黃芪藥鍼이 Collagen으로 유발된 생쥐의 Arthritis에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The aim of the present study was to observe the effect of Astragali Radix Herbal-Acu- puncture Solution(AR-HAS) at ST36(Jok-samni, Zusān Li) on collagen-Ⅱ-induced arthritis(CIA) in mice. Methods : DBA/1J mice were immunized with bovine type Ⅱ collagen(CⅡ) on days 0 and 21 to induce arthritis. The mice were divided into 5 groups : normal group(no CIA), control group(CIA+no treatment), needle prick group(CIA+single prick with an injection needle), saline group(CIA+saline injection) and AR- HA group(CIA+ R-HA treatment). The needle prick, saline injection, and AR-HA groups were injected on the right ST36(Jok-samni) of mice for 9 weeks, 3 times a week, beginning 4 weeks after the booster immunization. Results : 1. The incidence of arthritis, AI(arthritis index), and joint edema decreased in the AR-HA group. 2. Weight gain, hypertrophy of the spleen, adhesion of the tissues, and transformation of the joint were restrained in the AR-HA group. 3. The concentrations of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-a, IFN-y in CIA mouse serum and IFN-y, IL-10 in the CIA mouse spleen cell culture decreased significantly at ST36 in the AR-HA group. 4. Total cell counts increased significantly, and the ratio of CD3e+ to CD45R+, CD4+ to CD8+, and CD4+ to CD25+ cells decreased significantly at ST36 in the CIA mouse spleen cell culture of the AR-HA group. 5. Total cell counts decreased significantly, and CD4+/CD25+ and CD45R+/CD69+ decreased significantly at ST36 in the CIA mouse lymph nodes of the AR-HA group. 6. CD3e+/CD69+ and CD11b+/Gr-1+ cells decreased significantly at ST36 in the CIA mouse joints of the AR-HA group. 7. The histological examination showed that cartilage destruction and synoviocyte proliferation decreased in the CIA mouse joints of the AR-HA group, and collagen fiber was expressed similar to that seen in the normal group. Conclusions : Our experiments show that at ST36, an anti-inflammatory mechanism of AR-HA controls synovial cell proliferation and protects against cartilage destruction in rheumatoid arthritis.
고전압 장비 지그의 동특성에 대한 위상, 형상 및 치수 최적화

본 논문에서는 Pothead를 지지하는데 사용하는 지그의 고유진동수를 일정 범위로 제한하여 Pothead와 공진을 일으키지 않도록 하는 지그의 최적 설계안을 제시한다. 쿤 터커(Kuhn-Thucker) 조건을 적용한 최적기준법(Optimality criteria method)을 사용하여 위상 최적화를 수행하였고, 이 과정에서 유한요소 크기기 최적 형상에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 또한 위상 최적화 결과를 바탕으로 실험 계획법(Design of experiments)과 반응 표면법(Response surface method)을 사용하여 형상 및 치수 최적화를 수행하여 비교용 지그에 비해 전체 질량이 30% 감소되는 결과를 얻었다. 마지막으로 최적화된 지그의 내진 해석을 수행한 Pothead의 응답은 Metal Handbook에서 제시된 내진 응답을 만족하고 있다. In the electric power supplying industry, outdoor sealing end (pothead) is used and sometimes it is necessary to check the seismic qualification analysis or test which is intended to demonstrate that the equipment have adequate integrity to withstand stress of the specified seismic event and still performs their function. And since the pothead is mounted on the supporting jig, the avoidance of resonance between the pothead and jig is required. In order to design jig, three types of optimization are performed to get the minimum weight while satisfying the natural frequency constraint using ANSYS. Optimal array, position and thickness of truss members of the jig are obtained through topology, shape and sizing optimization process, respectively. And seismic analysis of the pothead on the jig for given RRS acceleration computes the displacement and stress of the pothead which shows the safety of the pothead. The obtained natural frequency, mass, and member thickness of the jig are compared with those of the reference jig which was used for seismic experimental test. The numerical results of the jig in the research is more optimized than the jig used in the experimental test.
α-Fe₂O₃에 In 을 첨가한 계의 결정 구조에 관한 연구

다결정 ??계의 결정구조를 상온에서의 X선 회철 방법에의해서 연구하였다. α-Fe₂O₃의 결정구조 분석에서 Fe원자는 2.074, 2.080과 2.919A에 각각 산소원자, 산소원자와 철 원자를 차례로 갖는 다. X선 회절선들은 본 연구의 시료들이 단일 결정상을 나타내며 ??구간에서 α-Fe₂O₃와 같은 trigonal 결정 구조를 갖는다는 것을 보인다. 측정한 데타는 비 선형 최소 자승법에 의해서 분석하여 격자상수 ??와 α각을 구했다. 격자 상수는 성분 x 가 증가함에 따라 증가하다가 x=0.09에서 다시 감소하는 경향을 보였다. The crystal structures of the polycrystalline samples ?? system have been studied by the method of X-ray diffraction at room temperature. In the crystallographic analysis of the α-Fe₂O₃ the Fe atom in unit cell has oxygen, oxygen and Fe atoms at the distance of 2.074, 2.080, and 2.919 A, respectively. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the samples are in single crystal phase and have same trigonal crystal structure as that of the α-Fe₂O₃The lattice parameters ?? have been obtained by fitting the observed data to the best fit values of the parameters with a nonlinear least-square fitting method. The values of the parameters increase and then decreade at X=0.09 as increasing the composition x.
