        초음파 족욕를 이용한 수치료에 대한 임상적 연구

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to know the clinical effect of Hydrotherapy based Ultasonic spa on Atopic Dermatitis and Allergic Rhinitis. Methods : Allery Test(MAST CLA Allergy system, inhalant panel), DITI, Bio Chemistry, Hematology were investigated in 20 patients(Atopic Dermatitis 10, Allergic Rhinitis 10) who visited Department of Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology, Semyung Oriental medicine hospital from November 2004 to January 2005. Results : 1. In atopic dermatitis patients, there was good in 7 cases(70%), excellent in 3 cases(30%). 2. In allergic rhinitis patients there was improved in 5 eases(50%), good in 2 cases(20%), unimproved in 3cases(30%). 3. In conclusion, there was good(doctor and patients ail) in 6(60%), unimproved in 3(30%) Conclusion : Hydrotherapy based Utasonic spa showed useful effect on Atopic Dermatitis and Allergic Rhinitis.

        가미윤조탕(加味潤燥湯)이 LPS로 유도된 RAW 264.7 대식세포에서의 항염 효과 연구

        Objectives : Allergic disease has been well known as an IgE-dependent immunologic response. Recently, interest about the late inflammatory reaction has grown up as well as early allergic reaction characterized by IgE and mast cell. The purpose of this study was to find the anti-inflammatory effect of Gamiyunjo-tang(GMYJT) in allergic reaction. Methods : The experiment was performed using Raw 264.7 cells pretreated with GMYJT extracts. In this study, we observed the toxicity of cells by MTT analysis and measured the production of LPS-induced NO, $PGE_2$, IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ at a concentration of 50, 100, 200 and $400{\mu}g/ml$. Results : No toxicity of GMYJT (50, 100, 200, $400{\mu}g/ml$) on RAW 264.7 cells was found after 24 hours incubation. LPS-induced NO production was reduced after treatment with GMYJT (100, 200, $400{\mu}g/ml$)(P<0.05). $PGE_2$ was reduced after treatment with GMYJT (100, 200, $400{\mu}g/ml$)(P<0.05). IL-$1{\beta}$ did not decrease at any dose. IL-6 decreased at 200, $400{\mu}g/ml$(P<0.05). TNF-${\alpha}$ production decreased only at $400{\mu}g/ml$(P<0.05). Conclusions : These data suggest that GMYJT has anti-inflammatory effects in late allergic reaction.

        Human Liver Microsomes과 HepG2 세포를 이용한 약물유래 간독성 평가 방법의 최적화

        The aim of the present study was to optimize in vitro method for the prediction of drug-induced liver injury using human liver microsomes (HLM). Cytotoxicity test of cyclophosphamide and acetaminophen in HepG2 cells cultured with HLM showed that the newly established condition using 0.375 mg/ml HLM for 24 hr incubation was comparable or more sensitive than the previously established condition using 0.75 mg/ml HLM for 12 hr incubation. Although the cytotoxic effect of troglitazone was completely attenuated by 0.75 mg/ml HLM, it was augmented by 0.375 mg/ml HLM in the presence of the NADPH-generating system. The cytotoxic effect of chlormezanone, a withdrawn drug due to hepatotoxicity in human, was increased by HLM in the presence of the NADPH-generating system. In contrast, the cytotoxic effect of methapyrilene, a withdrawn drug due to hepatotoxicity in rats, was decreased by HLM in the presence of the NADPH-generating system. The present study suggests that the optimized in vitro method using HLM can be useful for the prediction of drug-induced hepatotoxicity.

        인버터 열펌프의 주파수 및 모세관 길이 변화에 따른 시스템 성능특성의 실험적 연구

        An experiment study was performed to investigate the optimum cycle of an inverter heat pump as a function of frequency. The performance of the inverter heat pump with the rated cooling capacity of 4141W(3550kcal/h) was measured with a variation of frequency, indoor and outdoor temperature, and length of capillary tube in the psychrometric test room. As a base case, the inverter heat pump with the standard capillary length of 1000mm which was optimum size for the frequency of 60Hz and ARHRAE Test condition A was tested by varying frequency from 30Hz to 80Hz. Then, the optimum cycle was invesigated by varying the length of capillary tube at each frequency levels of 30, 60 and 80Hz. Based on the experimental data, the change of system characteristics between the optimum and the base case were analyzed for each selected frequency levels. Generally, for low frequency level(30Hz), the longer length of the capillary tube compared with the standard size showed the higher EER, while for high frequency level(80Hz) the shorter length of the capillary tube showed the higher EER.

        음성신호와 전기성문파를 이용하는 새로운 매개변수 ; 성대 폐쇄 지연비율(Glottal Closure Delay Ratio)

        Background and Objectives: Biomedical signals have been usually used for the diagnosis of the laryngeal function such as speech, electroglottograph(EGG), airflow and other signals. But, in most cases these signals were analysed separately. Here, we propose a new interchannel parameter Glottal Closure Delay Ratio(GCDR) which is estimated from speech and EGG measured simultaneously. Materials and Method: Speech and EGG signal were recorded simultaneously from 13 normal subjects, 39 patients. The patients' data included 16 polyps and 23 vocal folds palsy. Time difference between glottal closing instance on EGG and the first maximum peak on speech in a pitch period was calculated. Glottal closing instance was defined as the maximum peak on the first derivative of EGG signal(dEGG). Results: The standard deviation and jitter were calculated using 20-30 GCDRs extracted from each data, and they are significant different between normal and vocal fold paralysis group. Conclusion: The GCDR may be the first index reflecting speech and EGG characteristics and the perturbation of this parameter was significant different between normal and vocal fold paralysis group.

        바이패스 오리피스 팽창장치의 유동 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        To establish optimum cycle of the inverter-driven heat pump with a variation of frequency, the bypass orifice, which is a short tube having a bypass hole in the middle, was designed and tested. Flow characteristics of the bypass orifice were measured as a function of orifice geometry and operating conditions. Flow trends with respect to frequency were compared with those of short tube orifices and capillary tubes. Generally, the bypass orifice showed the best flow trends among them, that will enhance the seasonal energy efficiency ratio of an inverter heat pump system. Based on experimental data, the semi-empirical flow model was developed to predict mass flow rate through bypass orifices. The maximum difference between measured data and model's prediction was within ${\pm}5%$.

        거문고와 관련한 음악사상의 문제

        The kŏmun go is a representative Korean string instrument. modified from a Chinese zither and used since the Koguryŏ period (37B.C.-668 A.D.). From the Unified Shilla period (654-935A.D) it played an important role in the sophisticated pursuits (or p ungnyu) of the elite. and it survives to this day as a representative instrument of p ungnyu music. The concept of music relating to the kŏmun go can be investigated through the section on music in the History of the Three Kingdoms and through the poems and musical scores left by the literati. Through these documents we can see that the kŏmun go was regarded as a tool for cultivating mind and body and restoring the purity bestowed by heaven at birth. Thus. through p ungnyu activities involving the kŏmun go. one could shed all worldly grime and self-consciousness. and come face-to-face with one s purest form. The concept of p ungnyu implies a belief that the heavenly nature within a human being can encounter the love of heaven toward human beings. so that human beings can become immortals and recover their pure nature through the unification of heaven and humanity. Therefore. the p ungnyu music that arose from the p ungnyu spirit works to unify human completeness with musical completeness. Hence. the texture of p ungnyu music has a melodic framework that allows each instrument to express its own independent beauty while contributing to a harmonious overall effect. Thus, it is a distinctive music in which both the whole and the parts possess completeness. to the extent that each instrumental part can be performed as a solo. The p ungnyu music with this distinctive texture was developed in this way by the p ungnyu spirit. This p ungnyu concept of music has been sustained from ancient times to the present day against the background of the concept of the unification of heaven and humanity, and this can be seen as the musical concept of the kŏmun go.

        In this study, grid tests have been conducted on a transient heat transfer modelling for electric motors in order to study the effect of the number of elements in the modelling. First, the modelling has developed using finite difference method to simulate the temperature change inside the motors when heat losses and cooling occurs. The number of elements in components in the motors such as a shaft, rotor, coil, stator, and frame are set to variables in the modelling. In this study, the number of elements of the coil and stator are altered and the result of each temperature are examined.

        동시냉난방 열펌프의 전열회수 성능 특성에 관한 연구

        The cooling load in winter is significant in buildings and hotels because of the usage of office equipments and the high efficiency of wall insulation. Hence, the development of a multi-heat pump that can cover heating and cooling simultaneously for each indoor unit is required. In this study, the performance of a simultaneous heating and cooling heat pump was investigated in the heat recovery mode (HR mode). The system adopted a variable speed compressor using R410A with four indoor units and one outdoor unit. In the HR mode, the capacity and COP were improved as compared with those in the cooling or heating mode because the waste heat in the outdoor unit was utilized as useful heat in the indoor units. However, energy imbalance between heating and cooling capacity of each indoor unit was observed in the 2H-1C HR mode. Therefore, the performance of the system in the 2H-1C HR mode was enhanced by controlling refrigerant flow rate through the outdoor unit.
