Efficiency Analysis of Filter-Based Calibration Technique to Improve Tunnel Measurement Reliability

Instrumentation during tunnel construction can be used as reference data to identify anomalies, find the causes, and develop countermeasures through data trend analysis in terms of the construction, maintenance, and management of tunnels. Therefore, obtaining reliable and accurate data is very important to prevent large accidents and minimize damage. However, measurement sensors used in the field often show abnormal data because of the noise caused by functional and environmental factors. Such data may be misinterpreted as actual data caused by accidents in the analysis process and lead to construction delays due to investigating the situation. Moreover, the accumulation of such data may also have negative effects on analyzing the trend of the entire measurement data. Therefore, this paper proposes data filter-based correction techniques to correct noisy measurement data so that it does not affect the trend of accumulated data. By applying data filters of various sizes through simulations, this paper also presents the appropriate data filter size by examining the performance by filter size and validates the data correction performance by applying the proposed techniques to accumulated actual data measured from a construction site.

소세포 폐암은 전체 암 발생 중 1~2%를 차지한다. 치료를 하지 않을 경우 생존기간이 2~3개월 정도로 짧지만 화학요법의 반응률이 50~85%로 높아, 적극적인 화학요법이 생존기간 연장에 도움이 되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 한편, 투석환자에서의 화학요법은 독성 증가의 우려 등으로 인해 적극적으로 진행되지 못하는 경향이 있으며, 현재까지 이에 대한 적절한 임상 시험이 존재하지 않고, 각 암 종 별로 수 건의 증례보고만 있는 실정이다. 저자들은 혈액 투석 중인 소세포 폐암 환자에서 carboplatin과 irinotecan, carboplatin과 etoposide, 그리고 cisplatin과 irinotecan을 사용한 화학요법을 시행하여 심각한 독성 없이 임상적 반응을 확인한 2건의 증례를 보고한다.

비이온계 계면활성제인 OA-9가 포함된 토양세척 유출수로부터 소수성 유기오염물질인 anthracene을 유기용매 벤젠을 이용하여 효율적으로 회수하기 위하여, 상징액의 pH와 온도에 따른 유기용매내 오염물질의 용해도에 대한 영향을 살펴보았다. 실험 결과, 세척 유출수의 온도를 30℃, pH를 2로 조절하는 것이 회수 효율 측면에서 바람직하였다. 화학적 침전에 의한 중금속 회수실험 결과, Ca(OH)_2 보다는 pH 조정이 상대적으로 손쉬우면서도 첨가제의 양이 적게 소요되는 Na_2S·5H_2O를 1.5g/L로 적용하는 것이 적절하리라 판단되었다. To recover anthracene effectively from nonionic surfactant OA-9 Washing effluent by using benzene as a solvent, the effects of pH and temperature on the solubility were examined. From the results, the most desirable temperature and pH were found to be 30℃ and 2, respectively. Chemical precipitation process was investigated to recover the heavy metals from the extracting effluent. Comparing Na_2S·5H_2O with Ca(OH)_2, pH could be adjusted more easily. And also smaller amount was consumed. Application of l.5g /L of Na_2S·5H_2O was found to be desirable.

A rectangular horizontal-flow sedimentation basin has been widely used. However, its performence is often poor as a result of basic design problems such as uneven influent distribution, inadequate dissipation of inlet energy, creation of hydraulic short circuiting and density currents, and nonuniform collection of effluent. In this study, several suggestions to minimize these kinds of problems are discussed.
