        우리나라 본인확인수단의 개선방안 연구

        우리나라는 주민생활과 행정사무의 효율적 관리를 주민등록번호제도를 도입하였으며, 점차적으로 금융, 교육, 의료 등 다양한 분야에서도 사용하게 되었다. 그러나 주민등록번호를 포함한 개인정보 침해사고가 지속적으로 증가하였다. 따라서 정부에서는 「정보통신망법」을 비롯한 관련 법률에 근거하여 주민번호 대체수단으로 본인확인수단을 보급하게 되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 주민번호대체수단의 불법적인 발급사건을 비롯하여 해킹 등에 의한 개인정보 침해사고가 발생하고 있어, 보다 효율적이면서 안전하게 사용하는 방안이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 본인확인수단을 새로운 정보화환경과 기술발전에 맞추어 개선방안을 제시하고자 전문가 대상의 델파이 분석과 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과에 따르면, 기본의 본인확인수단을 개선해야 한다고 보았으며, 편리성과 안전성이 중요하다고 보았다. 특히, 안전성을 고려하여 2개 인증수단의 결합을 선호하였으며, 생체인증 등 개발되고 있는 인증수단을 선호하였다. 이처럼 새로운 인증수단의 도입과 변화에 대응하기 위해서는 법적 규제의 완화와 안전점검을 위한 기준을 마련해야 하며, 다양한 인증수단을 개발하고 안전성을 높이고, 지속적인 관리감독과 정보공유를 통한 개선이 필요하다. 앞으로 본인확인수단이 다양한 서비스시장에서 사용될 수 있도록 차등화된 기준과 자율적 운영이 보장되어야 한다. South Korean government has introduced personal identification means as the alternative means of resident registration number on the basis of related laws including the "Information and Communication Network Act". Nevertheless, personal information infringement by hacking and other illegal issuance incident of resident registration number alternative occurs, and it is demanded to use it more efficiently and safely. Therefore, this study reviewed the tasks to improve the personal identification means in accordance with the new information environment and technology development by Delphi analysis and expert’s survey. As the results, it should do improvement the basic identification means and it is important to consider the convenience and safety. Especially, considering the safety, the results was favored the combination of two factor authentication methods and preferred the developed authentication means such as biometric authentication. In order to respond the introduction and change of the new authentication means, it is necessary to deregulation and standards of safety check, and it is need to develop various authentication means and improve the safety. For the future, it need to different standards and liberal operation to use identification means for various service market.

        한국에서의 본인확인수단 개선방안에 관한 연구

        우리나라의 인터넷서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 본인확인수단을 통한 본인인증을 거쳐야 한다. 그동안 주민등록번호가 본인확인수단의 대표적인 방법으로 사용되었으나, 지속적인 개인정보 침해사고로 관련 법률의 개정을 통해 원칙상 수집을 하지 못하게 되었다. 이에 서비스의 안전성을 갖추는 요건으로 주민번호 대체수단의 본인확인수단인 I-PIN, 공인인증서, 휴대전화가 활용되고 있다. 그러나 본인확인수단의 범용성을 갖춘 수단이다 보니, 또 다른 개인정보 침해대상이 되고 있어, 다양한 본인확인수단의 적용이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 지정된 본인확인수단 외에 적합성 기준에 맞는 본인확인수단을 선정해 보았다. 이를 위해 6개 점검기준(보편성, 지속성, 유일성, 편의성, 안전성, 적용성)을 통해서 적합성 여부를 검토하였고, 휴대전화, OTP 등과 같은 우수함을 점검해 보았다. 또한 인증수단을 결합하는 방법 중에서는 OTP, 생체정보, 공인인증서 등과 같은 인증요소간의 결합이 더 안전하다고 보았다. 이처럼 본인확인수단의 다양성을 고려하여 새로운 본인확인수단을 도출하고, 기존의 본인확인수단과 결합한다면, 본인확인기반의 안전성을 높이일 수 있으리라 본다. 또한, 본인확인서비스의 전환을 통해서 인터넷문화의 확산을 가져올 계기가 되기를 바란다. Identification means should be processed through the authentication In order to use the country"s Internet service. Meanwhile, Residents registration numbers were used as typical means to verify yourself, but now it was to prevent collection of RRN through legal amendments in principle. It has applied the alternative means of RRN through the representative means as like I-PIN, certificate, mobile phone. But the versaltility of representative means is another subject of privacy breach, so it has been required the application of variable identification means. Therefore, this study was to suggest the proper identification means by 6 checklist. So the score is the higher as Mobile phones, OTP, etc. and then the proper identification means are is combined with OTP, biometric information, certificate in the case of two means. Thus, it will improve the safety of identification means, when combined with the conventional identity verification means and derive a new identification means as taking into account the variety of identification means. In addition, the study leads to bring the culture of the Internet through conversion of the identity verification services.

        공학수준 수상함 지휘무장통제체계 범용 모델 개발방안 연구

        In this paper, we considered the authoritative representation of Command and Fire Control System(CFCS) for the surface ship that was the engineering level model to develop system specifications and to analyze operational concepts on the concept design phase and to analyze military requirements, effectiveness and performance for the system. The engineering level model of CFCS can be used in simulation independently of the surface ship's type, and also it takes reuse, interoperability, and extension into consideration. The detailed sub-models, internal and external data interface, data flow among each sub-model, sensor and weapon models about the engineering level model of CFCS was defined. It was verified via engineering level simulations according to the V&V process.

        The simultaneous application of positive-end expiratory pressure with the Trendelenburg position minimizes respiratory fluctuations in internal jugular vein size

        Background: The respiratory cycle alters the size of the right internal jugular vein (RIJV). We assessed the changes in RIJV size during the respiratory cycle in patients under positive pressure ventilation. Moreover, we examined the effects of positive-end expiratory pressure (PEEP) and the Trendelenburg position on respiratory fluctuations. Methods: A prospective study of 24 patients undergoing general endotracheal anesthesia was performed. Images of the RIJV were obtained in the supine position with no PEEP (baseline, S0) and after applying three different maneuvers in random order: (1) a PEEP of 10 cmH2O (S10), (2) a 10o Trendelenburg tilt position (T0), and (3) a 10o Trendelenburg tilt position combined with a PEEP of 10 cmH2O (T10). Using the images when the area was smallest and largest, cross-sectional area (CSA), anteroposterior diameter, and transverse diameter were measured. Results: All maneuvers minimized the fluctuation in RIJV size (all P = 0.0004). During the respiratory cycle, the smallest CSA compared to the largest CSA at S0, S10, T0, and T10 decreased by 28.3 8.5, 8.0, and 4.4%, respectively. Furthermore, compared to S0, a 10o Trendelenburg tilt position with a PEEP of 10 cmH2O significantly increased the CSA in the largest areas by 83.8% and in the smallest areas by 169.4%. Conclusions: A 10o Trendelenburg tilt position combined with a PEEP of 10 cmH2O not only increases the size of the RIJV but also reduces fluctuation by the respiratory cycle.

      • An Adaptive Learning Control of Flexible Robot Manipulators with Joint Flexibility

        This paper presents a learning controller for flexible robot manipulators which is based on the computed torque error compensation method. The learning controller learns the desired torque input for tracking of link and elastic force dynamics. The uncertain system parameters and elastic force bound are also learned by the learning rules derived in the learning system. The link position error and the coupled elastic force error are shown to converge asymptotically, which, in turn, is confirmed via computer simulations.

        함정 전투체계 함상시험을 위한 지원장비 설계 및 검증 연구

        The Shipyard Test of Naval Combat System depends on external factors, such as weather conditions and availability of its sensor-weapon, due to the need of on-board sensor-weapon during the test. This paper suggests the Supportive Equipment using virtual simulator for Shipward Test, in case of the unavailability of the on-board sensor-weapon or the test support force(aircraft, surface ship etc.), to pre-check the functions of the combat system as well as to prepare the Shipyard Test. To mock the real sensor-weapon functions as similar as possible, the Supportive Equipment for Shipyard Test was verified by the Verification and Validation process, which is usually performed while developing models in the Modeling & Simulation field.

        In the existing naval combat system, integrated management is done based on subsystems that make up the system. The naval combat system, however, is a large-scale distributed system made up of subsystems of diverse heterogeneous environments. Although each of the subsystems can be easily managed because they are on the same platform, it is extremely difficult to integrate and manage as a single entity all subsystems that make up the naval combat system because the heterogeneous environments and distributed systems have to be taken into account. In fact, there hasn't been a technique available to integrate and manage subsystems that make up the naval combat system, until now. In this paper, the architecture of an integrated management system is designed and implemented to provide the user with various services. Furthermore, a system that can manage subsystems of the naval combat system in an integrated way is developed.
