        하이브리드 차량용 견인전동기의 절연성능 비교분석

        The object of this paper is to acquire the data related to insulation evaluation of hybrid vehicle traction motors. We made a comparative analysis on Insulation Resistance (IR), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), and Polarization Index (PI) of the motor stators. The experiment was carried out according to IEEE Std. 43 and IEC 60085-1 for insulation resistance test standard of rotating machinery. Test voltage of 500 V was applied between a phase and the enclosure. The IR and the DAR of used motors were lower than those of new ones. The DAR and the PI were $0.92{\sim}1.02$ and $0.74{\sim}1.1$, respectively and the result did not meet the recommendation basis 2 for insulation level H. From the experimental results, we could prepare parameters and basis for insulation evaluation of the traction motor stator by the comparative analysis of short-time insulation resistance changes, DAR and PI.

        평생교육기관의 내부마케팅과 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과

        This study applied the internal marketing theory devised in business administration to lifelong education to empirically explore the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between internal marketing of lifelong education institutions recognized by employees of lifelong education institutions and organizational commitment. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to empirically test the mediating effect of job satisfaction between the influence of internal marketing on organizational commitment and the relationship between them. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was constructed through theoretical review and distributed to 213 people working in lifelong education institutions nationwide, of which 211 copies were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 statistical program. To verify the mediation effect, hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping were performed according to the procedure of Baron and Kenny (1986), and the results derived from the analysis are as follows. First, internal marketing had a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Second, in the relationship between internal marketing and organizational commitment, job satisfaction showed a partial mediating effect. Therefore, the significance of this study is that the results of the empirical verification of the indirect path mediating job satisfaction between internal marketing and organizational commitment of lifelong educational institutions provided an academic basis for deepening and understanding the relationship between internal marketing and organizational commitment. There are no previous studies dealing with internal marketing, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in the field of lifelong education. Therefore, the results of this study will be able to play a leading role in internal marketing discussions 본 연구는 경영학에서 고안한 내부마케팅 이론을 평생교육에 적용하여, 평생교육기관 종사자가 인식하는 평생교육기관 내부마케팅과 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 실증적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이에 내부마케팅이조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 그 사이에서 직무만족이 어떠한 매개효과를 가지는지를 실증적으로 검정하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이론적 검토를 통해 설문지를 구성하고, 전국 단위 평생교육기관종사자 213명에게 배포하였으며, 이 중 211부를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따라 위계적 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑을실시하였으며, 분석을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내부마케팅은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 내부마케팅과 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무만족은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다. 그리하여 본 연구의 의의는 평생교육기관의내부마케팅과 조직몰입을 직무만족이 매개하는 간접 경로의 실증적 검증 결과를 통해 내부마케팅과 조직몰입의관계를 더욱 심화하여 이해하는 학술적 근거를 마련하였다는 점과 내부마케팅·조직몰입·직무만족을 함께 다룬 평생교육분야 선행연구가 전무하므로 본 연구를 통해 이들 간의 관계가 규명되어 앞으로 평생교육분야의 내부마케팅 도입에대한 논의가 왕성해질 수 있는 단초를 제공하였다는 점이다.

        아주대학교병원 소아치과에서 시행된 전신마취 하 치과치료에 관한 실태조사

        Background: General anesthesia is a necessary method for successful dental treatment for children, compromised patients and the disabled who have difficulty in cooperation. The aim of this study was to assess dental treatment under general anesthesia at the department of pediatric dentistry, Ajou university hospital on children and the disabled. Methods: 217 general anesthesia from June 2010 to June 2014 were assessed for this study. Patient's distribution, treatment pattern, reasons for general anesthesia, distribution of combined operation, duration of anesthesia, treatment, frequency of general anesthesia and agents for general anesthesia were examined. Results: The proportion of male, the disabled were higher and above 19 years age group was the highest. Combined operation with otolaryngology was highest. Main reasons for general anesthesia were mental retardation for the disabled and uncooperative behavior for the non-disabled. Percentage of restorative treatment was the highest. Average anesthesia duration was 186 minutes and average treatment time was 143 minutes. Most of the airway was maintained by nasotracheal intubation and induction was done by sevoflurane. Conclusions: General anesthesia for dental treatment has been increasing for children, the disabled who have a difficulty of cooperation. The demand for dental treatment under general anesthesia is expected to continuously increase. Therefore, continuous research and studies should be done to establish efficiency and safety of general anesthesia and provide an enhanced environment for treatment.

        초등학교 전문상담교사의 학교폭력 가해 학생 특별교육 실시 경험에 관한 질적 연구

        School violence is still a major problem in our educational communities, and it is noteworthy that the number of reports on school violence in elementary schools is increasing rapidly compared to secondary schools. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects, advantages, limitations, and disadvantages of special education for perpetrators conducted on elementary school sites and to provide implications for improvement. Therefore, this study attempted to conduct consensual qualitative research on the experience of implementing special education of professional school counselors in elementary schools. As a result of the study, 3 areas and 15 categories were derived. First, in the areas of effectiveness and advantages of special education in school, the categories of school counselors’ improvement, high accessibility, rapid rapport formation, smooth follow-up counseling, instant communication, strengthening the position of school counselors, and prevention of stigmatization were identified. Second, in the areas of limitations and disadvantages of special education in school, the categories of increased workload of professional school counselors, difficulties in establishing relationships with students, compromised confidentiality, negative perceptions of students, and reduced efficiency of information delivery were identified. Third, manuals of special education, training of special education, and in-school cooperative management were identified as necessary improvements for the development of special education. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data for the improvement of special education by analyzing the practical experiences of elementary professional school counselors. 학교폭력은 여전히 우리 교육계에 커다란 문제로 자리 잡고 있다. 특히 주목할 부분은 중등학교와 비교하여 초등학교 내 학교폭력 신고 및 접수가 급증하여 가해 학생을 대상으로 실시하는 특별교육이 초등학교 내에서 증가한다는 점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 현장에서 진행되는 가해 학생 대상 특별교육의 효과와 장점, 한계점과 단점을 확인하고 특별교육의 개선을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를위하여 전문상담교사 8명을 대상으로 특별교육의 실시 경험에 대한 합의적 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 3개의 영역과 15개의 범주가 도출되었다. 첫째, 교내 특별교육의 효과 및 장점 영역에서는 전문상담교사의 전문성 향상, 높은 접근성, 빠른 라포 형성, 원활한 추수 지도, 즉각적인 소통, 교내 전문상담교사의 입지 강화 그리고 학생에 대한 낙인 방지라는 범주가 확인되었다. 둘째, 교내 특별교육의 한계점및 단점 영역에서는 전문상담교사의 업무량 증가, 학생과 관계 형성의 어려움, 비밀보장의 어려움, 학생이 가지는 부정적 인식, 그리고 정보 전달의 효율성 저하라는 범주가 확인되었다. 셋째, 특별교육의 발전을 위해 필요한 개선점 영역에서는 특별교육 매뉴얼, 특별교육 연수 그리고 교내 협력 관리가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 현직에서 근무하고 있는 초등학교 전문상담교사의 현장감 있는 경험을 분석하여 향후 학교폭력 가해 학생 특별교육의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

        Effect of Substituting B2O3 for P2O5 in Conductive Vanadate Glass

        In this study, we verified the relationship among the electrical conductivity, chemical durability, and structure of conductivevanadate glass in which BO3 and BO4 and V4+ and V5+ coexist simultaneously. We prepared samples of vanadium borophosphateglass with various compositions, given by 50V2O5-xB2O3-(50-x)P2O5(x = 0 ~ 20 mol%) and 70V2O5-xB2O3-(70-x)P2O5(x = 0 ~ 10 mol%), andanalyzed the electrical conductivity, chemical durability, FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal properties, density, and molar volume. SubstitutingB2O3 for P2O5 was found to improve the electrical conductivity, chemical durability, and thermal properties. From theseresults, we can draw the following conclusions. First, the electrons shift from the electron rich V4+ to the electron deficient BO3 asthe B2O3 content increases. Second, the improvement in chemical durability and thermal properties is attributed to an increase incross-linked structures by changing from a BO3 structure to a BO4 structure.
