does not exhibit many symptoms. The colon is the site most frequently affected by severe CMV disease in immunocompetent patients. Clinically, CMV colitis commonly presents with diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain. Although some patients recover spontaneously, others suffer from severe complications, such as bowel perforation, severe gastrointestinal bleeding and, rarely, stricture, and surgery is the choice of treatment in these patients. We report a case of stricture of the proximal transverse colon, presenting as a complication of CMV colitis, in an immunocompetent man with acute respiratory distress syndrome. 본 논문에서는 동물은 물론 식물까지 포함한 반려생물의 일상을 기록 공유할 수 있으며, 반려인들의 커뮤티티를 활성화하고 반려생물에 관한 상품을 교환하거나 구매할 수 있는 SNS를 구현하였다. UI구현은 포토샵, 안드로이드스튜디오, 자바라이브러리을 이용하였으며, 기능구현은 OS는 Oreo, 플랫폼은 Node.js, 언어는 Java, JavaScript 및 kotlin, 데이터베이스는 MySQl을 Server로는 Spring을 사용하여 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 강아지나 고양이이외 다양한 동물은 물론, 조류, 파충류등이 포함되며 식물까지 포함하여 전반적인 반려생물에 대한 정보를 공유할 수 있어 반려인들 간에 정서적인 공감대 및 안정갑을 심어줄 수 있고 커뮤니티의 활성화, 반려생물에 대한 시장의 활성화를 이루 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다.

계면 안정화 기술에 기반한 리튬 금속 음극의 전기화학적 성능 향상

차세대 고용량/고에너지 밀도 리튬이온배터리의 음극재로 각광받고 있는 리튬금속은 전기화학적 반응 진행중 발생하는 성능 불안정성으로 시장에 적용하기는 쉽지 않다. 리튬금속음극의 전기화학적 성능 불안정(쿨롱 효율감소, 분극전압 증가, 완전지 성능 감소 등)은 전기화학 반응 진행시 리튬의 불균일한 전착 및 탈리, 덴드라이트에 의한 단락, 불활성 리튬(dead Li), 전해액 및 리튬고갈에 기인한 것으로 가장 주요한 원인은 전해질/리튬 계면의 불안정성 등이다. 이러한 문제들은 균일한 리튬 전착 및 탈리를 유도하는 보호막을 도입하거나, 전해액과 리튬금속의 직접반응을 통해 형성되는 고체전해질계면층(solid electrolyte interface, SEI)을 안정화함으로 해결할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 균일한 리튬 전착을 유도하기 위한 첨가제 도입, 리튬 표면에 균일한 전류밀도 및 Li+ 분배를 유도하는 리튬 전극의 집전체 개선 등이 제시되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 리튬금속 음극의 계면 안정화 관련 다양한 문제점과 이슈들을 작동 메커니즘에 따라 구분해 요약하였고, 이를 해결 및 고성능 리튬금속배터리로 적용 위한 계면 안정화 기술 동향에 대해 소개하였다.
