체외 충격파 치료술을 위한 솔레노이드 코일을 이용한 전자기식 충격파 발생기: 구성 및 음향학적 특성

솔레노이드 코일을 이용하여 체외 충격파 치료술에 적합한 전자기식 충격파 발생기를 구성하였다. 충격파 발생기의 충격파의 특성은 바늘형 하이드로폰을 이용하여 평가하였다 충격파 발생기 방전 전압이 8에서 18 kV로 증가할 때 측정된 충격파의 최대 양압 (P+)은 $10\~77\;MPa$사이를 비선형적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 충격파 최대 음압 (P-)은 $-3.2\~-6.8\;MPa$ 에서 변화하고 있으며, 방전 전압이 14 kV에서 -6.9 MPa로 가장 낮은 값을 보였다. 동일한 설정에서 반복 측정된 충격파의 크기 P+는 평균값의 $5\;\%$ 이내에서 변화하며, 전기 수력학적 방식 충격파 발생기 경우의 $50\;\%$ 정도와 비교하여, 매우 작은 것으로 나타났다. 시간 축에서 1 ms 동안 측정한 하이드로폰 신호로부터 충격파에 의해 야기된 음향 공동 현상, 즉, 기포의 파열 현상으로 발생된 다수의 순차적인 음향 임펄스를 관찰할 수 있었다. 웨이블렛 변환 기법을 이용하여, 충격파 강도와 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 알려진, 첫 번째와 두 번째 기포 파열 시간 지연을 정확히 측정하였다. 충격파 크기 P+가 10 에서 77 MPa로 증가할 때 측정된 기포 파열 지연 시간은 120부터 $700\;{\mu}s$ 로 거의 선형적으로 증가함을 관찰할 수 있었다. An electromagnetic type shock wave generator suitable for extracorporeal shock wave therapy has been constructed by employing a solenoid coil. The Property of the shock waves produced by the shock wave generator was evaluated using a needle hydrophone. It was shown that, as the capacitor discharging voltage increased from 8 to 18 kV, the Positive Peak Pressure (P+) of the shock wave increased non-linearly from 10 to 77 Wa. In contrast. the negative peak Pressure (f) varied between -3.2 and -6.8 MPa. had its absolute maximum of -6.9 ma at 14 kV The peak amplitudes P+ measured repeatedly under the same voltage setting varied within $5\;\%$ from mean values and this is very small compared to about $50\;\%$ for electrohydraulic type shock wave generators. It could be observed, from the hydrophone signal recorded over 1 ms. several sequential acoustic impulses representing bubble collapses. namely. acoustic cavitation. induced by the shock wave. A technique based on wavelet transformation was used to accurately measure the time delay between the 1st and 2nd collapse known to be closely related to the shock strength. It was observed that the measured time delay increased almost linearly from 120 to $700\;{\mu}s$ with the shock wave Pressure P+ increasing from 10 to 77 MPa.

Oil contamination soil has been one of the most environmental social issues for decades in the inside and outside of country. The law of soil environmental preservation was carried out in the 1990s and the government controlled not only soil environment management and the remediation of contaminated soil but also promoted the development of remedial technology and cleanup business of contaminated soil by national policy. In addition to agriculture areas, the main oil contaminated sites are a gas station, oil reservoir, petro-chemical complex, site of railway carriage base and military camp. The contamination-frequency of agriculture area and effect sites are low but it has significantly important area on account of producing food for human beings. Therefore, we should be concerned about oil contamination damage of agriculture area. The oil contamination damage of agriculture area influenced drop of birth and breeding since the oil directly adheres to seeds and farm products even diffusion of contaminated soil to cultivation area. The studies of the crops and the food vegetation has not enough detailed data caused by the incident of oil contamination. This study investigated the effect of oil in germination and growth of selected plant seeds. In this study, we try to verify whether the oil contamination by accidents on farmland influenced the damage of farm produce and the mutual relation both oil contaminated soil or the vegetation of crops. The impact of oil on plant development was followed by phytotoxicity assessments. The plants exhibited visual symptoms of stress, growth reduction and perturbations in developmental parameters. The increase of the degree of pollution induced more marked effects in plants, likely because of the physical effects of oil. The relationships between the phytotoxicity contents of plants and growth reduction suggest a chemical toxicity of fuel oil. In addition, while cleaned up the contaminated soil under the standard of contaminated soil we examined it was suitable for region standard and it may have practical possibility for fill material of construction of afforestation and molding soil of landfill.

본 논저에서는 하모닉 영상을 소개하고, 그 원리를 및 물리적 특성을 기존 초음파 영상과 대비하여 기술한다. 인체 조직의 경계에서 반사하는 초음파 에코를 이용한 기존의 초음파 영상의 원리를 제시하고 하모닉 성분을 생성하는 비선형 초음파 전파 과정을 개념적으로 기술한다. 초음파 에코 신호로부터 하모닉 성분을 효율적으로 추출하는 pulse inversion technique를 소개하고 구현된 하모닉 영상이 종래의 초음파 영상과 비교하여 장점을 요약한다. 하모닉의 생성 기전에 따라 하모닉 영상을 분류하고 하모닉 영상을 기존의 초음파 영상과 비교한다. 하모닉 영상의 임상적 중요성, 향후 전망 및 새로운 연구 분야를 언급한다. Harmonic imaging is introduced in the present article and its principle and physical characteristics is described in contrast to conventional ultrasonic imaging. The principle of the conventional image which uses ultrasonic echoes reflected at the interfaces between tissues is presented, and the nonlinear ultrasonic propagation which results in harmonic components is conceptually described. The pulse inversion technique which effectively extracts the harmonic components from the ultrasonic echo signals is introduced, and the advantages of the constructed harmonic images are summarized comparing with those of conventional ultrasonic images. The harmonic images are classified according to the mechanism of harmonic production, and the typical harmonic images obtained from patients are presented in contrast to the corresponding sonograms. Clinical significance and prospects of harmonic imaging and the future research areas are discussed.

지역·사회 문제 해결방안으로 스마트시티 리빙랩의 적극적인 활용이 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 지역 · 사회문제 해결의 답은 시민과 현장에 있기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 시민참여 기반의 스마트시티 리빙랩 모델을 설정하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 · 외 리빙랩 방법론과 사례 분석을 통해 시민참여 기반의 스마트시티 리빙랩 모델(4P-SCLLM)을 설정하였다. 스마트시티 리빙랩 모델인 4P-SCLLM의 체계성 · 구체성을 평가하기 위해 최근 스마트시티 리빙랩이 적용된 부산시 리빙랩 프로세스와 비교검토를 하였다. 분석한 결과, 각 단계별 유사한 경향을 보이고 있으며, 부산시 리빙랩의 민간부문은 4P-SCLLM과 매우 유사한 진행 프로세스를 보였다. 이와 반면 공공 및 민간부문 협조/지원체계가 4P-SCLLM 모델 보다 미흡한 것으로 분석되었으며, 기술 및 방법론에서는 4P-SCLLM 모델이 신기술을 도입한 리빙랩 프로세스를 갖추고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 4P-SCLLM을 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 첫째, 참여자와 이해관계자들이 처음부터 끝까지 모든 과정을 협업하면서 적극적인 참여와 소통이 필요하다. 둘째, 공공기관의 인식 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 서비스의 지속적인 시민체감 검증이 필요하다. 넷째, 시민들의 지속적인 참여가 필요하다. 이러한 시사점을 통해서 본 연구에서는 국내 실정에 맞는 스마트시티 리빙랩 모델로 4P-SCLLM을 제안하였다. As a solution to local and social problems, the active use of smart city living labs is becoming increasingly important. The answer to solving local and social problems lies in the citizen and the field. The purpose of this study is to establish a smart city living lab model based on citizen participation. In this study, smart city living lab model(4P-SCLLM) based on citizen participation was established through domestic and overseas living lab methodology and case analysis. In order to evaluate the systemicity and specificity of the 4P-SCLLM, a smart city living lab model, we recently compared it with the living lab process in Busan where smart city living lab is applied. As a result of analyzing, the analysis shows similar trends in each stage, and Busans private sector showed a similar process to 4P-SCLLM On the other hand, public and private sector cooperation and support systems were found to be less than the 4P-SCLLM model And In technology and methodology, the 4P-SCLLM model is analyzed to have a living lab process that incorporates new technologies. In order to maintain the 4P-SCLLM continuously, first, participants and stakeholders need to participate actively and communicate while collaborating on the whole process from start to finish. Second, public awareness needs to be improved. Third, continuous citizenship verification of services is needed. Fourth, citizens constant participation is needed. Through these implications, this study proposed 4P-SCLLM as a smart city living lab model suitable for the domestic situation.

Lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei (LMDF) is a chronic inflammatory disorder primarily affecting the face. A 22- year-old man presented with facial skin lesions. Physical examination revealed scattered pin-head sized erythematous to yellowish papules. Skin biopsy from the erythematous papule showed keratinous material in the layers of the thin epithelium and caseous necrosis with adjacent epitheloid granuloma and giant cells. After mechanical extractions of milium-like inflamed papules, skin lesions improved leaving an atrophic scar. LMDF was initially thought to be associated with tuberculosis infection but today it is considered a variant of rosacea. However, there have been reports of LMDF in association with epidermal cysts or milium, suggesting an abnormal immune response to the pilosebaceous unit may play a role. Damage to the pilosebaceous unit that is further complicated by milium rupture may induce inflammation resulting in LMDF. We suggest that milium or epidermal cysts may also attribute to the pathogenesis of LMDF although further studies are needed. (Korean J Dermatol 2014;52(9):638∼641)
