Purpose: Acute traumatic peroneal tendon dislocation is relatively rare disease and their methods of treatment is controversial, that we want to assess the characters and outcomes of 8 patients with early surgical treatments. Materials and Methods: We evaluated the results of 8 patients who can follow up more than 28 months using sex, age, side, injury sports, concomitant injuries, Eckert and Davis classifications, anatomic variants, results and complications. Results: All of 8 patients was male, average age was 27, Right side was dominant (5/8), causal sports was variable. Concomitant injuries were distal tibiofibular ligament syndesmosis injury, Peroneus longus injury, lateral collateral ligament injury. On behalf of Eckert and Davis classifications 5 patients were Grade 1 and other 3 patients were Grade 2. 1 case of low lying peroneus brevis belly was found as an anatomic variants. 6 of patients shown excellent results, 2 patients were good. Post operative complications were discomfort of operation site and mild limited dorsiflexion on ankle joint. Conclusion: Careful history and physical exam is important for diagnosis. And surgical treatments can expect good results.

The suggested electrode structure of MOCVD-Pt/sputtered-Ru/polysilicon has an excellent adhesion with increasing annealing temperatures and shows a stable electrode structure up to $600^{\circ}C$. However, the ruthenium used for barrier layer increased the roughness of platinum bottom electrodes because ruthenium diffused through the Pt bottom electrode and reacted with oxygen during the annealing above $700^{\circ}C$. The surface roughness increased the resistivity of Pt bottom electrodes. The resistivity of samples annealed at $600^{\circ}C$ was about $13\mu$Ω.cm. The electrode structure was possible to apply for ferroelectric thin film integration of semiconductor memory devices.
조기 덤핑증후군 환자의 복통에 감초분밀탕을 사용한 1례

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of Gamchobunmil-tang as a treatment for early dumping syndrome. A patient reported abdominal pain after eating, was not able to eat more than two spoons of thin rice gruel, and had lost 8 kg of his weight. The patient was treated with Gamchobunmil-tang three times a day for 12 days. The effects of the treatment were evaluated using the Visual Analogue Scale and the amount and form of the patient’s intake. After treatment, the pain due to the dumping syndrome decreased. The Visual Analogue Scale score dropped significantly from 9 to 2, and increased amounts and novel forms of the food the patient consumed were observed. Despite the lack of a case, the results showed that Gamchobunmil-tang was effective in reducing the pain caused by the early dumping syndrome. Further research might prove that Gamchobunmil-tang could be an alternative treatment method for early dumping syndrome.
