        봉와직염의 변연절제술시행환자에 대한 가미선방활명음(加味仙方活命飮)의 치험1례

        Objective : The purpose of this report is to know the effect of Gamisunbangwhalmyung-Eum(加味仙方活命飮) on pain and burning sensation that last for months after Debridement caused by Cellulitis. Methods : We experienced one case of patient underwent Debridement caused by Cellulitis treated with Gamisunbangwhalmyung-Eum. To evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment, we used the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After the treatment, the grade of VAS was decreased and clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion : Gamisunbangwhalmyung-Eum can be used on the treatment of patient underwent Debridement caused by Cellulitis.

        제형파형강판의 지압 거동에 영향을 미치는 기하학적 인자에 관한 연구

        파형 강판은 파형 형상으로 가공한 강판으로 교량, 건축물, 암거 등의 구조물에 많이 사용된다. 파형강판을 이용한 거더의 구조물 적용시 국부적인 면내 압축하중에 의해 크리플링현상이 발생할 수 있는데 높은 면외방향의 강성을 갖는 파형강판의 특성 때문에 보강재를 사용하지 않는 경우가 많이 있고 파형형상에 따라 지압하중의 경계조건이 달라진다. 몇 연구자들이 제형파형강판의 지압강도에 대한 연구를 하였으나 파형형상이 지압강도에 미치는 영향이 크게 고려되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이에 따른 영향을 유한 요소해석법을 통하여 여러 가지 파형형상에 대한 변수해석을 하고 지압강도를 복부판 내하력과 플랜지 내하력으로 나누어 파형 형상과 지압강도와의 상관관계를 파악하였다. The corrugated web is a plate that was manufactured with a corrugated shape. It is widely used in bridges, buildings, and culverts. A girder with a corrugated web can be crippled by local, in-plane compressive loads. Due to its high out-of-plane strength, however, a stiffener is usually not needed in trapezoidally corrugated plates, and the corrugated profile of the web can change the boundary condition of the edge load. Some researchers have studied the strength of the partial-edge loading of the trapezoidally corrugated web, but they have not considered the profile of corrugation in their studies. This paper investigates the influence of the corrugate profile. A parametric study was conducted on the shape parameter using the finite-element method. In this parametric study, the relationship between the corrugated shape and the partial-edge strength was also investigated by dividing the partial-edge strength into the web capacity and the flange capacity.

        혈중 항뮬러관호르몬 저하를 진단받은 난임 환자의 한방치료 후 자연임신 2례와 항뮬러관호르몬의 상승 2례

        Objectives: AMH is considered a sensitive marker of ovarian reserve, and it tends to be included among basic fertility tests. This paper is to report two spontaneous pregnancies and two elevated AMH which were achieved by subfertile women with low AMH level after Korean medical treatments. Methods: The patients in these cases were 36~41 years old. Four subfertile patients with low AMH level (0.01 to 1.88 ng/mL) were treated with herbal medication, acupuncture, moxibustion between June 2013 and December 2015. The patients were diagnosed as Kidney deficiency (腎虛), Blood extravasation (瘀血) and/or Liver Qi stagnation (肝氣鬱結). Results: The two subfertile women with low AMH level achieved spontaneous pregnancy and two subfertile women with low AMH were elevated AMH after Korean medical treatments. Conclusions: The case report suggests that Korean medical treatment can be an effective option for subfertile women with low AMH level before Assisted Reproductive Technology.

        품목별 생산조직 활동의 변화와 지역농협의 과제

        이 글의 목적은 영농조직의 한 형태로서 작목반 활동의 성격이 지역농업 재편과정에서 어떻게 변화하고 있으며, 지역농협이 작목반 육성을 통해 농업발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법이 무엇인지를 사례조사를 통해 규명하는 데 있다. 사례조직인 전남 나주시 서지면의 멜론작목회가 지역의 대표적인 영농조직으로 점착하는 과정을 시기별로 개관하였으며, 공동선별-공동출하-공동계산이라는 작목반 협동활동의 기본성격이 골격을 갖추어 가는 과정을 정리하였다. 이 사례조사를 통하여 필자는 현대농업에서 생산자간 협동활동은 대부분 생산과정의 조직화에 의한 생산력 발전보다는 유통과정, 즉 생산물 및 요소시장에 대한 공동대응활동을 통한 가격실현에 더 많은 관심을 가지고 있으며 따라서 지역농협은 지역의 다양한 협동양식의 조정·관리자로서 이 유통과정의 협동을 생산과정의 조직화로 연결시켜 나가야 할 필요가 있음을 잠정적 결론으로 제시한다. In recent years, there are many theoretical and practical debates on the "Organization of Regional Agriculture"(ORA) as an alternative to the established rural development plans. The key concepts of ORA might be founded in its endogenous and de-centralized strategies that induce various cooperation activities of small farmers based on the community level consensus on the optimal use of regional resources, ultimately overcoming the backwardness of rural sectors. Jakmokban, the farming organization supported by the Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) seems to be a good resource that promotes rural development based on the ORA. First of all, jakmokban is the small-scale village level organization of farmers cultivating same crops, so that degrees of solidarity and consistency in the group activities are relatively high: additionally, through vertical cooperation with the regional ACs, jakmokban will have an enough potential to cope with social and economic changes in agricultural environments. After all, seen from the this case study as well as other preceding ones, the activities of jakmokban have many problems to be solved to promote rural development based on the ORA. First, in spite that the fundamental characteristics of jakmokban ought to be in the "organization of small farmers" aiming at overcoming the limit of peasant economy, in many actual cases its activities seem to be circumscribed within the "organizatio of coop members" managed for the AC`s internal businesses. So the functions of jakmokban are mainly inclined to such a limited activity as a transactional partnership with the AC`s businesses or as a passive adaptation mode to the commercial capital. Second, it must be pointed that many of the cooperation activities of jakmokban are limited within the market situations related to agricultural inputs or farm products, so being rarely founded out the cooperation activities related to the production process in the community level including "joint farming", "cooperative farming" and TQM. It is true that class differentiation in rural sectors raised heterogeneity of farmers, so that traditional concepts of cooperation in farming are being diminished. But if we consider ORA to be a community level development strategy, the ACs, as the institutional agencies of that strategy, should transform the activities of jakmokban to the level of cooperation, which optimally utilize regional rsources on the community base. Finally, upon the recent processes that various hybrid patterns of farmer`s cooperation, including jakmokban, are emerging in rural communities, it can not be excluded the possibilities that these processes unintentionally raise unnecessary conflicts and competitions among them, hindering the rural development based on the ORA. The typical cases are founded in the conflicts between the ACs, as the coop, enterprises, and large-scale farmer companies that, occasionally developed from jakmokban, manage various businesses similar to the ACs. Consequently, to develop rural communities by the paradigm of ORA, it is prerequisite that various types of farmer`s cooperation are coordinated through the upper-level strategic alliances and regulation mode in the community level. Moreover, seen from the the context that raison de`tre of ACs could be founded in their roles as the institutional agencies of rural community development, many of these tasks are allocated to the ACs.

        망간산화물을 이용한 내분비계장애물질의 변환에 관한 연구

        The occurrence of endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs), chemicals that interfere with human hormone system, are increasing in the freshwater, waste water and subsurface as well. In this study, we determined the reactivity of three EDCs in the presence of birnessite. In aqueous phase, bisphenol A, 2,4-dichlorophenol and 17${\beta}$-estradiol, which possesses phenoxy-OH, were very rapidly transformed by birnessite: up to 99% of initial concentrations (50 mg/L for bisphenol A, 100mg/L for 2,4-dichlorophenol, and 1.5mg/L for 17${\beta}$-estradiol) were destroyed within 60 minutes. Especially, bisphenol A was the most reactive chemical, disappearing by 99% in a few minutes. The reaction occurred on the surface of birnessite, showing a linear increase of first-order kinetic constants with the increase of the surface area of birnessite. In soil slurry phase, the reactivity of birnessiteto EDCs was faster than in aqueous phase probably due to the cross coupling reaction of phenoxy radicals with soil organic matter. Considering the rapid transformation of the EDCs in the both phases, this oxidative cross coupling reaction mediated by birnessite would be an effective solution for the remediation of EDCs in environmental media, especially in soil. 생물체내에 내분비계 기능을 방해하고 생식능력 감소, 암 등을 유발하는 내분비계장애물질이 상수나 폐수, 지표수, 토양 등에서 검출이 증가하는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 토양 내 내분비계장애물질을 산화공유결합반응을 유도, 토양 유기물화 시켜 제거하기 위하여 망간 산화물인 버네사이트를 촉매로 이용하였다. 수산화 작용기를 갖는 내분비계장애물질인 bisphenol A, 2,4-dichlorophenol 및 17${\beta}$-estradiol을 각각 50, 100, 1.5 mg/L의 농도로 하여 수용액 상에서의 버네사이트 촉매 반응을 관찰한 결과, 모두 60분 이내에 99% 이상 제거되었다. 특히 bisphenol A는 5분 내에 96%이상 제거되는 등 가장 높은 제거효율을 나타냈다. 또한 산화공유결합반응은 버네사이트 표면에서 일어나는 반응으로 버네사이트의 양, 즉 반응 표면적이 넓어질수록 일차반응속도상수가 선형적으로 증가함을 확인하였다. 토양 슬러리 상에서의 각 물질의 반응성을 확인한 결과, 수용액상보다 빠르게 변환되었는데, 이는 버네사이트에 의해 생성된 페녹시 라디칼이 토양유기물과 교차결합하여 더욱 빠르게 제거되었기 ??문으로 판단된다. 이러한 수용액 및 토양에서의 빠른 반응으로 비추어 볼때, 버네사이트를 이용한 유기물화 기술은 수용액 뿐만 아니라 토양 내 내분비계장애물질의 효과적인 처리 방법이 될 것으로 보인다.
