To increase the mechanical property of zirconia, we have investigated the phase change and the resulting hardness of zirconia ceramics by hydroxyapatite (HA) powder bed sintering. It was observed using X-ray diffraction that the cubic zirconia phase, which has a higher hardness value than that of the tetragonal phase, was obtained at the surface of 3 mol% $Y_2O_3$ doped tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (3Y-TZP) ceramics during the sintering process; in our experimental conditions, the phase change at the surface increased as the sintering time increased. We believe that the observed crystalline phase change originated from the decomposition of HA and the diffusion of CaO, as follows. CaO, which was derived from the decomposition of HA at high temperature ($1400^{\circ}C$), diffused into the surface of 3Y-TZP and acted as a stabilizer. As a result, the Vickers hardness value of the treated specimens was higher than that of the non-treated specimen due to the formation of the cubic phase on the surface of 3Y-TZP.
The Surface Modification of Electrode with Solid Electrolyte Interphase for Hybrid Supercapacitor

A hybrid supercapacitor (HS) is an energy storage device used to enhance the low weight energy density (Wh/kg) of a supercapacitor. On the other hand, a sudden decrease in capacity has been pointed out as a reliability problem after many charge/discharge cycles. The reliability problem of a HS affects the early aging process. In this study, the capacity performance of a HS was observed after charge/discharge. For detailed analysis of the initial charge/discharge cycles, the charge and discharge curve was measured at a low current density. In addition, a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer was confirmed after the charge/discharge. A HC composed of a lithium titanate (LTO) anode and active carbon cathode was used. The charge/discharge efficiency of the first cycle was lower than the late cycles and the charge/discharge rate was also lower. This behavior was induced by SEI layer formation, which consumed Li ions in the LTO lattice. The formation of a SEI layer after the charge/discharge cycles was confirmed using a range of analysis techniques.

The purpose of study is suggestion of another light about understanding the 3rd area in Korea traditional residence construction and consideration phenomenon of Korea traditional residence construction for a space idea and a space peculiarity, hence, the understanding of 3rd scope is arranged three different possibilities following with; ① The 3rd area should be considered a major view, not a minor view. ②the 3rd area is not specific area space created previous space as immaterial conditions, empty space which has finality by unit spaces indicates a specific quality relates one space and another space as same as material and immaterial. ③The 3rd area can express a space relationship, not just a space. The fact mentioned above, We can analyze the 3rd area by new ideas for Korea traditional residence construction
홈트레이딩 시스템의 취약점 분석과 휴대전화 인증을 이용한 대응방안 제시

사이버 주식거래가 증가함에 따라 홈트레이딩 시스템을 이용한 주식거래가 활발해지고 있다. 홈트레이딩 시스템은 개인투자자 대다수가 이용하는 방법으로 코스닥에서는 75%도 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 코스피에서도 40%의 점유율을 기록하고 있다. 하지만 홈트레이딩 시스템은 사용자의 속도와 사용자 편의성에 초점을 맞추고 있어 보안 기능이 다소 미흡함을 발견하였다. 본 논문에서는 홈트레이딩 시스템 사용시 메모리에 인증정보가 평문으로 남는 취약점을 기반으로 메모리 덤프 툴을 이용하여 주식부정거래 가능성을 분석하고 휴대전화 SMS를 이용한 투채널 인증으로 주식부정거래에 대응할 수 있는 인증기법을 제시한다. As cyber stock trading grows rapidly, stock trading using Home Trading System have been brisk recently. Home Trading System is a heavy-weight in the stock market, and the system has shown 75% and 40% market shares for KOSPI and KOSDAQ, respectively. However, since Home Trading System focuses on the convenience and the availability, it has some security problems. In this paper, we found that the authentication information in memory remains during the stock trading and we proposed its countermeasure through two-channel authentication using a mobile device such as a cell phone.

국내 주식거래 시장에서 사용되는 홈트레이딩시스템(HTS)은 PC와 인터넷만 연결되어있으면 누구나 쉽게 내려받아 이용할 수 있는 주식거래 프로그램이다. 집에서도 이용할 수 있는 장점 때문에 증권회사별로 HTS를 만들어 배포하고 있으며 사용자의 편의성과 효용성을 만족하게 하려고 다양한 HTS를 개발하고 있다. 하지만 사용자 편의성에 중심을 두다 보니 아직 보안에 대해 미흡한 점이 발견되고 있고 이러한 취약점에 대해 보완을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 아직 보완해야 할 부분이 많은 메모리 영역에서의 보안취약점에 대해서 알아보고 이를 막으려는 대응방법을 제시한다.
